REVISED REVIEW. Great app. I had a problem with all the surveys giving me error codes so I emailed tech support and the problem was fixed within a couple days! Great job. I love that I can just let the meter run and collect daily points or if I want more points I can do surveys. I do wish though that the longer surveys paid a little better but that is not the apps choice, so... I just cashed in for a $25 gift card. They get it to you fast, too. Thanks brand bee!

I love when it use to be mobile performance meter b/c they automatically gave you 2 points for attempting to complete the survey's. Now they give you nothing for trying to do the survey. Other than that I love the reward options they are completely different than other apps, which makes me want to use this app more and it also allows me to learn about new places. I love being able to give my input into upcoming products that we as consumers use our money to purchase!

Other than having no warning with the rebrand (so I accidentally uninstalled thinking I downloaded a random app while drunk), it was fine the way it was before. Simple, easy to use, and actually getting some surveys. The bright colors don't fix the confusing set up and the fact I can't do any of these surveys. I don't wanna waste my time only getting 2 points from 100 surveys after already wasting 5 - 10 minutes before I'm not eligible

When it was Mobile Performance Meter, it was great. I have collected lots of money over the years in the form of gift cards. Then the switch! It didn't transfer my previous points over to the new system and the BrandBee app stopped working within 2 days of me installing it, in fact right after I installed an update. It's really a shame too. I have now uninstalled it. No longer worth the hassles.

I like this app, but now that more graphics are included in the app, there are more technical issues. ( when it was a stripped down version, rarely had an issue ) You will be doing a survey and when you go to select an answer, taping in it doesn't work, after several tries, I have to leave the survey. If you don't have technical issues, it,can be a rewarding experience.

Pros: not as many buffurings, the app works somewhat smoothly. Less points for more money. Cons: not a lot of gift card options for people who don't have a lot of points. On the old app if there was a problem you could talk to customer service that day and they'd have the issue fixed, it's not the same. The new format is ok but the old one was easier. Surveys are the same but I wish they'd give you more than 2 points if you weren't eligible for the survey, u use a lot of your time for nothing.

Ever since the last update on 11/22, I keep getting an error message that says: "Oops, it's probably us! Looks like a momentary issue, please try again later." Cannot get past this error message at all, and cannot see my accumulated points. I'm also guessing I'm not getting my daily points due to this. Don't want to uninstall and reinstall since I'll lose all my progress again. Seen other users with the same issue.

Changed rating. Yes it works... Sometimes. When it says the error screen. I do have the app from the play store and constantly check to see if it's updated. I have had this app before it was brandbee. The company put an accessibility option for a shortcut I make sure it's always running in there or try to enable it but this is where it seems to not like me.

I love that all I have to do is let this run on my phone & I earn points daily. Even though I've had some issues with rewards for shopping thru the app, customer support has always been quick to respond & correct any issues. My only complaint is that most of the surveys I try, I either get an error message or it says I don't qualify for that survey...over halfway thru it, which is frustrating. The best part though, is how 500 points = $5, 1000 = $10, etc. Makes it quick & easy to cash out!!

I have been using the app for years before BrandBee took over and never had an issue. Since then the app has crashed several times and I have lost points. First time it happened they fixed and restored my points, but now nothing. I haven't heard from anyone in almost a month. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this has become ridiculous. Please fix it!

I've been with these guys now for years, the payouts are extremely fast and 100% dependable. And when I have upgraded or changed phones they have been wonderful and responsive. If I could rate higher or give a better endorsement I would. Having tried about every app remotely like this, I can say emphatically this one of the best out there. Thank you embee!

I like the app. It's been about a year and a half since the app was overhauled. I like the new improvements, but one thing has changed for the worse. Every so often the tracking gets turned off. If it takes a while to notice you may miss out on weeks of points. Previously I could just leave the app and forget about it for several months and come back to a nice balance for a giftcard. Now I have to babysit the app and make sure it's still functioning. Hope that can be fixed eventually.

I've had the Mobile Meter for years. When they changed to BrandBee I was skeptical. I had an issue with my points and email and reached out to support. They were great! They worked to restore my points and now i am a very happy camper. Throughout, the staff has always been helpful and accommodating. Thank you very much. 😃😃👍👍 12/21/23- Had an issue and again customer support was great. The five star rating still stands!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Had an issue with my reward not coming through and they gave me multiple options as to how I want it fixed. Been able to claim a $5 VISA gift card every month without having to do anything, so it is an amazing app to just make some money for a rainy day. The surveys are quite buggy, but with all the benefits you get, it can be overlooked a bit.

The surveys are a pain if you don't complete the pre survey questions you won't get the 2 points for trying. It wouldn't be a big deal but it tends to glitch and freeze about 90% of the way through so you have no choice but to leave and forfeit the points. It gets frustrating BUT they have excellent customer service. They will make up for it. This is definitely the easiest app to earn gift cards. I have tried several.

This app only gets 2 stars because it rewards points daily just for having it installed. Taking the surveys is pointless because you'll get to the end and then suddenly it won't load, and you have to exit out of the survey because of a technical issue, AFTER you did all the work, and get no reward, or you'll finish the survey and an error message will pop up, and have to exit, also no reward. Waste of time.

Survey in a survey in a survey in a survey. Here i thought to myself "okay when does it end?" but it just doesn't and when it does i get disqualified. Personally there should be some sort of system in place that prevents companies from looping or redirecting and redirecting and redirecting (yes, this is what i have experienced first hand.) on loop before shutting me out from gaining anything at all. a concept of which in thought, might prove well. but implemented to a not so friendly degree.

I still don't know if this app is legit. I've been aiming for a goggle play gift card, and I'm 3/4 there. Your app is okay it doesn't any ads but! Everytime I go to a survey it always redirects me to a new one and when I enter that one it redirects me to another in a loop and then l get an offer of 200 coins and obviously I'm not bot I do the verifications CORRECTLY and answer the first questions it kicks me out and says I'm not fit for it and just gives me 2 coins. Please fix it. Thank you.

BrandBee is one of my favorite apps! I gain points towards a wide variety of gift cards so easily, it feels like I am getting them while I sleep! I actually enjoy the surveys provided on this app, and the points add up fast and so generously! And there are so many gift cards to choose from! Customer Service is prompt, knowledgable, attentive and kind. It was a smooth transition to my new phone and a nee email! I appreciate everything about BrandBee!

The app is good, I've gotten multiple gift cards in a few weeks. But when I checked up on the app, I realized that it wasn't collecting points for a whole month. So normally, I turned it back on, did a few surveys, and went to do other stuff. When I checked back on the app again, the points were disabled again. I turned it back on, left the app, and opened it again, just to see that the point making was disabled AGAIN. I don't know if something is wrong with my phone, but please fix this..
