Loved the app at first but after a few minutes of shopping it kicked me out so I uninstalled and installed it multiple times. Then when I tried to buy something from the app it wouldn't allow me in or allow me to sign in, it kept telling my password was incorrect but when I tapped the app later I was logged in. I still can not access the app.

I love the store. The app doesn't keep your filter settings when searching and will show the same items when you press the "show more" button. Please fix this. It happens online also. This is very difficult to order from your site and this app with these types of issues.

Not very intuitive. I had to search the entire app just to see if I could check my order status. Then I find out that it's just a link out to the website. It also doesn't show any order history. The 2 main things I expect from a retail store app, this one either doesn't do or doesn't do very well. I also experienced some of the glitches that others have written about.

Well, the app is good, but it will not accept my address, I can only see it when I log in via website. The box for state has no drop down to select a state or type one in manually. Also, I am a B Rewards member with rewards, but they don't show in the app only via the website. Otherwise, I love the tunes! Will update rating once fixed. TY

Basically only good for checking times and addresses for local stores.. My experience: long sleeve button down filters return long and short sleeves and anything that buttons. no option to see various colors of the same design/style by the same brand. says it's loaded 100+ options at a time and only loads about 20 at a time. Also you can't access all filters because they are covered up by action buttons and you can't scroll. Not worth it. boot barn was rooked by whoever they paid to develp this

I am getting married next year and I bought a pair of dingo boots to wear with my wedding dress. It started from there. I have several pairs of boots now. New, used, clearance etc. I love cowgirl boots and the spirit they represent (I love HARD rock and country). I am officially a boot barn fan.

I'm trying to add an address but I will let me finish because it ask for a phone number I enter the 10 digits and it will mark as if I'm missing a number I add 1 at the begging of the area code and will not work 🤔 fix please

Love their Boot Barn Radio. I used to be able to find Western boots in my size of 11-B. But, none can be found in their listings anymore. So I have to use a Custom boot maker for that. Sorry Boot Barn.

The app doesn't have all the options that I need. For example TO MAKE A PAYMENT. And I CAN'T SEE MY BALANCE.

All my other cards allow me to make my payments through the App. This one doesn't. Very inconvenient.

The Maneger Spencer is one of the most knowledgeable related to cowboy hats, boots, and other western apparel. He not only understands North styles but down South as well. Exceptional customer service is second to none.

This app is so easy to use. Usually with most apps you have to jump through hoops. For example most of the apps I've downloaded want to send an email to enter a password etc. It is so annoying. Thank you for making it easy to register!!! I'm so excited to shop in the Boot Barn app!!!!!
