The app is high quality and functions very well, but on their perpetual trades they charge a "funding fee" if you have an open trade on the wrong side of the funding rate you can lose serious money. Even if you have a good trade and are profiting it can make you lose more than your trade is worth. I don't know if they can get rid of this but you either have to sell a trade before you want too or risk the funding rate destroying your account.

It will not let me add my Chase Debit card to the app. There's too much going on, and it's a bit confusing. It says I've earned $30 in USDT but can't find it in the app anywhere to use it to start trading. I wish there was a dark mode.

Well this is a hard one cuz I don't want to say bad about crypto or any of the websites. They gave me $30 in coupons but I can't buy anything in coupons show opening this website didn't do nothing but waste my time

this is nothing but a scam to steal your money. the previous reviews must be the owners. Do not send any money to these clowns. They will make it look like you are doing great but you cant withdraw any money then all of the sudden they have to liquidate your account due to insufficient margins. Got me the for 500.00.

Use at your own risk! Just use the website if you even trust this exchange. The constant lag, disconnects, and the fact this is literally only app I've had to log back into everytime I walk away from it. Not to mention the prices being completely different than on web. Whole exchange is beginning to feel like market wash anyways....

This app rocks. I am a complete rookie and have only used the app for 20 minutes and I already have had one of the best customer service experiences with a "live" agent... which was so helpful because I don't even know terminology well enough to ask the correct question for a chat bot. I have a lot to learn but I am very excited and now confident! Thank you very much!

I'm giving no stars because I was under the impression that when I download the app and filled out everything. I was supposed to be able to start trading BUT NO!!!!! ITS A VOUCHER FOR SOMEOTHER STUFF THAT WAS NOT EXPLAINED!

Went to bed with a few limit orders set, woke up and all my assets were liquidated ! BTCC had no explanation or even a way for me to see the transaction! More than risky platform, especially for beginners.

It takes over a day or more to process any withdrawals, making it impossible to get anything done, and customer service is never online.

Looks promising but there's no Isolated mode for margin trading. This should be a standard aspect of any exchange. Cross margin may allow you to have more positions but it's at the expense of the funding rate and super increased risk as well it takes is 2 positions going in the opposite direction you trade in for your entire account funds to get completely wiped. This is what they mean by "getting recked". Isolated is actually manageable. This is crypto, not options stocks or bonds.

Platform glitches and lags i put in a limit order went to click conferm and it changed it to a market oder that was the opposite direction of future i was ordering, it cleaned out the account. I was dumb enough to put more crypto into the account and it did the same thing. $2000 gone on a glitch. I got emails saying id receive usd trading rewards when trading volume was met but i never received any of them the email does not give directions on how to claim it either.

They offer USDT as a reward for tasks and quizzes completed. Then you will get a coupon for said USDT. Which is not disclosed! Before you do all the work promoting their app and tokens for empty rewards. There are good apps that actually reward you with their real tokens with real value for your time and effort. You can actually swap, bridge, or send to a different wallet. Uninstall crypto apps like this . If they don't have you create a wallet before a task. You won't be rewarded. Cheats.

Tracker and sell option differ and could cost you money if not right on top of it. I wish there was an option to buy and sell on tracker. Also if you have coupons gathered o jot withdrawal any money out or you will lose all coupons you have. I made that mistake and lost over $200 in coupons with no notice. Easy to navigate. Also, if you transfer bitcoin in their BTC block, it take them hrs to release it to you. I have been waiting 2 hrs now for them to release. I had to close a postion because

It wasn't clear when I first joined (I think they made it more so) but be aware there is a minimum deposit for any crypto or it's theirs. It wasn't obvious/explicitly stated, so when my 1st deposit failed& was seized, support informed me about minimum so I made another one to meet the min, which was seized as well. I emailed again and got "lol sorry, you're SOL."i don't know how they can even keep/not credit/refund, but prob fine print. As if they don't make enough since so easy to lose+fees

Freezes and crashed 1x. Info seems to change at special rates I have screenshots that show 2 different current prices on the same product I bought twice. I hope I can trust it better. Everything else is promising compared to other sites. And the comments here make me less confident. Yeah freezes and makes you log back in and that's too much time to be left in suspense. Sometimes after waiting it doesn't initiate. Even if you wait it out.
