this is now very badly soon as per year and even recently to much offenseiv i am off tomorrow inshaallah bcoz the fare rate is to much decrease by riders are aggressive now this app. btw this app is now use for offline purpose becoz there is no supporting by our riders just like .no bonus .commission ratio ¹13 ²20 this is to high btwen yango or indrive .fare is to decrease by decrease even pertrol average cost now suitable but they can't cooperative to us so tomorrow will close this app delete

i am very ashamed that i appreciate this app. Drivers!!! boycott this app as this company deducted 6 six times my commission without my mistake and if you complained about this-------, they asked you for a screen shot and later they said it was your mistake. All drama and nothing for captains. #bykeachor.

The new update should also show the ride name. Just as the ride name is shown in InDrive, it should also be shown in ByKia.

I'm writing to express my concern about the fare calculation . I noticed that the fare was significantly lower than expected, considering the distance and time taken. The prices of petrole in Pakistan is too high. And the fair is to low Which is not acceptable Could you please review this and consider adjusting the fare accordingly? very useless and worst app they did not refund any comisson team member accepted but not not refund commission all the time only one answer it is not match our roule and did not refund comisson only one answer very bad team and roule, it is not helpful and support able for new riders

Same unfair bonus mechanism, now even if you complete 3,5 or 7 rides, next day you wont receive bonus as it will say your rides are not verified, who verifies them of course they do lol

support section is completely useless, they don't even understand the question,most of time they answered what's written already.pick up and drop off distance in actual are different from what showing on load board.

cant select my destination ride pick-up option... Tried many times but same issue, Just 1 last time i uninstall nd installed again it to see if it's work properly so ok, otherwise I'll be never ever use Bykea Partner or Bykea app for rides .. THANKS

Dear bykea app... I was having many times this issue that you accepted ride request you travelling long distance to pick ride but when you reach pick point your ride isn't responding not receiving call and not reply any msg... When after half an hour of waiting you cancelled ride bykya had charge commission..and not refunded I have face many times this problem and face loss my amount.... Iam very disappointed your Artificial intelligence agent behaviour.. He is not hearing.

Bykea service is good but there are some serious issues that must be addressed for the benefit of both riders and customers. The biggest problem is that many customers confirm a ride, call the rider to their location, and then arrive 10–15 minutes late. The late fee is only Rs. 10 which is very low and does not cover the rider’s wasted time and fuel. It should be Rs. 20 for the first 5 minutes, Rs. 30 for the next 5 minutes, and Rs. 30 for every additional 5 minutes. Customers should get notific

if you didn't low the commission I I'll make my app . less then 2% commission and all will be happy with this. people needs minimum price for everything so please make your commission less . or I I'll use another name app with same gui. I m waiting for your reply. and without ride completed you take commission 😞 this is not fair 😞 and refund too late or no refunds. so I m waiting.
