Please why is it that if I get a new phone and download this App again, all my previous downloaded songs will be lost and I will have to start all over again even after logging in? I believe once an account has been created, all activities should be stored and saved and can be accessed anytime you are logged in. I don't have to redownloading songs I've downloaded before after logging in. Please work on in. It's a big issue cos it a waste of funds!

I had a very bad experience! I downloaded 99 songs and had to watch ads for 5 minutes just to download those songs. I tried to look for those songs bit there were no were to be found. I spent 600+MB for songs that I didn't even listen to don't waste your data please🙏 THE WORST 👎

I still can't understand how I will subscribe on a music streaming platform and I'll go look for another app. I have a playlist with over 100 songs but when I click one, it keeps on repeating itself instead of going over to the next. I'm FRUSTRATED and you guys know this, I preferred you guys to Spotify but you guys leave me no other choice. I'll cancel my paid subscription and subscribe to a place where I can get the worthy benefits👿👿👿👿

This apps is extremely bad , a very terrible one. Any updates they have all your downloaded songs would disappear. I started using this January on my my phone . My songs have been deleted 3 times...This is Aprilll what's wrong with you people

Boomplay is a very good app... My problem here are the ads... I don't need to watch ads before downloading any song... The ads as well don't play when you click on them, that's so annoying. Also, when streaming, the ads that just pops up in the screen and takes over is also annoying... Pls I would appreciate if this ads are controlled... And the songs I download always filter off. I don't know how this occurs.If I should download a song today, I won't find it in next two days. Pls look into this

i don't know if this applies to everybody, but it's a bug that's been around for a while. when i open boomplay and the wifi is on, it deletes all my playlists marked as Favorite. that's the only problem. also, the covers of the playlists appear and disappear. pls fix this thank u

I feel so disappointed! How could they made one to start downloading music all over again when lost phone and re download the app signed in and didn't find all my music in my favourite, asking I re download again that's cruel! And one domt get to get some certain music when searched for it. Not too cool with this app really

Overall, it's a good app, nice Interface, good designs. I enjoy using the App due to it's many features. However, I found one thing extremely Annoying and it's the Ads display I literally cannot download any music without ads pouring in. To make it worse, the ads are all very long, over 30 and 45secs and they keep repeating ads. This has made the app very frustrating to use. I deleted d app and I'm also not using it until the problem is fixed

PLEASE HELP I listen to music everyday and then today I open the app and all my downloaded songs are gone,I had about 327 songs in total and about 192 local songs that means I had about 135 songs downloaded from boomplay and they are gone I don't mind downloading them again but how can I possibly remember them all, I am literally in tears , i tried updating the app and it made things worse and logged me out, i logged back in and still nothing, please help me 😢, I beg you 😭.

I really enjoy using using this application. As I believe that music is more than entertainment. It's really a medication,that expands one's imagination. Stimulates the brain in different regions you know and never even knew,elevates the mood and can be multi-functional in therapy, meditation, relaxation and enjoyment. Music is a philosophy!!!

It's a good app I've been using this app like forever since I had my first phone, but a very big BUT recently I noticed that all my coins every single thing is gone I was like okay maybe there was a glitch in the system so I let it slide, I was locked out of my boomplay account.. I keep logging in. Every single time exit, I have to be relogin and it's so frustrating and then again all my downloads are gone,I need an explanation. I deleted the app to download it again but I can't login

The app was fine and I really loved it until recently when it keeps starting to play music on it's own like it's possessed. Very annoying. More info: What I mean is that the app starts playing music on its own, as if someone has pressed the play button. This can happen randomly, even in the middle of the night, despite having restricted its background activity. I keep having to uninstall the app because of this.

Whenever I turn on my data and doing another thing on my phone the music stop playing,and this doesn't happen before it started two months ago,I thought it was my phone problem,and tried other music app and they are all working perfectly. I can't even open the app and start listening until I waited for like 90seconds, before it started playing. If something is not done the way I wanted it,I will soon delete the app on my phone

I really have no big problem with using Boomplay. It's been a wonderful experience ever since I reactivated my account. I just have a little problem, which is how playlists are arranged. The songs are arranged in such a way that a newbie would get lost trying to navigate his/her way around the user interface. It would be best if that's looked into, and made more organized. Boom Play could learn from YouTube Music in that regard.

I had to uninstall this app due to it's unreasonable ad interruptions. How can you be in the middle of enjoying your favourite playlist and then, an ad pops up to break the flow. What's worse is you have no control over it. You just have to sit and wait till it plays through, before getting back to your music which at this point, you've lost interest in as a result of the stupid ad. And don't tell you need the ads to make money; there are intelligent ways of showing ads without interruptions.

I thought I had found a really awesome app that not only showcase new and different music and I was able to also earn additional income. But when it came down to payday this app changed up their policy and basically took advantage of its users by not making good on pay. Then to top it off when attempting to delete my account. It literally has the button for no reason you can't even get off the app!!!! DONOT waste your time or money on this app!!!!

The app is really good it does what it says it does. You can download music and listen to it offline and there's even an option so it doesn't use any of you data (forgot to say it's free) there are some adds which makes sense but there not adds that have audio and music still plays during them. Would be cool if there was a way to download the songs to your phone so you could use it as like a ringtone or alarm sound though all and all 5 star app ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
