Super terrible app. You get blocked in the process of creating a profile when they ask for a tac number from sms. 3 times restart the phone and still cannot create a profile. Call their cs team and no one picks up the phone to help you. Rubbish app for sure.

After this update, I can't key in my password after getting with one. Each letter I typed, it doubles the characters!! And after getting my password reset, is the same frustrating problem. This new version is just a waste of time.

When phone connected to WiFi, the app prompt 'service not available' error. After turned off WiFi, it is able to login. Kindly check your app. Edit - App setting has no problem. Many users encountered this issue. Not able to use while is on WiFi.

Not able to open app. Pop up message "Service not available. Please check your internet connection and try again." I don't have internet connection issue as my other apps can be opened and used. I tried numerous times to open the app but to no avail. The same message kept popping up.

Not able to open apps..keep popping error Service not available. Please check your internet connection. My device has no issue to connect to the internet, i can open other apps perfectly fine and can browse website as per normal. But what i get after making report to bursa? The same error that i receive is their solution. NOT RECOMMENDED better you use the web version to monitor your CDS account.

Great apps even though there's some hickups. After choosing the cds and proceed to payment page, no bank lists shown. As a work around, I clicked the back button to retrigger the payment page. It works but not convenient. Anyway, today, I can login to my Bursa anywhere acc but connectivity error message shown. Anything specific today?

Mostly good but lack tutorial on how to start trading like other guide. Beside, having two separate app is annoying. Furthermore, the TTL is too short, would be convinient if it have like continue session button or something rather than being logged out suddenly and having to wait for tac to expired. Hope the dev team can fix this minor annoyance and I'll give em 5 star

Stupid app. Prev working on my Samsung S10e now always get "Service not available" or "Network error". Edit - I tried my phone on my parents WiFi and app was able to work, then at home still can't. But when I switch to mobile network it could connect. Looks like my home WiFi is the culprit. Need to talk to Unifi. So upgrade to 4 star. Minus 1 star because I called the phone number but no answer and voice mail is full. Operator also ring until cut off.

Good way to create and manage new cds account. Although there is a major problem with it which is the address form box only have 2 lines, where my address is 3 lines. 100% my application will be rejected as my address will never be the same as in my ic using this application. Oh, sometimes the apps keep loading in from login for no reason although it might have been fixed already.

Can't register because the app can't read the details on the front of my MyKad and there is no option to skip or enter those details manually. Update. Managed to somehow get it to detect my MyKad correctly, but app crashed when try to pay for CDS account creation, THREE TIMES!

Useless like soggy noodles. Can't access or transfer to nominee accounts. All new brokers are already using nominees, yet Bursa is stuck in CDS era. Might as well don't bother.

The app keeps closing mid way during registration. When it comes to final step requesting payment of fee of RM10, it closed after I successfully made the payment. Believing my account was opened, I tried to log in but it said no user found. Thinking again the registration might fail, I tried registering my account again and it said my username was taken. Took my payment, and not giving me access at all. SCAM???

Terrible app. I am trying to create a new CDS account keep crashing on every session. Can proceed past certain point and Android notified this app is buggy.

Everytime I open another app to get my info, when I enter this app again, it restarted, I had to fill in again from the very beginning, which makes the process of opening a cds account annoying. Then, after finishing filling in, I had to pay for opening the account, ok, but I can't choose the bank. There's only one choice and it's "select a bank". Tried to reinstall it and no positive result. This app needs some serious redevelopment. Please do so asap since this app is very convenient.

I have downloaded this apps but it doesn't work at all. Open apps this message appeared "There was an error Service not available". Try uninstall and reinstall, restart phone still the apps doesn't work. Tried with three different phones also doesn't work. Have sent email to report this problem. Looking at all the reviews this issue is not new, someone highlighted months ago but still not rectified. Shame, shame, shame. Just removed this useless apps if you can get it to function properly.

Sorry but this app really needs work. I'm trying to do something really simple, change some CDS account details. It crashes when I select country for correspondence, and when I actually get through the whole thing and key in my pin, it loads then gives a connection error, and my details don't get updated. If you're going to make this the centralized platform to update particulars, please get it fixed because it's practically unusable right now.
