Honestly, some of the puzzles are great, but some are just ridiculous. Googling coordinates, looking at the about section in the play store, and most irritating, needing a second device for a puzzle, are simply not good puzzles. There's no out of box thinking there. Needing internet for an offline game makes no sense, and assuming I have a friend nearby or a second device is just privileged thinking. the fruits in the basket puzzle is bugged. I put all 3 totally in the basket 3x before it worked

Guys if you love very hard puzzle games that force you to twist your brain into a pretzel that's gone through a spaghetti machine and twisted up into an untangleable mess, this is the game for you. The puzzles are very hard. You'll have to use google a lot, and go outside of the app for various answers. You really have to dig to get the answers. Everything is logical though. If you don't get the logic after the first couple levels, well it probably isn't for you then. You will need the hints.

This game is not about logic. It asks that you use a working knowledge of history, pop culture, phone apps, settings, and then tosses in a tiny amount of logic needed to connect these ideas in a series of levels using a basic command prompt-like environment. The tips are nice, they take me back to my early days of computers. Not what it was advertised to be. Logic games should never use assumption.

The main reason I'm giving this app 5 stars is cause of the absence of ads. It's something I really appreciated as a user. There were many games I enjoyed playing that I gave up on cause of the ads. Also, I thought the game was clever and well made, and I enjoyed the majority of the puzzles once I got used to the thinking. Only small complaint I had is some puzzles I figured out the approach and/or first steps before getting stuck, forcing me to go through many hints before getting a useful one.

It was an ok game but I stopped after the geography puzzle. It made me realize that this game was less of a logic puzzle and more of an all-around knowledge puzzle. The "coding" aspect seems pointless and I'd honestly appreciate the parsing was done in a fashion like a text adventure game than having to pointlessly typing out a / or : every single time. At the point I stopped, the coding aspect never seemed to play a part. If you're looking for a puzzle related to coding/logic, this isn't it.

The logic aspect of this game reminds me of a mistake I made in one of my old puzzle game designs: assuming the player followed my thought processes. Where having the unique out of the box thinking puzzles is a very cool idea, in practice it can be hard to strike a balance in difficulty. The way things are phrased in this game makes making connections harder. This makes it a game that can only be beaten by people with the same mind as the developer.

It's a very interesting puzzle game, though sometimes the solution can be a little obtuse. I think that's by design though which has its charms for sure. Certainly unique. As someone who typically tries to ignore hints, I'd definitely recommend using em. Sometimes they just tell you what kinda puzzle it is which is useful. Definitely worth a try at the very least, lot of fun if it's your kind of game!

This game is very unique, constantly making you think outside the box to figure out how to solve them. Honestly, it was very difficult at times and I ended up looking for the hints online when I ran out, but most of the time I was on the right track! There are some reviews saying it's stupid and obscure. It's definitely different but that's the point! Someone complained about the night level being impossible but they didn't realize they can/have to change the time on their phone...

Mediocre "puzzles" that have you try random stuff, with a rare "ah-ha!" moment that puzzles ought to inspire. Mostly, you just fumble through the commands until you find the one that does anything... For a given puzzle, most do not. If you're of a cynical bent, you'll wonder if the puzzles are intentionally obtuse, because the app is monetized by its hint system. I might not go that far - I just think the dev needs to consider what makes for a good puzzle.

This game is very challenging... finally! I need a good challenge. It's also very simple. My biggest problem is the lack of sensitivity on typing. For example, to type "/anim:" I have to hit "a" 3 or 4 times for it to register in the game's text box. Just makes things move slower then they ought to.

Loved this game so much and enjoyed the challenges. Some levels were easy, while others stumped me... You can tell how many hours were put into making this game. My favourite feature was the use of source code on the website and the use of Google Maps!! Would definitely play again!!! It is now my favorite game app because of the lack of ads. The only ones in game were the ones I chose to watch for more hints!

Stuck on level 9! And so happy about it. Finally, I think I have to found a puzzle game that makes me really have to think over the clues; that doesn't recycle its own 5 or 6 different types of puzzles; and seems to have a strong inclination to keeping things fresh. So glad I found this. Thanks .kkapps! Edit- really glad I came to leave a review when I did! 😉

Love the game so far. One problem. At fix the keyboard stage, I kept punching in the ASCII code for lower case letters and was constantly getting them invalid. I used 3 tips and kept thinking it was wrong until it dawned on me that I didn't try the uppercase letters. Once that hit it felt wrong though. The entire keyboard is all lowercase but wants uppercase encoding. This has to be a mistake in the game right? Edit: this seems to be true for the W character. The others seem to be fine.

Some puzzles are based on the logic presented in the game, while other puzzles have no bearing at all on the presented logic. For example: one puzzle had me use the phone's accelerometer, which is clever. But, it was never expressed as a possibility within the game's own logic, and I could only figure that out after using a hint. The game presents itself as logic puzzles based on a programming language, not on smartphone functions

I liked that some of the puzzles needed me to 'think outside the game'. Almost ARG. (Alternate reality game). This is a 'use all your resources close at hand' kind of puzzle. Requires to think of different ways to look at the question or task. The game needs you to actually think outside the scope of the app. This game is for those who are into solving uncommon puzzles with the least amount of given clues.

Fun, interesting puzzles. I noticed one bug: if you start typing a command (before the /) and you enter just a space, you can't delete the space, so you can no longer type any commands. You can still hold down the delete key to delete it, but it took a while for me to figure that out. Other than that, great app!

Thus far this is really cool and reminds me of MSDOS! Yep, I am a Gen Xer... I remember playing these types of games in junior high and this one is pretty tough, but super fun and challenging... It tells you at the beginning how to solve puzzles, but YOU have to figure out the correct command to enter, by looking at the clue and determining how to solve it... Remember, a computer is only as smart as the person operating it...

Clever idea, smooth clean UI. Some of the puzzles though.... Required leaps of thought I never got. And then the hints would be useless because I was already past step one and I don't want to spend a resource I only get 1 per puzzle on a hint that tells me something i already did. Very frustrating. Like calling tech support and having to have them tell you to do all the things you already did.

Tough but fun! You need to think. Play around. My only dislike was the tips. When you need help, the tip should correspond to the step you're on. I've completed steps 1 and 2 and need help on step 3. I have to waste two tips that give hints for the steps I've already figured out. And quit whining about it being hard. If you want a game that calls you a winner just for tapping the screen then get something else. This one requires you to use your brain. Loved it, looking forward to more levels!

The game doesn't "challenge your brain," it tests to see if you can come up with the dumb answers to the trick questions provided. After completing the game, I have no reason to play it again or even after future updates considering how repetative it was using the same handful of pre-made "commands" that wasn't as hands on with coding as I hoped. It's a good idea. Just executed poorly.
