WOW! This exchange has it all. Not difficult to figure out and a breeze to operate. Couldn't believe how much better it is than the other fancy exchanges. Even seem to bring me luck right from the beginning. Not very good with details but take my word for it, BYDFi is the very one to go with.

The app is functional and the bonus is decent customer service is lacking but aside from that fact it's a pretty good exchange especially for beginners to the crypto Industry it's worth giving it a look.

So Google Authentication never seems to work. Like I never received a code from Google Verification. I'm not seeing any place to claim my rewards. So I never get them. I'm not getting a good vibe from this app at all.

Awesome app everything is straight up and easy to use, received a bunch of bonuses signing up and doing the few things it said to receive them and was able to cash out 100$ off of the profits I made on my first trades i made with the money I got as a bonus signing up! Highly recommend this app to everyone!

Bydfi is running a "review us for a chance to enter" a giveaway. They're also requesting full access to your device in order to use their services 🤣 This is a scam exchange. They will steal your profits, and make it difficult to withdraw. Identity verification doesn't work either. Just harvesting ID's and biometrics. THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM. BEWARE.

Tried alot of different exchanges..BYDFI one of the best in class. Has an amazing suite of options for novice and pro traders alike with a user-friendly interface and ease of navigation. I like it very much.

This app is bs and a scam, no notifications or warnings but you do everything to get the rewards and then they make you claim it when they randomly decide to let you then you get barely any time to claim it so they always expire. Customer service sucks too "oh well that's policy and rewards expire" No duh! That's not what I was inquiring about but thanks for basically telling me "oh well 🤷‍♂️" only download this app if you have no life to stay on it 24/7 and want to learn a complicated layout

Awesome time with BYDFi Exchange! A noob only 8 weeks in leaving scandalous thieves, Coinbase, behind. Worst experience! Looking for a exchange, BYDFi's Welcome Rewards stood out. It's my favorite I've explored! More advanced, but tours and tutorials helped me catch up. the rewards are real! Lured me into perpetual futures contracts for the first time, too. Made over a $100 with my Bonus Wallet. It's been fun & exciting while gaining market experience and I made $100 doing it! Can't beat that!

Honestly I want to give it five stars, but I just can't because the customer service is horrible. If you try reaching them with a question they can't answer or a problem they've made, they will just cut the conversation short and ignore you. I mean everything else is so good but their customer service makes me not even want to give them any more of my money. Then I have Bydfi respond to this review telling me to contact customer service when customer service cuts me off everytime I contact
