Excellent features. But you need to synchronise the payment with the app so that the amount and account number need not to be imputed manually

It's easy to use and navigate. My reservation is that it takes longer than usual to generate OTP. I like the app, though.

This new updated app is seamless! Very easy to use. Your meter details are stored, so that next you don't have to re-enter the details when purchasing next time. You get your token in less than two (2) minutes. I recommend this app to every one.

I've been using the App for close to 4years now and buying electricity token has been seemless even after the upgrade on the app. I tried paying for DSTV subscription, it failed and I was refunded immediately. Thank you buy power!

It's efficient when it's good but sometimes the network issues can be frustrating. I have an outstanding payment which I bought units 3 days ago and haven't still gotten the token even after being debited by my bank. Till now no token has been sent and no refund

Why does it take ages for you to generate token already paid for? And when I try to reach out to your customer service officers you hear all your agents are currently busy. In 2024?? Are these things not meant to be automated already?? Very terrible behavior. Almost all the darn time I get to call to request for token. When it's something that shouldn't take seconds. Improve on your poor services! We're already dealing with a whole lot in this country. Don't add to my anger.

Before the app's upgrade, when I purchased an electricity token, it provided a full breakdown of the unit and cost, but all of this information has been removed. This is not good at all. An upgrade should improve the service rather than conceal necessary information.

my first time using it. I used transfer option and they verified by it as successful(my payment was received), but they did not give me any token. kept showing processing and now failed. no cash refund and no value for my money.

My experience using the app was fantastic. However, I didn't receive OTP for email verification during the installation of the app until two days later. That made me skip email verification.

Fantastic application. It is now possible to buy power in 2 minutes! The most amazing thing is that, it stores your transaction and and makes it printable at any time. The transaction receipt becomes your utility bill and it is acceptable in banks and all other places that request for utility bill. The care line is very responsive. I just hope that you won.t drop this standard.

This new update is problematic! It keeps saying "the request connection took longer...aborted". The old version worked perfectly fine. Now I have to resort to buying power elsewhere because of the problematic app. You guys really need to fix the app issue quick. Interphase and look is good, functionality is bad 👎👎👎

Ease of use makes this app great. Incidentally, the local payment office is next door to me, practically next door but have no reason to go there to make payment which I do in the comfort of my apartment. The only negative: could not add my meter in my personal residence in another state.😢 Otherwise, great app and easy to use.
