This app is a virus in itself. Because this app makes many copies of contact numbers. each Contacts are duplicated hundreds of times, contacts come back even after repeated deletion. Please solve the problem.

After choose customize number & then when Don't use app few month & we need to verify again & then we can't get back previous number this system is not user friendly because I want to choose my favourite number & use it forever. It's normal when I haven't smart phone or any other reason i can't use it long time but when i come back it's better to activate my favourite number again which i select previously. But you can decide to delete my number when i don't use app at least 1 year.

Earlier it was 35 paise per minute, now the call rate is around 41 paise per minute. It is very sad. Hope you fix it soon. And please add call record option in next update. This is the most important call record. Please add call record option in next update

If the dialer appears at the homepage of the Brilliant connect app rather than the chat box, the app will be more user friendly. Also the update will enhance emergency fast calling.

Basically, this app is very reliable to conversation and most profitable. Sometimes buffering but it doesn't matter. Call quality, call rate very cheap other than operator.

In Bangladesh, there are many available IP call apps like Alap, Amber IT, and Dial, but this app is truly fantastic. Because I've used those apps, but when I call someone, it takes a long time to ring. However, Brilliant connects quickly and starts ringing. That's why I choose this app as one of my top choices.

Hi Everybody, Assalamualaikum wrwb! I have been a new user in Brilliant Connect since 19 Mar'24 may be. From my experience it is clear that it is very easy to use, low cost, free call to Brilliant Connect users, only 35 Poisa per minute call every where in the world which I have learnt. Today I have used this several times. Sound is also very clear. So I'm using it continuously whenever I require to call.. You can also use this apps easily for your comfort and convenience, Ok. I am sorry to say that the brilliant team is very weak, otherwise this app is having a lot of problems for 1 month now, but no update is coming, it is sad 😪 calls are failing again and again, calls fail before connecting. But there is no solution for 1 month. 😪 If you can't run it, you take out the app, but don't harass people,, 😓😓

Very nice using the app is really a different experience to talk brilliantly but the downside is sometimes it shows numbers.Calling from brilliant to brilliant number shows the number below, if it was updated a bit and the number was hidden it would have been much better.

Brilliant out going call sound quality are pretty good,And overall my experience to brilliant are awesome without a few error. Such as sometimes brilliant out going call doesn't connect rightly. And when i try giving to the speaker while i talking with someone it doesn't work. I don't know what to do????

I gave 4 out of 5 stars. Because sometimes there are network problems. Apart from this, the performance is quite good, outgoing, incoming call quality is quite good. This is what I would suggest to solve the waiting for network issue.

Once good when I first downloaded this app and installed, but after few updates it doesn't work well, also the voice quality not so good even I have 4G+ connection, when i try to make a call (Brilliant Out) it doesn't work and fail, and sometime the problem persists, so after trying multiple times once work... This happens too frequently sometimes everytime when I try to make a call... They should improve the app quality as there's so many bugs in this app.

Overall, the performance is good enough. But, you have to improve the UI a lot. Specially, the DIALPAD section for now(it looks like a little bit weird than the default phone-dialpad) and NID verification should be automated. Moreover, The most important thing is network connectivity. Although it works good in strong network-zone but it should be more optimized for working in low coverage. Thanks

Very good app,but some bugs have to solve as soon as possible. Some times my balance page show loading and loading. Then don't show balance, That's why we can't see my balance and alos can't add balance.

Apps work perfectly. But last few months I face a common problem for everytime. Problem : - When I call then automatically off my phone screen, I try to ON my phone screen press power button but can't work. I face the same problem every time when I dial a call. Please suggest me how I fixed it. I hope I get the proper solution from your support team.
