Congrats! This app is a new low in performance and usefulness. It located my position and displayed an icon for the store nearest me (.4 miles), but never displayed its address and wouldn't let me select it. So I picked another nearby, but the breakfast biscuits I always get weren't even in the menu. At that point, my best option was "Uninstall" and drive to the nearest store. Just sorry I couldn't rate it a 0.

The one star is cause the Food is great but the app needs work. I can't use it cause when it goes to the "How would you like to pick up?" thing, it's just blank so I cant go any further. Definatly gonna delete this app but you'll still see me coming in for the food. (Pardon any spelling mistakes, me and autocorrect have a long standing feud)

I am using the Android version. Not working correctly! My sister and I have identical phones (Motorola 5G Ace). We both have attempted to place an order online. Some of the check boxes don't work properly. When we get to the end to place the order, the app locks up with no way to make payment for the order. We have tried multiple times. Same thing happens at the end. App locks up when attempting to place the order and pay.

App needs some serious work. Interface is very clunky and poorly sized. The Bojangles I live a mile from is in the middle of a highway intersection and very busy, but the neaest one that's available for pickup is 50 miles away in Hampstead? I live in the Newport/Morehead City, NC area. Either the app doesn't correctly show pickup locations or Bojangles needs to step up. Also, I can enter my address into delivery but then the screen goes white and unuseable. 95% of ratings are like mine.

There is no consistency in the app. Some meals can be upsized, some don't have that option. You can't order a plain biscuit, even though Bojangles sells those. You can't request jelly, either purchasing on the side or adding it to a combo. There are no curbside spots, and I've been sitting here for 20 minutes and haven't gotten my meal. All around seems like a massive fail, particularly when compared to the very functional apps of other restaurants. Seems like the backend of the app may not

I love that 99÷ of the positive reviews are about the food, because the app can't get a good review. Nothing good to say . It doesn't work. At all. Neither does the order online feature on like a computer. Once you select the location it doesn't actually select the location, not allowing you to even begin in order. I tried about 50 times on both at different Bojangles in my area and none of them worked.

Terrible UI. Selecting sides is very confusing, and it's not even possible, as far as I can tell, to pick the side for a kid's meal even though it gives you the illusion of choice. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that I like that it gives you an ETA for your order. But man, this really needs improvement. Also doesn't help that the restaurant still messed up my order even after suffering through the process of placing it via this app.

can't use for drive-through, and the menu is incomplete! This is the ONLY fast food app I've downloaded that doesn't have "drive-thru" as an option (it only has "curbside" and "in store," and my local Bojangles has no curbside, it's useless). Even if I WERE to try to use it for an in-store pickup, things I normally order, like Chicken Supremes, aren't even listed as options! Completely useless!

Went through entire lengthy process of adding order and signing up with a new account because it wouldn't let me sign up through Google, even though it was the top option. Then I couldn't add my credit card to pay. I entered it over and over and it never saved it, or gave me an option to continue to pay for my order. The only option was the back button which dumped my CC info and made me start all over. Absolute garbage and a huge wasre of time.

This app does not have a lot of menu choices that are at my restaurant. For example, cheddar bo and roasted chicken bites. What's the purpose of this app? Also I selected curbside pick up and it only listed a restaurant in a city 45 mins away. I had to figure out that option was not available in my location since it did not state that. In this day and time, especially during this pandemic, this app needs to be more up to par. Very disappointing.

The app works OK. But, the select location has changed pick-up location on me a couple of times. Which sucks when you go to the wrong location and your food gets cold waiting at another store. The pickup time needs improving. Plus the crews at the stores need more training. I would recommend not using the app. You get poor service and cold food.

After registering, entering other data, ordering, and entering credit card info, I could not submit my order. The submit button did nothing and provided no feedback as to why. That's worse than a fail because you waste a lot of time before failing. Also, whenever you add an item to your order, it plays a 3 second animation which TOTALLY WASTES YOUR TIME. I don't know what they're trying to accomplish with that. Oddly, I could not find a way to order individual BoRounds.

Long overdue and a great start but still needs a little work. Any free offers should show up under offers, not messages, and getting to messages from the main screen is difficult, not intuitive. I had to hunt around a bit and eventually just clicked on the profile button and the options came up for messages. then, even when I added the free offer, it did not show up in the cart, it wasn't clear that I had to first order the chicken sandwich then apply the free offer for this to work.

Something really wrong has happened? This app is completely unusable in its current state. I had to uninstall it and log back into it in order to get rid of the 'invalid authentication token' errors that prevented any kind of meaningful access. Next, when trying to enter my address for the delivery setup, none of the text I entered into the address field shows up, at all!?! What is going on?

Completely Useless. You have to select a restaurant to be able to even view the menu, I assume because no restaurant takes digital orders. So I tried using the delivery just to see the menu but again it says no delivery available to my house... which is funny because it has be delivered by door dash before. Anyway I can't get past their force field to even look at the menu so it has be deleted and I'll do business elsewhere. Go ahead out of business so something better can take over.

Bad UX Extremely rudimentary. Breaks all the rules for ease of use. Iimpossible to get back to settings or offers from order menus. If you back out or update your pickup location, it clears your cart. Final straw, when I added a card, it immediately submitted my order without warning! I was setting up an order to enter as soon as I was released for a short lunch break so I could pick it up without a wait, but I wasn't ready to submit. 2 stars only because you *can* actually place an order.

The app deleted my account. I'm not sure why it was deleted. It hasn't been more than 30 days since my last log in. Tried to log in with my credentials. There is no option to pick between "sign in" and "sign up." So, I clicked the only button on-screen. It forced me to "sign up," essentially stating my account credentials do not belong to an account. I still have receipts from orders placed last month to the email I used to log in initially. Very concerning.
