I really like the application. I have long dreamed of such possibilities of the program. There is not enough opportunity to highlight, designate the text of the original or translation, write a comment on a word or text in order to save it for re-reading. When you rotate the screen, it jumps to a new place in the text. many thanks to the author and success in the development of the product

The man behind the app has brains. What a work and it's utility. May you continue to rise and shine always. God bless. 👌☺️

Hello developer. I wanted to tell you that your app is great, I would like to give you some suggestions, which could increase the usefulness of the app. I thank you for creating it. I love it and I've been looking for something similar for quite some time! I would like some changes but overall it's great (you don't know how many words I thought I pronounced correctly but actually pronounced very wrong haha) Best of luck :)

Amazing app for language learning. Things for future improvement are 1) word list for the words added 2) auto speak of the translated paragraph

Excellent app for learning a language by reading. Kudos! I was looking for this since a very long time. And the app is developed single handedly. Amazing!

Amazing app for any language learners, and I dare to say the best one so far. This is the best app if you're looking to get i+1 input, because it makes literally any input comprehensible. I can't really pay for the subscription, so I really appreciate the opportunity to get extra translations through ads. To the developer: Never stop developing this app, one day it'll all pay off and everyone will know about you and your app. TLDR: Best app for language learners wanting to get input.

Good app but when trying to use books that have illustrations and selectable text like from story-listening dot net, the text are overlapping images. Can't read the text. It will be great if it can render images with text laid out correctly around img. Note I'm not talking about OCR but the text (in selectable text form) that are around the illustration. Other reader like moon+ display both the text and image without overlapping. Think I will have to find a way to get rid of images in doc. Thks.

Best of the best app ever Bro! I recommend this app to all my friends. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to read the text in an ai voice with an American accent :)) (but this is just a recommendation)🕺

Damn, one single person made this? Amazing!! This can be huge. I really hope the developer gets the money and energy to have outside help for things such as UX and design. I truly believe it could become mainstream. Even more so considering how good chat GPT is at translating. It could even be used by people who don't care about learning a new language, and only want to read something that hasn't been translated in their language yet. My sincere best wishes to the developer. Good luck!

Very pleasantly surprised. I was able to download a book from Haodoo in China into this app and immediately use. I'm now part way through Animal Farm in Chinese, and now started reading some Bulgakov in Russian (one of the books already available without downloading) as well as using one of the stock Spanish short stories. All for free. Great app! And just started using the vocabulary function too. This is really fantastic for upper intermediate and advanced learners especially.

I just wanted to say that this is a ridiculously amazing app. There is no other version of this on Android yet as far as I have tried. The most accessible parallel translator! Only wish that when we highlight words as adjectives, they still show up in our saved words color. I also wish there was a highlight option. Awesome app. You did the world a service by making this!

This is terrific—I'm really looking forward to using it more. It's not clear to me if it's a generously free effort (e.g., to advance human understanding, world peace, etc. 😊 ) or if it's "ad-supported". If it's the latter, I hope the ads aren't horrendously invasive. (I just uninstalled an app that made me watch a full-screen commercial before it'd let me reduce the size of a photo!) Until that happens, thanks very much for your fine work. 🌎 📖 😀👌

I tried to read one book in my native language. But I felt uncomfortable with that I read. So, I started google about other translations. I didn't like all existing ones. So, I decided to read the original version of the book, but it was still complicated. Then I found this great application that is probably helping me to read my first book in English. It has places to improve. But already it does everything that I need to achieve my purpose. Great!

I know this might seem self-serving, but I think this app has amazing potential. The frustration just comes from wanting it to be even better. I think one thing that would make this app truly fantastic is if it had a feature that highlighted what it was reading aloud and included the pinyin for the Chinese words. That would be a great way to ensure the pronunciation and comprehension were on point. For now, it's barely enough for my language acquisition needs.

I like this app but I'm getting frustrated. #1 4 books in French. #2 Translations are sometimes ridiculous and out of context. A casse-tete is not a puzzle if a guy hits you! But I like that it's exporting words for me to learn in Reword. So I read my book after paying for the annual subscription. #3 I finished 35 chapters. But the book is not done. Where are chapters 36 and 37??? Now I'm frustrated. Luckily I have the book in french on my kindle so I can finish it tonight. Around TWI 80 Days

I'm currently learning Russian, and the app is great in most aspects except that when I try to play the audio for a paragraph translated into Russian, it still plays the English audio. I've changed all the settings to allow everything to be translated through Google speech services, so I'm not sure why it won't play the Russian audio. Otherwise, a great app.

Every language learner should get this app. The only thing I would change about it would be to allow users to choose how to organize their books (e.g. alphabetically, by author, by language, etc.). Being able to create folders or "shelves" in the library would be another option. Everything else about it is wonderful. Being able to upload your own books is great. The translation functions work really well, and I love having multiple translators in case one is having trouble with a word/phrase.

Cool idea, but the playback is totally useless because the computer narrator doesn't use the pronunciation of the target language (sounds like a robot tourist) and is very unrealistic and unhelpful. I agree with other reviews that the translations aren't good either. I take want a good app for this purpose but I haven't found one yet... Edit to reply to developer: it only has English and Spanish as pronunciation options
