Trash app. They drop you off 5-6 kilometers away to pick up your order. You take the item and then take it to the customer around 700 meters or 1 kilometer and they give you 7 zlotys. When a new order comes to you in the process of executing an active order and disappears in a second, the rating will be reduced. I have never canceled an order and I have 95% :)

The functionality the app is quite good, and the fees per distance are pretty fair. However 7/10 deliveries i get customers asking me how they can put a tip online as they don't keep cash, it's both inconveniencing for the customer and disadvanting for the courier as well as you walk out with no tip when the clients actually want to tip. It'd be nice to have the option for the customer to tip online just as the other courier apps do e.g @Uber Eats, @MrDelivery...just to mention a few.

Since the beginning of March, app is asking you to update your location every 10-15 minutes. Plus, I can't sign in with my current number, after reinstalling the app. Absolutely full of bugs.

The app crashes alot when u click delivery it crashes sometimes and u have to uninstall or clear caches and reinstall back before it works this is time consuming when you are infront of the costumer and not good

Location services keep randomly crashing. I thought initially that these would just turn on ocassionaly, just to check the GPS location. But actually, these should always stay on and because these were crashing I stood sometimes even 40 or 60 minutes without an order, which is absurd in my area. Also, the "all deliveries" list, sometimes crashes, once or twice, every 2 or 3 days. I assume someone is messing with the backend services. Also a debug log in the app, would be useful.

The app works fine and is easy to understand. However, one of its biggest issue is that it doesnt show me the clients location. I had several orders where the client is 2 minutes walk from the restaurant. Since I work with car, it's really frustrating and waste of time to make the journey + find a parking, just to deliver it to the client that's 2 minutes away. I just wish that I can see the clients location (even an approximate one would be okay) so that I can decide if its worth accepting.

Very useless app to work with. Blocking people and unblocking is their game here In Kenya. They won't give an ear to the riders even if the customer has located a wrong location. Even if the customer has refused to pay you will be blocked... Very useless

Editing my review because google banned previous one, i will use as sensitive words as i can Here goes, im from cyprus paphos and i wanted to register on this app as driver, since there are already drivers in paphos The app doesnt have paphos on the register options, my fellow driver friends(because there are already drivers in paphos under bolt) said they used connections. Thats it , shady business

Poor payment, they don't care about riders,they'd pay you 40 bob in this economy...sometimes client tips and it doesn't reflect, unnecessary blocking plus you have to.pay some cash to get unblocked...other that that bolt was a good app good payment easy to use but not anymore

this app is in a dire need of an update.. i keep missing orders because i can't see them in the background.. it lags, hangs, malfunctions mid-trips.

Very bad! Too less paid. You need to upgrade your payments. The same money for the cyclists and to the car drivers. Moreover, customers are saying that they tip me on the app. Where are my tips?? Guess what? Bolt is eating all my tips. Uber is a way more better. At least everything is clear. I can see my tips too

Stupid apps. Doesn't make notification sound when phone volume is low. Missed lots of order due to no notification sound and down performance rating. User interface is not well designed.

You have 20 seconds to accept an order, of which you're provided no info. You can accept the order only if you're lucky enough to be notified in the first place, which usually doesn't happen so, overall, unusable and unreliable app. It's a shame they give worse tools to their moneymakers than Glovo :(

Worst courier help support, without giving perfect solution they end the chat and reply after the everything happened. And app not work properly, most of the time it takes more than 3 minutes to open the app. And the accepting time so little.

The app has slow or poor response to touch or scrolling: it's difficult to use with ease. Save Our Souls (SOS) emergency feature is missing. App overlay feature is also missing. Some useful features get intermittently, and intentionally, removed. Little or no respect for drivers. They've now blocked my account because I refused to surrender to modern age slavery. Shame on you, Bolt.
