Every foreign movie/show should have an option to be watched in the original language with subs. I don't like dubbings! The app navigation could see some improvement. Particularly search and filter options should be made better to cater to people looking for a certain show or movie from specific genre or by specific cast/crew. Better navigation is more important than flashy looks. Also, live tv channels got removed, I cannot find them on the homepage or elsewhere. That's a big let down for me.

Bongo's new offline download feature is a great addition! It allows me to download movies and shows to watch without needing an internet connection, which is perfect when I'm traveling or in areas with poor data coverage. The download process is pretty straightforward, and the content is easy to access later. It's a solid feature. I’d love to see more content available for offline download in the future. This is one of the most versatile OTT platforms in Bangladesh. Their collection is huge and good enough. The problems are: 1. I auto-log out very often. 2. I can not save anything like watch later. It doesn’t work. 3. Resume playing is not working with this platform. It starts from the beginning. Pls fix all the issues.

To Whom It May Concern. I purchased 1 year subscription. Unfortunately wasn't able to run the app because it was asking for promo code. I email the bongo support team informing the issue and they returned back asking my account information and payment proof. I provided all info and also mentioned that if I don't run the app within 4days google will cancel the subscription. Well google canceled the subscription now waiting for the refund. Never heard back from bongo support team.

The app is very old type.(After taking subscription) to download Download now option works very slow. I have to wait a long time to fix the video resolution which is annoying. My network is very good but when I download something to watch any other episode or any other show I face various slow performance. But overall good.

Hi . Bongo app just cut my money from my bkhash account. But i didn't buy any subscription. Even bongo app wasn't on my phone. But this app take away my money for nothing and without any permission of mine. Bongo app charging me every month and cut money from my bkhash. but i lost my bongo id .So please solve this problem as soon as you can

I have a subscription. The author should fix the problem as soon as possible. The worst OTT platform i have ever used. I subscribed to it for one month.Next month, Forced to unsubscribe and logged out and then uninstalled. It's really bad.

I have paid one month subscription. Received acknowledgement email with receipt. But unable to watch on TV. In the first day after long on to mobile it shows my active membership. Bongo has solid content with local movies, dramas, and sports, but the app could use some improvements. The loading time is a bit slow, and the subscription system could be simpler.
