I used to love this app, but they changed it to a new Boostcoin program and it's awful. It only gives you $0.01 for each 30+ second video and there's no spin and win, which used to be at least $0.05 per day! The two $0.75 bonuses every seven days for videos and the spin and win are also gone. It's not even worth it anymore. I'm even considering switching to a different phone service provider. This app was the only thing that made Boost worth it because you could get a discount.

The original app was just fine. This could've been added as an update rather than force people to join up on another confusing app that may be looking for ways to get more money out of people's pockets. I've been a boost customer for 11 years, it's looking like a high time to changer carrier providers. Now it's changed the app again to remove the ability to get log in bonuses. Steady trying to screw the little guy out of money. Change it back stop being so ignorant.

It was really great and a lifesaver to be able to reduce my phone bill every month, but now since they took that off the app with the latest update, I can't even watch videos to earn points. No more daily check in points either. I've been with boost for over a decade and when they brought the boost one app in, I think it was a great decision, but now it's kind of ruined. Might be looking into another phone company because being able to reduce my phone bill was why I stayed.

Originally this was great, it was nice being able to take some money off the bill. But now they have taken away the login bonus and the spin. It was also suppose to award you every 3rd billing cycle with coins, and I never received them. I feel now with the limited way of getting coins makes the app not worth it anymore. It's going to be harder to get any amount off.

(new issue) The daily check in and spin to win is gone, the videos are constantly freezing, and I hate it. So does my wife. It's even fully updated. It needs to be fixed, and fast!!! (old issue) Love the concept, but it isn't taking my accumulated boost points all the time when my wife and I try to use them. Please fix it.

Reward options taken away, I've been a boost customer for going on 10 years and this was the best feature they ever brought onto the system, even after making me pay double the cost for over a year I stayed with but this is ridiculous. The daily login, spin wheel, and videos as well as 75 cents for a week streak reward was a fantastic promo to keep people able to stay on and knock a few dollars of their bills which is pennies to them. Now you have to waste hours of your time for a dollar.

It has been alot of ups and down since they pushed this app on the customers. One thing I thought was cool was that you can earn money off your bill. I used to be able to get $20 off just for utilizing the points on the app. then slowly they started to take it away to the point now I can barely get $10 off my bill. I can't help but feel like boost Mobile and this app are scaming its customers. Update: they have taken off the spin the wheel and reduced the 2 credits to 1. Just evil smh.

I'm so done with Boost One. It was buggy when it first launched, which is understandable, and eventually they (pretty much) fixed the issues. I had $13 in credits, went to pay the difference, but instead it charged me the full amount of my bill. Annoying but whatever. Then all of a sudden, there's no sign in reward, no daily spin, no 7 day streak rewards. All you can do is earn a couple cents to watch ads or try to earn by downloading the dumb games that never give you the rewards. I'm just done

Update 6/7/24: The app updated today. No more check-in credit. No more spin for credits. Credits now EXPIRE in 6 months!! The offers no longer include local discounts. Videos pay 1-cent. Too many big changes. Not likely that anyone is going to "Earn Free Wireless" anymore. I may be shopping for cell service soon!! :/ ... 5-STARS: Great way to keep track of your account and earn credits towards your bill. There's even a coupon section to save money on dining and services in your neighborhood!

Update: they eliminated most ways of earning coins. 01 cent a day. Don't bother. It's much worse with the newest update. Opens straight to a 404 page. Really lame for a big company. original review: This app just does not work. You open it, and it just hangs, like it's loading and never opens. Not just sometimes, every time. Today, I just walked away. I came back 10 minutes later. Still loading. Try closing and reopening. Tried rebooting phone. Tried uninstalling and re-installing. Terrible app

In the beginning, I liked it but over time, it gotten to the point that it won't open correctly the first time & I have to close it & open it once or twice before it will actually open. Plus, it now limits the adds that can be watched for coins. I do like being able to earn money off my bill when it works. UPDATE: I just logged in on 6/7/24 & there's no longer the daily login coins & the daily spin is gone & videos have dropped from 2 to 1 coin. I had an email about changes but this was a shock.

Not even close to the previous Boost app! Needs tweaking! Add ability to purchase add-on data packs and make it easy to do. Don't expect accuracy for points earned (consistently fewer credited). ***A year or so later, this app has gone from bad to worse! It takes too long to load settings/points AND no longer offers reasonable points accumulation for the data used to acquire them. NEVER awarded so-called "loyalty" or "add a payment method" points. The app is okay for bill payment but that's all.

If I could give it a zero, I absolutely would. They removed the ability to do wheel spins for boost coins. Now there's only offers and videos. Offers want you to hit max mobile game level for a measly 100 boost coins aka $1.00, and videos only pay 1 cent and take way longer than 30 seconds when they force you to play the demo for an additional 30 seconds. If you have all the time in the world to watch ads for coins, great! But most of us work for a living! Switching to Mint!

Really liked the ability to earn money off my bill. I guess they were losing too much money since they took away the wheel spin to win coins as well. I started using this app when it originally came out and got quite a bit off my bill. However they just keep coming back and decreasing the ways to earn and the amounts you can earn. I'll probably uninstall at this point because it's just taking up space.

Can no longer use the rewards system to pay for phone bill, was a huge help but has been "updated" and now isn't worth it at all. Times are tough for people and having a way to get cheaper phone service is really helpful. Thankfully theirs cheaper service than Boost mobile, same features and a working rewards system that is worth it and helps those struggling be able to keep their phone service.

When it works it's good! But half the time it's glitched. I haven't been able to spin for at least 3 or 4 days now. You're supposed to get a loyalty bonus every 3 months but I've been with Boost over 10 years and I've never received this. Plus, you used to get 2 coins for every video watched but they dropped it to 1 coin. I'm seriously thinking about switching companies because this reward system was the main thing keeping me with Boost.

The app took away any incentive to use it, so we all go back to paying our bills at the original amount. I never got more than $15 off my bill anyway, which was a nice help when it happened. Deleting the app, saving the space on my phone, because my storage space is worth more to me than $2 or $3 a month from wasting my life watching videos. I've been looking into a new carrier anyway since Boost gives me no plan option when I upgrade my phone next. Cheaper plans and better options elsewhere.
