Did not send out a pin number with the card when I received it. from my understanding the Company mails that shortly after the card gets mailed out which makes no sense but ok.. after a little bit of online shopping My account gets flagged and brightway has locked my account And I can no longer can use it for another 3 to 5 days even after i proved my Identity and approval of The transaction they flagged me for. Ridiculous very unhappy so far..

I'm very surprised. The features of this card are significantly better than anything else in its "class" of credit card. And the app itself, it's amazing. So easy, intuitive, thorough. I haven't had my card long, but I'm very happy so far.

Very easy and fun to navigate through. The numbers are so big and bold in blue where everything on the app is easy to see. I also love talking to the customer service, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Brightway 😊 🙏🏾 💓

As a busy woman who's job is to take care of and remember everyone else's appointments and payments.. I forget my own, which is not good when you're rebuilding credit. This app makes it impossible to forget your payments AND it's simple to set up!

Using a mobile app may be a nice convenience, but I find it important to be able to access and manage my accounts via PC, and I'm certainly not going to use an emulator. Brightway is not off to a good start with me, and if PC access is not available by the time I receive the card, I will not activate the account.

It is one of the easiest most straightforward apps I have ever used with a credit card! Whether you are checking your balance, transaction history or making a payment everything is right there, clear and easily found!

Smooth, very interactive app. Things are where you would expect them to be. No gliches. You get all the information you need in good bold attractive blue font. Visible at any age. Devs did excellent work. 👌🏾

My only complaint is that it takes wayyyyyy too long for available credit to update after payments are made. On average, it takes 2 weeks to update my available credit. Kinda ridiculous for someone who would like to use the credit card consistently as a primary card. I'm considering closing the account because of this constant inconvenience.

The annual fee charged on the statement closing date made my card go over the limit and then you messed up my credit score by reporting it, all within 10 days of getting the credit card. It's been about 10 days since I paid off my entire balance but still nothing is available but negative balance, even though I dont owe a dime. I was promised it would be fixed but nothing yet, hope you fix this before your next statement closing so you don't mess my credit score any further.

This is one credit card app of many i have used over many years. I give the people behind this one props for making everything extremely easy from checking your balance / available credit to making a payment or exploring deals they have put together with 3rd parties it's just easy to navigate and accomplish what you set out to do when you clicked to sign in.

Even after multiple attempts the app still doesn't work. I requested paper statements and still haven't received. Odd, that after I make a payment, I get a confirmation email. It is such an inconvenience to call in to hear balance and pay bill. Something really should be done. It's beyond ridiculous that even tech support can't figure it out

It can be hard to find specific information. Often the button I push doesn't take me where I want. For example, I hit payment and instead I get shuffled over to ive made or not made an on time payment. It's slso disconcerting how the screens go blank, shuffle around, and then pop up the information. I wouldn't use the app at all but at the time I got this you could not pay online otherwise. The website is still unreliable.

I've been having an easy time using the Brightway app. Everything makes sense. It's pretty much self-explanatory and easy to understand. I've encountered 0 issues so far. It would be better if I could see my due date for my first minimum payment since automatic payments will take effect after the next month. I had to go to statements and find the date to schedule another one-time payment.

Great app. There is no lag like other credit card apps. It was surprisingly easy to navigate and complete my autopay setup. My only suggestion would be to provide an option to pay "a different amount" when setting up autopay. I could only pay the minimum due or entire statement balance within the autopay setup. Otherwise, the app is great!!

I think the app works fine. I like alot of things but it. The only thing I don't like is that you can't see your due date anywhere. When you log in, you can see your available balance and credit limit but it does not show your minimum payment due or your due date. Even when you continue to create a payment, it shows the minimum amount due, statement balance and total balance but no due date. It's almost as if they want you to miss your due date to accrue late charges. Very bad business practice.

Some of my frustrations are with the company, but the app compounds them. Until recently, no due date on the homepage. When I last logged in, there was a date for next month. Turns out I'd missed a payment but had to look at payment history to know. Push notifications are on, but I don't get any. However, I did find emails from One Main I missed. I will do better keeping up with due dates, but this seems like a way to collect late fees and avoid payment streak rewards, which are now reset.

They make it extra hard to find your due date. Most apps are very easy, this one you have to take time and work for it. Also if you miss a payment because of their unclear date they take back credit from any on-time payments you have that counted towards your raised credit limit at 6 on time payments!!!! I'll definitely be canceling this card not to mention the $65 a year fee.

With the BrightWay Credit Card, you get the best rewards for making 6 on-time monthly payments. Plus, the app is very user-friendly, and it's helping to build a strong credit history when making timely payments. Payments are processed quickly. Nice card to have!!!!! You should apply and see for yourself. I've had the card for around two years now, and I've received multiple rewards for making monthly on-time payments, which were rewarded every 6 months. They just rewarded me with the +Card.

Minimal design features make it great for a streamlined useable app. Every button takes you to a screen you need to go to and no extra steps to get in the way. It makes paying the account bill easy and being able to navigate the app easily. Which is great for people that are not so techy. It's shouldn't be a hassle to control your financials. I think they have done a good job at keeping it simple and easy to use. Great app that I would recommend to anyone with a brightest account.
