The app will not link my tickets despite using the same email address as instructed. The only troubleshooting it provides is to log out and log in with the email address used for the tickets. I did that..nothing. I see no way of contacting anyone for assistance. Spots on the app that are supposed to link to the website just return a "too many redirects" error. Edit: thank you for providing the email address for customer support. I have reached out and hope to hear back. Appreciate it!

The overall concept of an app for an amusement park is great but I have yet to find one that is executed well. The App continually froze on me requiring me to force it to shut down to restart it. It did not inform me of when specific rides (Darkoaster) or restaurant (Squire's Grill) were closed. The directions it provided me to get to the pantheon from the entrance took me through restricted areas. Just an overall poor experience.

If you're going to get rid of paper maps then make sure your app is useable. The map was difficult to navigate on my phone because of screen size and I wasn't even able to access it in over a third of the park because of connectivity issues. I wasn't able to find anything about the food festival that was going on or where the locations of each experience were. All around horrible experience and made things unnecessarily frustrating and difficult.Busch Gardens needs to fix this ASAP

Here are the worst things about the app: -does not have all the first aid stations. If you get sick in Pantopia it will route you to the front of the park instead of the one very close by. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE. -tries to route you through closed areas and closed gates -deliberately slows itself if you are not a passholder -you have to search the map to find where you are. There is no little button to focus the map on your current location -you can't see wait times at a glance.

This is the WORST app EVER!! It was working perfectly fine until Black Friday deals popped up. I uninstalled it multiple times thinking it was my phone (s9+) but I'm totally convinced it's the app. The moment it opens and I try to click on something it crashes. I'm a pass holder and was loving the electronic access to my tickets via the app. Now I'm back to the old way of having to carry our physical cards with us to enter the park. This is totally not so 21st century.

The app replaced my name, birth date and card number with my daughter's after I added her card number to the account. The app provides no way to edit/correct/restore my information. This is such a faulty, poor design! In addition, the app is not intuitive to navigate and ridiculously slow. It needs to be rewritten from scratch if it is to be compared with the apps of other parks..

I like the Busch Gardens parks, but this app is just not up to par. It's a wrapper for the mobile site, which is clunky, has redundant buttons, and is more focused on selling tickets to prospective guests than providing information to guests already in the park. Right now it's doing that thing again where pressing the map button literally just opens your default web browser to a PDF of the map. I wish they'd just bring back the real app from a few years ago.

Great to have ride wait times shown on the map, but in experience the wait times posted at the ride were drastically different than the app. Would also like to have an option to view a menu for the restaurants. It can be a bit confusing to know how to navigate around the park. Having directions included on the map to a particular bride or restaurant would be a good addition. Also, I was surprised that the app won't load on anything with Android 9 or older. Update: Directions are included

There are no positives to this app. The map is extremely difficult to use and, quite often, has you turning in circles. As others have said, it does NOT link tickets well- so adding perks or upgrading your tickets through the app is impossible. Wait times for rides are usually not even VISIBLE. If they are, they're probably not correct. SEVERAL rides were even closed throughout the day but we had to walk to them to find out. Overall, this app isn't worth the hassle. Good luck!

This app is an absolute "MUST HAVE" if you're going to Busch Gardens. Instead of always getting lost, the map allows you to click on any attractions, and then once you click directions, like a GPS, it guides you there. It also gives you a list of all the show times and places to eat. There is no way to miss anything at all with this app as it is really a virtual tour guide. FYI, the best place to eat, hands down, is Trapper Smokehouse. The food is a 10 out of 10 ❤️❤️

This app remains bad. It doesn't even remember which park you're in (or use GPS to determine that automatically). A lot of it is just an interface to their website, key parts of which (the park map) weren't working during my last trip. Rides were closed, both temporarily and all day, and the app showed nothing about that. Wait times seem random - there's no system (unlike at Disney) that measures them.

It is about time they hired someone that isn't going to make a copy of their website and say it is an app! Now this is an app! I am rating it 4 stars mainly because I have not tested out the accuracy of the wait times and any other features that it may have. But I will say it is definitely headed in the right direction with an actual interactive map with zooming and filtering items such as rides, shows etc.

Rating 3 stars for the following reasons. Can't really research well on the map without clicking. There's also no list view which would be so helpful. Lastly, I really wish I could plan out my day within the app by pinning shows and stops by times and locations within the app like I've done with other amusement parks. Overall, better than nothing, but could use some improvements

Not the best park app. Couldn't figure out how to get the ride wait list without closing the app. The wait times were helpful but not always accurate. The weather shutdown all the rides but the wait times did not change. The map is useless. It might as well be a pdf. It does not tell you where you are or how far to anything. The list of show times was helpful.

This app is pretty unhelpful. It doesn't show you wait times or closures for rides, which most other amusement park apps would show. Also, the map isn't useful at all; you still have to do a fair bit of wandering to find any "points of interest". Navigating through the app isnt easy at all, you have to do a lot of scrolling to find what you are looking for. Overall, not worth downloading unless you are interested in saving your tickets in the app or looking up show times.

This app has so many constant errors to the point that you can't even use it for its intended purposes. For example, you can't upload your passes to the app for use, you can't check times for dining, you have to download menus instead of just seeing it on the app (which is a problem if you are low on space) and almost anywhere you go in the app, you will be met with the message "unknown error." This app is absolutely terrible; it's as if nobody bothers to upkeep it.

The app is certainly a must-have, but could use some improvement. I didn't experience the same problems linking tickets as other reviewers. Purchasing additions in park (all-day dining) was seamless and took maybe a minute before appearing in my purchases. The navigation is a minor frustration. When selecting navigate the path doesn't appear on the map unless the corresponding filter (attraction, show, exhibit) is selected. This adds an extra tap and confused my parents.

Ok, well the repeated sign out issue is fixed. But now, I've had to switch my membership payment plan, and there's no way to get the app to show the new passes. Customer service says they have to completely reset the account to reflect the new passes, and that takes weeks. Yeah....weeks. This app is still a hot mess. Won't even just let me add/link the new passes. Or my kid's passes, for that matter. So useless

I really love the app for quick access to information and times. But I do miss the last versions layout a but better. Still love the app and Busch Gardens! Been a pass holder my entire life Edit** the app still malfunctions and now u can't access your benefits. It normally directs you but has not been working in over a week. I barely use it anymore due to it not being functional.

It does tell me which rides are open or not, but you need to add wait times. Some rides do have wait times but they are extremely inaccurate. The rest of the app is great for when I go. Edit: The app now always says, "An unexpected error occurred" when I open it. Please fix this. Update: I can't use the map as when I try to open it it says network connection error even though I have a good network connection. Please fix
