"(I'm unable to do bio scans while mobile.)" With this recent update of this app, I am now able to bio-scan. I am now asked to update my app every time I open it. I have updated my review to reflect this new issue.

terrible app, I've been using northwest banking for 3+ yrs before opening business account with dollar bank.. I regret it entirely.. it's almost like a 10yr old built the app . if you plan on doing mobile deposits forget about it .. soon as you go to take the Pic it just loads. I even restarted my phone.. NOTHING

not good. constantly having issues. it never allows fingerprint login, There are many issues that never get attention. I have called customer service many, many times and no one ever took care of it, most of the time they never answered there phone or returned my calls so I pretty much gave up on. when I call my local branch they tell me 8 have to call a different department, When I call that department they tell me they will have someone else call me which never happens
