Palladium is the only precious metal that has had a very long bull run (1971-2001). It is also the one to have the most recent bull run (2016-2018). Yet, we cannot invest here. Otherwise, I'm a fan.

Have used for years I just wish they would bring back their spot widget so with out pressing anything you can see the current price at a glance.

Love BV but hating the app experience after update 1.Fingerprint login doesn't work 2.App is slower, 3.New order reverts to dollars by default (when it used to remember I buy in Euros) 4. When I kill/add orders it doesn't show an update to order overview screen immediately, & the worst of this is.. 5. If I try to refresh order screen by pulling it down, the app crashes(?!), & have to login again incl. authenticator!! Whereas all bank/trading apps work seamlessly with fingerprint login w/o auth.

I've used this app for a long time now and its been good until now. Recent updates have resulted in charts not working. App is now useless. I've since updated and the charts are working again. I am now due another update, hopefully it will still work.

WORST investment platform ever. They will allow you to deposit your money but give you the run around when you have to withdraw it, to a point where they suspend your account. All from information that they were not upfront with. Its worse than a bank. 👎👎👎

The app has poor user interface. Buttons have text missing. Could do better for a trading app.

Works great overall, but cannot see my referal link on the mobile app to share with friends. Should be visible and easy to copy/share.

Very dated app that needs a complete UI overhaul. While it is responsive, the landing screen is just the price of gold. It desperately needs reworking with some sort of UI specialist as it's very basic and not particularly useful over just using a web browser and the website.

Entering a password each timeyou want to access the app is insanity. This methods is possibly the most insecure method of authentication in existence, not least the usability means the app is usless. In the very least, they should be using Android key store, allowing users to use their fingerprint to gain Access. Then an MFA method to authorise any actual activity. Can't take bullion vault seriously. This indicates serious failings within a company your meant to trust your money to. Insanity!

Great little app, use every day, can switch between options like £$€¥ gold, silver, platinum, range of dates. Would like to see a Troy Oz option and maybe palladium. EDIT: thanks for responding to my review I see now, sorry for my mistake you can change the weight in settings.

What a shame this new app isn't any better than before. Frustrating log in. No biometric recognition, Google doesn't even recognise it as a saved password and there's no easy way to view total investment vs current value.

I have recently downloaded the app. When I try and open it, it tells me that it is unable to connect to the server and I get the little revolving wheel of death. I have to delete and redownload the app to get it to work. This happens repeatedly.

Gives the prices which is great, but since the update it completely freezes all the navigation buttons on my phone and i am unable to exit the app, have to lock the phone with the physical power button and then log back into the phone and close the app.

Had holdings of Gold and Silver which was easy to purchase. However when I was charged my holdings fees almost a year later, and despite them holding my contact details, they automatically sold some of my holdings to pay for them, I never received any email indication of funds due that I could pay from my bank. First indication I received was emails advising that I'd put gold up for sale on the markets. Obviously you're first thought is 'I've been hacked and someone is emptying my account'.

Outdated app, not user friendly. As a new user, I find this app totally outdated (specially comparing with app like Revolut). Simple function like a graph showing your profit/loss on your investment is either not existent or didn't find it yet. Probably a good service but the app is definitely not user friendly and needs to be revamped urgently.

Used to be good but now when you want to view both gold and silver the screen starts flashing from one to the other and you can't see anything. So it's basically useless and it's being like this for about 2 months now. It wouldn't be a big deal with say a weather app but here with a company holding people's gold and silver it makes me wonder if they're professional and trustworthy enough.

Couldn't even create a freaking profile because every user name is too short, too long, in use, has incorrect characters, spaces... ect. Screw it! I don't know why you have to have a freaking user name to begin with! If that's something you're going to force on users, maybe take away all the silly parameters. I'm not going to take an entire day just to come up with some silly name that doesn't mean anything, or serve any freaking purpose!!!

The app now blocks any form of autofill, including from highly secure password managers, in the name of better security. The result is the exact opposite, since I am left with 3 bad options 1. Downgrade my compkex 24 character password to a memorable size of, say, 8 characters 2. Writing the password on a sticky note (how's thst for security) 3. Stop using the app. I chose option 3. A very bad outcome for the developers.
