You have a bug, at least for argentinian users. When you search for tickets for a new travel, if price in the search result list is in USD, when you tap to buy the ticket it gives you an error. Everything is solved when you change, manually of course, USD to a local money (ARS) from the search result list, before you pick a ticket. Maybe you do that automatically with GPS but, like me, a lot of people hava it disabled while they aren't using it.

Obnoxious woman on a 3 hour ride from Granada to Seville. She was screaming and being loud for 3 hours. The bus was also her private smoking cabin, so don't travel with this company if you don't enjoy smoking inside of a public bus!

Very functional app with a large array of supported bus agencies. However, it doesn't include all features of their website. Notably, it omits the ability to find train routes.

SCAM Buses do not show up, customer support does not exist. Tracking does not exist. Bus companys do not have websites. Will be issueing charge back. Thanks for wasting my time and money

Coming from edmonton down to calgary. Had my uber booked since it said 3 minutes until arrival. He drove all the way downtown and had to cancel my booking. Had not planned for that 30 minute detour. So dumb.

I had a bad experience. I couldn't easily find the ticket's QR code. There's a button at the end of the ticket details page that doesn't work on my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Additionally, the orange button downloads a PDF file, which isn't easy to manage.

I bought a refundable add on for my bus ticket. Little did I know that the bus ticket is only refundable upon very specific conditions in which you cannot travel. On the booking confirmation and the add on option it did not clearly say that the refund option was conditional. I have spoken to multiple people and no one is willing to give me the refund I am kindly asking for. If you have a PURCHASABLE add on that allows refunds, it is ridiculous to have those refunds be conditional and not explici

I bought round-trip bus tickets between two cities in Mexico. The app and the pdf of the tickets didn't list the correct address of the bus station. The app also had a map to the station which was inaccurate. Their customer service was pretty quick to refund us. I'd give the app another try when traveling in the US, but will be careful using it abroad.
