The App is new, so far good BUT I would like it more if I could zoom in images of checks ...they are very difficult for my old eyes to read clearly...

Too complicated, need somplicity to navigate faster. Can't even get to the login page without having to go thru "Update available" page each time! 🤯

I am unable to go to the bank so I use the online app continually. The customer service Department are knowledgeable and the people who work at my local branch are exceptional.

Ufter update few days ago i cannot able to login in android phone app, why most off apps are trashing after updates???adding more.. i using vpn and nohave issues before,. to login now (Aftter UPdate cannot login my account without pausing vpn)..?? Fix this or make possible to downgrade app version.??

App won't even let me get to the login page without an error message showing up. Make sure your app is functional before you block users from using the old app that was fine.

Garbage app, printed checks require multiple attempts to utilize mobile deposit. I've used several banking apps and this one is hands down the worst Editing to update over a year later. Still takes super blurry photos, zero image stabilization, and whatever algorithm they use to detect endorsements (signatures) fails 4/5 attempts. Nightmarish experience with Brookline app

My wife has been with this institution for almost 10 years now (her original accounts being with Ipswich First National Bank, which was acquired by Brookline Bank), and we have nothing but positive feedback for these institutions. From the costumer service, to the tellers, to the management, so on. everyone is professional, helpful, friendly. The account management, their OnLine banking app, the services and accounts they offer. If you're looking for a positive banking experience, this is it.

The app gives me access to all of my accounts with the opportunity to update and edit information as necessary. Ive never had an issue with the app and Brookline Bank in general is a great institution. The addition of the chat feature has made inquiries and problem solving so much easier and the customer service team has never once let me down or provided anything less than the best. Highly recommend.
