App is garbage. You download it, it disappears. Did it run? Did it not? Who knows! No notification of anything. Internet randomly cuts out for no reason, customer service is no help. I'm going back to cricket.

Keeps crashing, YouTube help video is barely understandable, sounds like overseas tech support, may have to get new phone or new provider. Update, went through 5 of the solutions on YouTube video, app still crashed, going shopping for phone and or provider now, not going to"wait a while and try again"

Hope it works. My bill is paid on time every mnth. This is my last resort before going somewhere else. I've had 4 (5 until my daughter left for verizon) lines on my account for almost 7 years. I've had to call in for 8 months to have the data reloaded after the billing cycle so they can "submit a ticket for this isolated event." This takes up to 3 days to finally receive data. I need maps almost daily, and this week has been a nightmare. I hope I can come back and change to 5 stars next month

Can't be done without. This is a app that is needed to help configure boost phones automatically. It's not something that will make everything work but it's needed to help properly configure your device. I think it's funny people put bad reviews like it's a bad app? You need to work for boost which I do, so your phone configures correctly.

The app is absolute garbage it will cause your phone to keep factory resetting every time you download it I've literally had to factory reset my phone just to be able to use it !!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!!!!!!! MY PHONE WORKS JUST FINE UNTIL THE APP IS DOWNLOADED save your self the nightmare its not worth it this app shouldn't even exist I wish I could give negative stars and I contacted support and they said there's nothing wrong with it when I have video of it and they refuse to help

App did nothing for my connectivity. Day 2 of the message that my phone is not registered on a network. I have been with Boost for over 10 years. There were no issues until they started working with ATT. I have already signed up with a different carrier and will be ending my service with Boost.

Didn't config a thing for me! It's a Rollercoaster techs couldn't help. Everything they told me to do, turn off the phone. Wait 3 minutes turn it back on, update your software, make sure mobile data is turned on. All of those steps I had tried prior to calling. Then the final step download this junk app. I was about to call them and tell them run me money back when I started trouble shooting on my own. There is steps on the site to change the apn settings. I did and it worked hope this helps u.

Worst app I have ever installed. If you buy a phone from Republic Wireless, I think the phone came with the app already installed, SO NOW I CAN'T UNINSTALL IT!?! So, installing Carrier (which has a terrible rating and horrible reviews) is not happening. Without a land line, I am out of options at the moment. Would not recommend this to enemies, let a lone friends....

Worst service I have ever had. For the last week, all 3 of my lines have not been able to use our data. We've only been able to use calling and texting. I tried to speak to customer service and was "troubleshooting " with a complete fool. Either I continue paying for junk service that I can't use, or find a new service provider. I am going with option 2. Do NOT waste your money!

I haven't been able to make calls with my boost service at all and my data conks out very often and when it does my signal fully drops and my phone says emergency calls only. And when I try to make a call it won't even ring it'll just say Carrier unable to make calls or something like that. My phone calls can't come in and I can't place any out. Boost has gone downhill and I'm sick of it. And they keep telling me to update this app and it does nothing. Worst phone company ever.

I am unable to receive or make calls in certain areas. I was told by boost customer service to download this app to address the issue. It did NOT fix the issue. I also do not see the app icon in my phone. Only when I go to manage apps I see it. Recently found out Boost is under DISH. Bad business deal. My service has not been the same. Boost is NO GOOD. definitely switching providers.

Boost is trash! I was on the phone and in chat with them all day because I haven't been able to call or text since the last update. They gave me the run around. I almost factory reset my phone, but before I did I watched a couple YouTube videos and became a certified tech (jokes). I tinkered around and found that you can just go under settings, under apps, find android auto and get rid of that sucker! It worked! 😁

Absolutely horrible... So frustrated with boost mobile. This app was supposed to help with network issues and troubleshooting other issues. The network is stuck on LTE when I should be receiving 5G network for the last couple months or more. Automatically loosing network connections and having to reboot my phone a few times a day. I've done everything as instructed to fix this issue. They told me to download this worthless app for what. Get it together before you loose loyal customers.

On the fence of how many stars...waiting to see how my phone functions. Like others, no app opened, so I uninstalled then reinstalled. Still nothing. Was finally told by support that this app will NOT open or have an icon. It runs in the background. After powering off/on then turning off)on wifi then turning on/off airplane mode, my phone is working well 🤞

Boost is Now Trash. I can barely make calls. I have to constantly reboot my phone. The data throttles on and off when I have plenty of data left. I can't even use their app to get a live person because it just stops working. Their APN settings are different everywhere you look. It used to feel like I was beating the system getting such a discount on the same thing as an $80 AT&t plan, but those days are over.

Boost mobile SUCKS! I haven't been able to use my phone at all since switching companies. And I've had to purchase data pack after data pack just to be able to use my internet! Plus they tried to add an extra $5 to my monthly bill without my knowledge. I had to call and have them remove all the recurring extra data packs that I had ALREADY PAID FOR AT THE TIME I HAD ADDED IT, there shouldn't have been any reason to make me pay for them twice. ILL BE SWITCHING PHONE COMPANIES NEXT MONTH!

An invisible app that runs in the background and can't be selected. That is fine but they should have made that clear . Also, on some phones it does not work automatically. To get it to work, you need to go into settings and reset your network settings then reboot. The app does not do this and the instructions do not tell you any of that. After manually setting the APN and only getting SMS (no MMS) I chatted with tech support when they told me to reset and reboot. The downside to BYOD.

Since the start of the year (2024), even though I have "unlimited" data, I routinely cannot use any mobile data for internet, only for calls/texts. Restarting, adding more APN settings, nothing fixes it. That's why we're going to a different carrier. At least with Republic we were able to get answers and fixes pretty quick. Boost does nothing for us.

Zero help. Whether I'm sitting still at home or at work... signal comes & goes & calls are sometimes dropped. Randomly -- unable to receive calls/texts. While on a call, signal is often in & out & I miss a great deal of what the other person is saying. The rep was nice, but unable to fix the issues. She recommended this app, but it resolved nothing. I'm having these issues on an Android. My daughter is having similar issues on her iPhone... in a totally different state. Uninstalling. :-/
