for UI i will give score 5, but for reliability i think its 3. because when i need to make a transaction, sometimes there is a notification to re-login.

Maintenance occurred in office hour and for hours. suck. i can't make any transaction with our money. built on top of top 3 bank in Indonesia but doesn't make them stronger infrastructure. LOL management

sudden maintenance without even notifying consumers in prior, makes byond unreliable for your urgent transactions. would be too risky. never put byond as your first banking tool, but i have to use it since my payroll is associated to BSI. so bad experience many times

Compared to the old one: 1. keep asking to turn on notif, while the notif were advertisements 2. keep asking location (GPS ON), what's the point? any problem if I open the app abroad? So bothering for me.

couldn't face verification, tried many times with different timing and always failed. BSI suggest to use BYOND since BSI Mobile can't be used anymore.. but this is the result.

very bad apps, frequent payments failure, errors while opening applications, lag when running applications, apps cannot be opened, maintenance everytime. Please fix it

The apps were slow to load, even on weekends (friday-saturday-sunday). Keep asking for GPS, no wonder what the purpose is. Bi fast service maintenance is often delayed on saturday morning, no hope for urgent transactions.

Although the UI seems better, it barely do anything. Loading time takes too long and lot of mobile banking important feature is not available yet.

App required me to turn on my GPS else I cannot access it. I mean why?? I know there's an adzan reminder feature but it should be an OPTIONAL FEATURE, NOT mandatory!! I'll give 1 star until the GPS requirement is removed. other Sharia Bank apps never make GPS mandatory so you guys didn't make any sense.

the previous application is more better,.. in slow internet possible to do any transaction. i'm regret to change it. this byond very useless specially when you have slow internet. not recomended for worker far away from land in case of emergency you will can't do nothing.

I’m genuinely impressed by how consistently this app crashes. And let’s not forget that this isn’t just any app. It’s provided by the largest sharia bank in Indonesia. If reliability were a product feature, it clearly didn’t make the final cut.

Sorry to say, but this app is terrible, really, really terrible. I thought it was being patched or upgraded, but it's always slow and transactions fail every day. Turns out it's the app that's bad. My transactions are being hampered by the poor app. Please fix it immediately.

This app is broken, when I am doing a transaction, maintenance happened, then a notification popped up into my screen stating that my transaction failed, do you know where my money that I should pay for? it's gone! of course my receiver didn't receive it, what a phenomenal.. Then I must make a report about this failure transaction, and I HAVE WAITING A WHOLE WEEK UNTIL MY MONEY BACKS! if someone's asking me about the best mobile banking, I would never recommend this app, yeah of course..

Bugs and repairs often occur during business hours. This is often the case when needed. Further improvements are needed, and if repairs or updates are made, do them during times when you are not busy with work or other activities.

Never been this disappointed with an app before. But BSI you're a bank. Money is a crucial part of our lives. Every time I get paid and try to make a transaction, it always fails. Why does this happen EVERY. SINGLE. TIME??? Have you ever done proper evaluation or testing? I will never recommend BSI to anyone looking to open a bank account👎

you really shouldn’t force users to turn on location every time just to show prayer times. it’s unnecessary. if i wanted that, i’d open a quran app, not a banking app. just ask once, save it locally, and reuse it later. also, don’t instantly log users out just because they switch apps or hit the home button. as long as the session hasn’t expired, we should stay signed in when returning. these are basic ux things that still haven’t been fixed after all this time.

bloated is what I can say about this app. I use wondr too at the same time and byond just never fails on failing to launch first try compared to it, I've since change phone to an S23 so it will be silly if it's a phone issue. You also have to turn on GPS when you want to use it. Why? are you a spyware disguised as a banking app? and if it's because of your daily prayers' reminder that it's on, we have dedicated apps and actual real life reminders to remind us of it.

QR reader issues—at times the reader was unable to scan QRIS codes, claiming "the QR code isn't recognizable", despite my internet connection being perfectly fine and the code can be scanned with other fintech apps. The QR reader can also quickly lag (unable to scan anything) when I press off my device's on/off button in the middle of opening the QRIS menu, which is quite inconvenient.
