I've loaded the app twice now and it will not connect to the server. Piss-poor performance! Fix it!! Even the drivers have lots of glitches.

I can't use the app to book ride's and no matter how often I tell them when I call they always pick me up a block away from home. At this point I can't remove the one star I gave it because I cannot access the app at all now

The ETA is always like 20 minutes shorter than the actual time it takes. I'd be forgiving of it was only 5-10, but 20 minutes is way too long and the ETA never updates to reflect traffic. Really annoying

Too many drivers that don't care about the job, almost been in accidents multiple times fron speeding and quick lane changes. Also too many drivers just sit and wait after ride is booked..15 minutes at McDonald's or circle k is ridiculous

Doesn't work correctly most of the time. Wrong GPS pick up, even if you put the correct address it sends you to the wrong location.

Good service, however the wait time for your ride to pick you up takes really long so i advise you to order your ride ahead of time. Their services would be even better if they offered service to drive to the Port Charlotte area.

Outstanding people/drivers and usually "up to date" when it comes to timing. Wonderful idea for transit in our area. Thank you for giving us something on a cheaper scale. Just need to broaden the zoning...

Tried to book a ride only to have it cancel but not cancel.....then tried to uninstall and reinstall only to to me password doesn't work then tried to use temp password it tells you to use only for it to not work again. I liked using it but now can't even log in. Emailed developer, days later still no help

So far my experience has been pretty good except one time I wanted to go to the ups store on venice ave and pinebrook and she wasnt paying attention and took me to the ups on jacaranda and venice ave and I couldnt walk to where I wanted to go and got stuck waiting for a ride for four hrs because she wouldnt get off the phone while she was driving and speaking spanish and didnt listen to me. I got home at 11pm that night. On demand takes you to the store thats convenient for them.

I used the service to get to and from work, and it went really well, but mostly because I'd schedule my ride 40 minutes ahead of time just in case they were late, as they often were. If you can plan for the possible wait time, it's a great service. That being said, as a student of SCF, its a big deal that OD can't pick me up from campus. You'd think they'd at least pick up from there if not other Sarasota locations, considering how many students would use the service.

I am soo appalled that this company can not get there act together. App does not work and can not set up an account because of old app (via app) interferes with my log on information. Try to get a ride calling an hour before job ends and before the breeze stops driving and closes. A shame. Shame on U breaze.

Even though it says Sarasota County. It does NOT cover a large portion of the county. Oddly I see them driving in those areas and that's why I downloaded the app. But apparently they don't pick up or drop off in a huge part of the county. Just be aware and check ahead if you are hoping to use the service. It will be great for the rare times I'm in the other areas they do cover so I gave them 2 stars

Do not use if you want to be anywhere on time. I've been using the service on and off for about a year and not once have I had the ETA be correct. Using this for work is almost pointless as of recently all I get is a message that all seats are full. I have emailed support about these issues and haven't heard anything back.

First understand you may not be the only passenger. They may pick up or drop off before you. Sometimes you might be lucky and get a private LIMO, no stops for you on p/u or d/o. I have used this service many times. The service is excellent, the timing is great, the vans are SPOTLESS, and the drivers are very nice. Maybe some should choose another service and I will be very happy to have my own PRIVATE LIMO FOR $2.00. Otherwi se, I will continue to be very HAPPY!!

I am not thrilled that it is difficult to get a ride on the app. People who work in the office need to be trained better, because I wanted to change where I was going and the lady said she changed over the phone. Come to find out my ride could not be changed. I was coming home from the movies got a ride but the driver said he showed up and never did so I had to walk home and I am not impressed with how this was all just put together in a month there was no thought process. It needs to be fixed.

It's OK if you can't afford another option. Make sure you leave yourself a good 90 minutes at least to ensure you'll arrive on time to your destination. There's no way to predict how many pick-ups and drop-offs will be ahead of you. It's all determined by some software. People may get picked up and dropped off before your drop-off, even though they boarded after you. You'll find yourself traveling north to pick up another passenger. Even though you need to go south. It's frustrating at times.

The rides are inconsistent,and keep delaying,as well as scheduling rides doesn't work,when trying it then tries to schedule rides for you at that moment. It is cheap and most drivers are pretty nice, but the service itself needs to be improved,would be at least 4 stars if the scheduling worked. As well as they are always busy,delaying me trying to book rides by 30-45 minutes each time

they need to make it more accessible for people with bikes. If there's an option for a bike rack, and every time I've looked, there aren't any Breeze cars that have a bike rack, then they should NOT have the option if none have one. As a matter of fact, make it a rule that ALL VANS SHOULD HAVE A BIKE RACK!

It's very disappointing that On Demand & SCAT Plus completely cut off almost all of Sarasota from their routes??? I have dr. appointments there, but now have no way to get to those appointments. I downloaded the app, but can't sign in even if I click on "Don't have an account?" I initially got signed up over the phone & gave my information & email address. Now the app states that an account already exists with my email. So now I have to call & get help signing in.

Ever since the app rebranded from SarasotaOnDemand to Breeze OnDemand, I have been unable to use the app. I can still log into the website on PC. But on the mobile app I get the error "We're unable to connect to the server right now..." I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still got this error. I emailed support. UPDATE: After 2 weeks I finally got an email response from IT. I logged onto my Breeze OnDemand account on someone else's phone, and somehow that fixed the problem with my phone.
