Can't log in. I absolutely hate fact that you have to use facial recognition even when the facial recognition only works 1/10 times. If you contact customer service and tell them you can't access your account because it won't recognize you they basically say oh well thats the only way to log in. Would never choose to use this if it wasn't forced by the cruise lines.

Most horrible possible. I've never experienced such a horrible service in my life. Overall. Customer service is just nerving of so much inefficiency. The whole bank system is so bad. Blockings all the time for no reason, no notifications, security breachs, no problems solving skills at all. horrible services for travelers, So so so bad. If there is a thing that can never ever recommend is brightwell services. Run for any other digital bank services. This one is pure headache.5 negative stars.

I'm very unhappy with this app it's been two weeks of me trying to long into my brightwell and it keep denying me access on the face check. Tried to reach out but they keep telling me to send a screenshot of my problem knowing well the app does not allow me to take a screenshot if not they say reinstall the app and install again I've done so a lot of times already and still it's not working😢😭. I'm very unhappy!!!

Video selfie log in is annoying. Really need good connection for it. If we are using ships wifi which is not to good in connection then it gonna takes long time to get log in.. Even failed to do that. It's kind of frustrating. And often the application getting crashed. One more thing is that our card is not protecting with pin when using it. When we lose it then bye bye our money. Please fix it

To be honest, I've never experienced something as useless as this apps login method. Basically it will work reliably in a well lit studio and nothing else. Would not mind it if there was ANY other way it would let you log in but no, the only thing you get when you click that "I don't have a working camera" is that they open a support ticket. 90% of users clicking that will just be in inadequate light, and that support ticket will not magically make lights appear around you so you can login

Having only one mandatory login method (video selfie) restricts the usability of the app. It took me 5 attempts just to create my video selfie. This method was undoubtedly developed in an office with good lighting and fast internet access, neither of which the users have in most cases. Therefore the login verification is slow and completely hit and miss, sometimes taking up to 10 attempts which is very frustrating. There needs to be another login method, 2FA or fingerprint.

Where to even begin to describe how frustrating the whole experience of dealing with Brightwell is? 500 characters is not nearly enough to describe any of it. Finger print log in has been requested by anyone who has posted a review You deserve negative stars for this app and your support. Don't understand how you can have an avarage star over 4 when everyone is giving you 1 star. The only reason we suffer with this app is because we have no choice. Our company chose in our place to work with you

*** Fix the damn app!!! It doesn't recognise my face when I have make up on. For who ever came up with this bright idea of face recognition, imagine you live on a ship, in a cabin with no windows and you have to stick your face into a source of light... How do you do that if you have a room-mate sleeping? Please put the fingerprint back. Is the best and most secure way. On a positive note though, the transfers are easy and fast. Good job for that!!!

Terrible never ever use this app unless you want your money to be blocked at any time because they decide they have rights to do so however they like with your money! and if you can't provide them what they asking (whatever comes up in their brain) because physically you don't have it they will say: "we have rights to block" If there was option to put minus 5 starts I would do it

Before, when I'm using the pin to open the app to send money, there are several options like card to card transfer, bank of your choice as long as you properly register it, even an pick up option this application has, so it is really more convenient and they allow you to send the amount that you prefer, but now those options are gone and the worst thing is you need to convert it on your own cause they put percentage instead of amount. Please make it more realible again!

DO NOT USE BRIGHTWELL!!! This app, as well as the institution itself, are useless. The app keeps crashing and Brightwell as a bank is very frustrating. You cannot make online payments. If by any chance it does go through, the next time you won't be able to do it. I had some money on my account which I could not use, so I had to transfer it to another bank account. The cost of the transfer showed $12, however they charged $42! I contacted their support without any success. BRIGHTWELL = HEADACHE!

The app it´s really bad as the contact support as well. I wrote many times to contact support because I cannot access to my account because was blocked and I got a new card and it´s impossible to access my account. They always tell me to try for the web page or the app and nothing does not solve anything. The contact support gives a lot of thought to a matter as simple as unlocking an account. It really is one of the worst apps.

Sending a message or emailing their support on issues is quite slow. I just received 1 reply per day which made the issue resolution slow.

Video selfie worked well while enrolling. But now I tried 50 times but unable to log in. Pls input finger print Scan for log in. Need to send money home as soon as possible.

It is showing that your camera is not working but in actual this app is only not working it is showing face check log in is not working i have already uninstalled the app and downloaded again but it is same issue. Please fix it up immediately ASAP.

can you please fix this dumb application!! there is no glare on my face. the lighting on the ship is artificial. I can't go in the evening to the open deck and get the natural light! Get rid of the faceid, make the fingerprintid or authenticator the main ones.

I'm rating brightwell themselves. This is literally the worst money managing company ever and ever since my employer switched to it, it's been headaches. I still haven't been paid for my last pay period and it's been three business days. Update: They still suck. Now the app says disbursement is complete but neither of my allocated banks received my pay.

There is something wrong with the new update of the app, I updated and my phone went in a loop of crashing I spent 3 hours trying to figure out the problem I had no choice to factory reset my phone, in the process of reinstalling apps once I got to brightwell the same thing happened again I uninstalled brightwell andy phone went back to normal, I installed again and it was stuck in a loop, now I lost all my data because of a glitched app. Please review your update.
