Great app if you are rich spending 5k or more on used bikes. They are too good for the common man's or women's bike unless it cost over 3k terrible. It should be called rich rich bike fantasyland

Full of scammer sellers, bought 3 bikes received none. Spend one and a half months. Submission of the bike should be verified with a deposit.

I like this app and think it's a great way to buy bikes. The only thing is that there is not much difference between this app, and ebay.

only negative thing is communication with the site itself is bad. for the rest everything about buycycle is great

Overall good app - feedback re. delivery/tracking of order needs improvement. My order has been completed but there were no notifications on delivery date/time from the app/via email (expected from the platform of purchase). Searching for this directly on the app was buggy..Maybe this is fixed now(?)but ould have been nice to receive an email/text/app notification on delivery date. I was not home when delivery took place & did not sign off.. found this concerning for such an expensive purchase

Seller beware!!! This was a HUGE hassle, first off the packing materials were woefully inadequate, no frame protection included at all, I spent 50 dollars just to buy my own packing material, the box was an absolute pain in the arse to assemble, every step of the way it was a pain. The website/app is worthless, broken links, and support from buycycle is non-existent, when they do reach out they are useless. I will never use them again! Steer clear!!!

I wish there would be the option to filter only US sellers. I've heard a lot of bad experiences purchasing from Europe due to more difficult logistics. It takes a lot of time to open every single add only to see if the seller is US or Europe.

app is great, sellers can be sketchy. I've had 4 purchases fall through because??? One rejected my full price offer, then relisted it cheaper, then rejected my second full price offer. SMH

Nothing cheap in my area. Filter seems to be buggy though, so maybe there is and it's not showing it. Seems like this app may be more for premium bikes, not Walmart stuff.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but when I try to create my first bike in my garage, I can't upload any photos. None of the buttons do anything. When I just switched back to the app the screen went white and I had to go back, which went all the way back to the garage screen so I can start the process of adding a bike all over again.

The app is great, I think it could be even better if there were more filtering options for the types of road bikes, like is it an aero bike or more of a touring bike? Also, I don't see a way of filtering out men's versus women's specific bicycles which could be useful.

Needs work. Buggy with photo uploads and messaging. The app hangs a lot and there is no intuitive workaround to perform the necessary clicks needed for task completion whenever this occurs, which is a lot. Very time consuming to do simple photo uploads due to the instability. Also lacking a basic FAQ and info page (or even a link to a website) explaining how the whole listing and transaction process works. Mobile website is worse.

Had a good experience with Buycycle. There are lots of bikes for sale so you have many options at any price point. I bought an eight year old high-end Cannondale road bike and saved a LOT of money compared to new. The bike came from Germany, and there was a little bit of confusion with the shipping. Also the shipping box was beat up but the bike with in good shape and came as advertised (good condition, which meant a number of scuffs and dings but noting structural). Good experience overall.

Pretty good app and a great idea. Unfortunately, because the interaction with sellers seems to not be managed by the application or the system itself, any messages and offers go unanswered for long periods. The searches saved on the web or app don't show in the app later, only on the web. Thr app displays an error message. There are automated emails indicating when others are bidding on bikes saved, but there is no indication which saved bike it is. If you have multiple saved you can't tell.
