Worked great for years. Now it does not sync at all even though I'm signed into my google account and using that task list, not local device list. In addition, custom service is worthless when you try to find out what's going on. No help whatsoever. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.

Used it for quite a few years, but installed it recently again. Does not pick up Google Tasks reminder times and repeats (new Google Tasks)....Please fix, then I will give 5 stars. I like the widget, which at least shows all the tasks.

Absolutely wonderful! The calendar app is essential and this app now seems the same. Would be nice to have an option to store the data elsewhere and also be able to hide subtasks under the main task and expand as required.

Almost perfect! Has far more features than Google Tasks, already better than GTasks, and it syncs with Google Tasks so auto-compatible with many other systems. My only two missing items: - bulk import (paste tasks, one per line from clipboard) - themes (black on white only. I want a dark theme like other AppGenix apps)

The best tasks app (has many sort options and filter for done, undone and all tasks, has dark mode,...). The only problem it doesnt have 5 stars is that it stops syncing after some time and you have to reinstall it and then loose unsyced data ...

I use Business Calendar 2, LOVE IT, and want future-dated Recurring Tasks to appear in my calendar. Google doesn't do it, they only show the next occurance, not all. Tried this app too but no luck. Can you please please!? It's important for planning ahead with Tasks.

Great little app! I have a small side business and I started using this app to track the work flow of individual jobs and orders. I setup different lists for each stage of the work flow - in queue, complete not delivered, payment pending. Works great. I wish it had a bit more customization, but overall a great little app.

all functions are meaningful. You can postpone a work in single click, without opening it. You can use lot of filters to control lists as per your needs. Create custom list merging 2 or more lists to display. But developer has abandoned updating. Now it doesn't sync with google.

Best Google Tasks integrator. I'm able to rearrange my Google Tasks based on priority or any preference I desire. The Google Tasks app doesn't even allow for any Tasks order change. Performs forced sync or you can set the time interval for syncing. The best team integration App for Google Calendar. I feel Appegenix apps provide the biggest bang for your buck on Android. They unlocked the API Secret, unlike their competitionBest GTD App there is! Biggest secret within the Android ecosystem.

I've searched for three hours on play store. This is the Only app that syncs with Google tasks AND properly displays sub-tasks in a home screen widget. All the other widgets I've tried do not display sub-tasks. I organize work by tasks and sub-tasks, so this is important to me. Thank you!

newest update: widgets do not work at all on my galaxy s24ultra. Update still have same issues after 2 more updates. Does anything get fixed? Cant change what task list a task is in when editing. Update: from 2 to 1 star no longer syncs Used to be my go to app ever since the update I can no longer share emails, web pages, or anything to a task list

I've just moved to a new device and now Tasks display dates in the US format, i.e. MM/DD/YYY rather than DD/MM/YYYY. It's misleading and faulty since my system is set to English UK. Please fix this issue or provide an option to modify the date format. *Edit* It seems also that tasks don't synchronise automatically anymore. Uninstalling and switching to another calendar/tasks app.

There is a bug that appeared in some version and never got fixed. Selecting a default list for a new task in Options "breaks" the app - it simply closes (with the message "Business Tasks Keeps Stopping") after tapping Settings→General Settings→New Task Defaults→Default Tasklist. Have tried it on several devices with the same results. I consider it critical since tasks land in a random list. Please fix to revert to a positive review.

Horrible sync. Have been using this app since 2019. Everytime I press the synchronize button to sync the reminders with Google. During this time, I had added lots of new reminders and pressed synchronize. Now I had to change my phone and thought all reminders will be synced on to my new device. To my utter shock, only reminders from 2019 got synced on my new phone. I HAVE LOST ALL MY NEWER REMINDERS AND TASKS. Horrible application.

Good app became unusable for the last couple of weeks - "by order" task sorting was messed up. Now tasks sorted randomly on all my devices. And none of devices reflects what I see in Google. Please help! UPDATE 3/14/2019: Business Tasks (BT) record order doesn't match the one in Google, when "synched" with it. When moved in BT a record always jumps to the top of a list after synchronization with Google.

;-*( While I love the Business calendar app this company does, I find this task app seems to have a major flaw: If you want to select a whole bunch of tasks in order to delete them, you have to select them all one at a time. I have some items, over 500 and it just is so horribly tedious and slow to delete them and I would be so happy if you guys could change that to make it easier to bulk delete...

I have been using these tasks Widgets for 6 years! Glad to see you did a recent update but something went wrong! the items on my list aren't even coming up on the widget, and when I check them off they won't disappear. I just added a brand new widget to my desktop and I can't get it to show a single item on it. 😠

Nice attempt at an improved Business Calendar. But custom color is a big part of how I code individual events and days sometimes. BC2 lets me select from a color wheel. BC Pro only gives me limited specific colors to choose from. If I want to use a custom color for individual events, I have to know the code for it. So with Pro, I've lost a feature that's important to me. And Tasks are a separate add-in app, they're not integrated like in BC2.

I have been using this app for some time with much delight. HOWEVER Recently, it stopped syncing with google tasks. If I postpone a task it will not change in google calendar [ on desktop ] if i change it in google calendar it will change the due date in this app, but only after I manually sync. I have sent two emails to the support email address without response. ...??? I really like this app and would give it 5 stars but as of now I cannot recommend it as a significant amount of functionality is no longer present. Update??????

I still use this app as my go-to (since 2013) it's highly customizable. I do wish customizations would sync across devices. From 2018: I still use this app almost exclusively for tasks. It syncs with Google Tasks and has able features for making "smartlists" that allow me to focus on a topic or category of task that I need in the moment. You can make it accommodate ANY task strategy you're committed to, such as Getting Things Done or something else.
