The process to find a location, book and check-in works well. However the app itself is very slow to load, even over a 4g connection. This made check-in and check-out more painful than it should be.

Looks like a scam app. I recommend avoiding this. There is no box to store the luggage. You have to leave it in some person care and hope they are trustworthy but the people handling the service don t look like it, just some people with the app. The app charged me double for the same booking without my consent. The bank advised me to ask a refund but how can you get a refund from a scam app? Going to block the card used and uninstall the app in order to avoid further unauthorozed withdrawals.

We had an excellent experience using Bounce. Very easy booking process. Great location for us as it was close to our airbnb and transit. App worked great. Saved us from lugging baggage and ensured we enjoyed the most of our day. Service at Smoking Monkey was super both for drop off and pickup.

Updated review: the app has gotten worse 🤦♀️ the booking process should be quick, not take 10-15 minutes because the app is unresponsive most of the time, both on wifi and data. Wait a few minutes to choose location, then another few minutes to adjust the number of bags, then some more to see available options, and so on. Once the booking was confirmed, it then took ~5 minutes for it to open the confirmation and QR code!? Also, advertises prices that aren't real (2.7gbp Vs charges 6gbp)

Horrible app. Terribly slow on a modern Pixel 8. Tap something and sit back to see if it decides to do anything with it. When you finally make it to the payment step, it just crashes. Impossible to book a reservation.

Downloaded the app several times over. It simply does not work. It opens then freezes. I've heard great things about Bounce and would love to use it for an upcoming trip but it simply isn't working. Hoping they fix the issue. If so, I'll gladly update my review.

Excellent service, the app could be improved though. It takes a long time to load, the map has to load before you can click any buttons even if you're not using the map. And buttons frequently take many clicks before they register.

Thought I booked my luggage but apparently it didn't work. So I tried again the day of, but had a lot of trouble choosing today's date. Had to pick it in the search menu as it didn't work in the confirmation menu. The to make things worse when it would go to my PayPal app and I'd confirm the payment, the Bounce app would just crash/exit. Tried 3 times then gave up. Went through radical storage instead and booked in 2 seconds, without even installing the app. More expensive but it works...

First time user of Bounce for luggage storage and very impressed with both their customer service and the site I used for the actual luggage storage, Village Pop NYC Tattoo. Entered the shop, showed him my confirmation, he took the bag, tagged it, gave us a receipt, and put it in a closet away from customer view. Took two minutes to retrieve on my return and we were on our way. Would definitely use Bounc again, and definitely use Village Pop NYC Tattoo.

perfect service! I had a stop over in Frankfurt for around 13 hours. I booked a spot near the main train/bus station. It actually took away the worry of walking around with my luggage all day and reassured me that it'd be in a safe place. Everything went smoothly, it exceeded my expectations!!! Also the customer service was professional and helpful.

Used a location in Times Square when I needed to get straight from the airport to a concert in the city. plenty of locations near the venue and chose one open 24hrs for convenience. Easy transaction on the app with details of the place. Once there, bags are taken in, secured in back of the store and off to your business. Really convenient when hotel, or your place is not available in your travel logistics, even when you're passing through on layovers and want to explore a city a few hours.

This is so handy for travel when you don't have the same hotel multiple days in a row or your hotel is far away from where you're landing and want to explore! When I was in Florence, other baggage drops were starting at €4,50 for an hour and we're close to €8 for 3, this is just a set price for the entire day and it's so helpful!

Their website and app barely works. I had to try multiple times to book luggage storage and then they somehow got the wrong date. When I asked them to change the date to the correct one they insisted I needed to pay for another reservation without a refund of the other because their system wouldn't let them change dates. Honestly though you'll get a cheaper price just looking at their storage locations and calling them directly, the one I used wasn't Bounce specific and was cheaper.

It's a wonderful convenient service if the place that's hosting the luggage holding knows what they're doing and keeps word to the hours they're supposed to be open. I did have an issue at the first booking location to the point that I had to find another one, but was helped out by customer service. Second booking location was just great.

I booked everything through the app, and when I arrived at the storage location, the owner of the establishment said they ended their partnership with Bounce and would not take our luggage. This caused us to waste time and money on a futile Uber trip. The app doesn't allow you to call the store to verify before booking either, so anything scheduled is a shot in the dark. I'm deleting the app and won't be using this service anymore.

Our group used the Bounce service at Mediterranean Inn a couple of different times during a recent visit to the Space Needle and other attractions. Every single employee of the hotel that we interacted with was amazing! They were all so helpful. A great credit to both the hotel and the service! On a logistical note, this Bounce location is really perfectly situated for anyone who needs to store luggage while they visit the Space Needle and all of the other attractions in that area.

My first experience was terrible. Couldn't get a hold of the storage place. They didn't answer messages. The bounce help went to a not connected page. When I did get help, they were good, but it took 30 minutes to connect. The next place was great. If it had been my first experience it would have been 5 stars. Hope bounce fixes the help so you can get someone fast.

Spent the day in Manhattan with the plan to head to the airport in the evening. So, luggage in tow. This was so convenient and seamless. Drop off easy. Was able to stop back after dinner to leave my leftovers with my bag. Wandered the city, lots of walking, went to a concert, had a lovely time, not having to lug my bag around. Felt very confident everything was safe & secure. Will definitely use the service again.

App crashes constantly when trying to access support messages or contact the store owner. There is 0 guarantee that store owner is actively using the app. App is also missing core user experience such as location details about accessibility. The location I chose was up several flights of stairs in a narrow stairwell with no elevator. Luggage fell and caused damage. No indication in app before booking. App crashes when reaching out for support, had to use the website. Terrible first experience

Does not work on Samsung Galaxy. Just keeps loading forever to find a location once you install. Still loading as I'm writing this. Once it loads, the touch controls do not work. Can't navigate. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Far too unstable an experience to trust one's bags to the service.
