Would be great if there was a setting to change the text size, but several years after I reported it was unusably small on a hi-res 7" tablet nothing has been done. They obviously care nothing for accessibility. This is the only app I can't use out of literally hundreds I've tried. All the other apps I use now either scale properly or have a text size setting. The fact they have responded by saying accessibility isn't a priority tells us all we need to know about this company.

Would be great if this app came in tablet form. The icons and map just doesn't quite cut it on a tablet, too small. Love that it shows the solved or corrected coordinates. Don't like that the cache icons show up on a zoomed out map for all caches when you have this turned off and when you zoomin they disappear. This is a good app. My biggest gripe is the inability to retrieve and drop trackables etc. oh and add more than one photo.

This is a great app. It's made getting into geocaching a lot easier than it would have been without it. Also There was an issue with the app recently but it was fixed impressively quickly.

I have this app since 2019ish, it always has been 5 star and I havent been doing GC for a while. I decided to get back on this and having two issues 1) error location and wouldnt move (where I am). I took my friend out for GC but still had issues so we rely had on my friends phone and I'm able to log activity on my phone during "offline" 🤦♀️ 2) I know there are many caches are everywhere but somehow many caches disappeared. This app is updated & nothing change Please fix issues soon 🙏

The best! Tried many others, but this one compiled the many features into one great app! Constant updates and active users, too!

I'm not sure I'd still be caching without c:geo. Fantastic app, super useful, easy to use. Love the list function. Love that coords in the personal note translate into waypoints. Sad about Google maps change but nit these guys' fault. Also, super friendly and responsive developers! I'd pay for it if needed. Thanks guys! (p.s. update March 2024, editing logs now? Woo hoo!!!!!!!...)

Literally says does not require web browser or exports. First Wall I reach is I need to find somewhere to export files. it's a joke don't download it! Reply: Why can't you make a file? Not hard to generate a file into my storage when I downloaded your app. My guess is Google flagged whatever you're trying to do and you're asking us to do it manually as a work around!

I really like the option to choose between OpenStreetMap and Google Maps, and other map providers. No ads, no subscriptions, simple to use, and open-source. Definitely a good project to support.

Much better than other geocaching apps that are covered by a paywall. Geocaching should be free, it is a great activity to get outside for some fresh air and exercising. This app is open source and under development which means often updates, bug fixes and new features. Simple app design as well, which helps for loading in remote locations with limited service.

Hands down the number one geocaching app I've ever used. Packed full of features and goodies hardcore geocachers need. I love the ability to change where the coordinates are for mystery caches. It can't show you caches of a specific DT rating like the official app can but it can load custom maps which is a huge benefit and data saver. I love this app. I can't geocache without it so it's my go-to choice. No social features but that's where the official app steps in.

Almost 5 stars... I love that we can enter in Waypoints for caches now. But, for example: solving mystery caches and geo arts, it's really difficult to plot a course through all the waypoints when you can't see them on the map unless you zoom way in. It would be so helpful if they are just always visible on the map at all times.

Have used c:geo for years. Highly intuitive - must have been written by someone VERY familiar with geocaching. The map view for (both live and stored) is an essential planning tool for me. The lists are very useful and easy to maintain. The built-in challenge checker is the boss! Before a trip, I build a list of caches off the live map, then use c:geo's export feature to send the GPX file to my PC where I load it into GSAK, and ultimately into my Nuvi and Garmin handheld. Excellent!

Great app for caching, my cache buddies have iPhones and use the official geocaching app, so I've gotten to see some pros and cons... Pro: this app lets you zoom in farther, handy for caching by landmarks when your GPS is bouncing. Con: filters are limited. You can only filter your map by cache type, nothing else. Also keyword search is basically useless, the only way to search for a specific cache is exact gc code. I still prefer it, for UI and general set up, it's easy to navigate and use.

This is my go to caching app, but it has recently become frustrating to use. It will lose all of the caches, and I will need to reboot the app for them to show up. Also, the app will sometimes stop responding to touching the screen, also needing a reboot. Very frustrating, especially if you have no signal and you have preloaded caches.

When I got my first smartphone this was the recommended app for geocaching with an Android phone. I really like the versatility of the list, it keeps caches organized by type, date, oldies or however you want to set it up. The search feature is helpful as you can find things by both name, GC code or trackable. Better organized than the official app as you can swipe from page to page instead of backing up.

More and more it seems as if I am using this app more so than my handheld GPS when finding urban caches. App offers everything that the Geocaching app does just in a different format. And the fact that it is free is fantastic. I tell every geocacher I know to try this app first when just starting out. The fact that new updates changes with the times shows that the makers are in tune with what they are doing. Keep it up guys

I have been using this app for a years now. It really has gotten much better throughout the year. When I first started using it, it didn't have enough features. I would like to suggest features. I would like to add photos when logging trackables. Maybe be able to add more then one photo. A blue smiley for LOGGED DNFs. (THANKS FOR THE BLUE SMILEYS!) I recommend this app to every Android user. Another thought. Being able to highlight caches that are at the top of OUR need to find list.

I'm a long time user of c:geo, but lately I've become increasingly disappointed with it, and the changes made to it. I read the faq for a recent change, then followed the link to the manual. Even after reading it, I'm still having trouble getting the setting to work. I've downgraded the app from 5 stars to 3 over this one broken filter setting.

This has always been my favorite caching app! It is very simple to use, functions for projecting way points, and marking locations is fantastic. To the developers: it would be so wonderful if you could ad search features for difficulty and terrain ratings, as well as selecting the distance you want to search! I have to open up gc Droid to search for these. One other thing that I believe would be very nice is to be able to send messeges directly from the app as oposed to opening the website.

This has been the go-to app for ny wife and me. A solid five star--until recently. The map no longer shows all caches in some areas, especially caches we have found. We have checked our settings, and in any case, it does show some in all areas, and all in some areas. We used to be able to store caches from the description page, using the top right hand place on the page. Same as "log" etc. Now we can store only from the map. Even with Wi-Fi, that doesnt always work. We have updated the app.
