Loyalty card doesn't add when says it registerd so I wouldn't bother with it .

Unless app don't download it. You can't get into the app because some information comes up and you can't accept it or decline it.

Not good when I install the app and register and after registering when I log in it always stops at information and won't let me go any further and use the app

Doesn't work in dark mode. Search function is broken, a-z list of brands leads me to "we couldn't find [brand]."

So I cant get into to app anymore. Information message comes up and there's no way of exiting or accepting it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled . Help

So good I can just everything on this for Christmas for my children I just love it it will always be my favourite shop to go online and I don't even have to go out no nothing to get the presents so it is great

Would give no stars. The app interface overlaps with my notification bar and disables the functionality of basket and back actions. I can't purchase here.

Can't use the APP as a message comes up after installing, which you cannot ok or exit! Seems this has been happening a while and no fix yet.

The app is faulty , as other reviews have pointed out you can not go any further than a certain point. No one has bothered to fix it in all this time , disappointing.

I have used this app for a few years now had very rarely had an issue with it till this past week I cant get into product that I want to purchase keeps clicking out of page so disappointed as I done all my makeup shopping with bt and arnotts please fix bug

Horrible customer service online, ordered express delivery, and nothing came on time. The package is now lost since I wasn't there to receive a package coming in late, now they won't look after me and nobody helped or supported me for over a week. If you're about to leave for a holiday, buy somewhere else!. The rating is low for a reason

Only giving this App an undeserved one star because I can't post review without it. Downloaded the App, and cannot go any further than a notice about cookies and privacy. This is happening for months, I've Uninstalled and tried a few times. All my settings are good. Not great service from the BT team... 😕

Unable to log into account on the app and just keep going around in circles with customer service . Whoever built this app should redo again and fix all the glitches. I buy my items with another store as can't be bothered waiting for app to be fixed

There is no share option on the majority of items. And if you open in the browser it will still bring you to an app so it is not possible to share items unless you take a screenshot. The filter opens could be better too.
