Have not been able to use this app since last year as soon as I attempt to open it to to do anything it immediately shuts down have sent feed back on multiple occasions nothing whatsoever done cannot access any part of the app cannot use any parts of the available games or any available opportunities! Prior to the problems I had been using the app just fine on my current LG phone!

This app is VERY user friendly!! I use it to book my comp rooms. I can view all my special offers available at all properties. I get all my comps, free play, and packages all downloaded to this app by logging in with my players number and password! Seriously, this is by far, the EASIEST app I have ever used! I still get offers by mail, but if I lose the paper mail, I know everything is secured in this app! Great job on the app, love the new design and beautiful color photos of everything.

DO NOT use this app to check out. There is no receipt sent unless you take extra steps to request it. Almost 3 days after checkout, I have not received the bill summary requested via those extra steps. To check out, either wait in the desk service line (long) or perhaps use the express kiosks if it happens to be open. (It was not when we left about 9am.) The app was handy on property but it doesn't show your reservation history or billing summaries after check out.

Need more options but looks like it's being worked on. I'd like to see a map added, access to my win/loss statement, and a way to bookmark favorite machines as just a few additional features suggestions. More interactive with me on my vacation would be appreciated as well such as room service ordering from the app and geotracking notifications for deals or just awareness reminders of popular Vegas events like the water/ light show outside. Caesars rocks, this app can use some improvements though

I dont understand why this app logs u out every time. This started with the last update to the Total Rewards app. I have 20 other app passwords, but they are for bank and investment accounts. I dont understand why my casino rewards app requires me to re login every time when it has no financial data. When I'm in a Ceasars casino, I wanna access the app quickly to check for comps and points I've earned. But nope, I have to re login again. and my password is stored elsewhere. So annoying.

Awful app! Keeps crashing every time it's launched. Hi ! Imagine you open the app and let's say you want to book a room or tickets, the moment you try to do it , I get a message that saying " Cesar's rewards has suddenly stopped" would try out like to send an anonymous message to the developer? I had uninstall and redownload the app many times and the issue persists. I've seen some similar reviews so obviously this isn't an isolated case.

Terrible. I uninstalled it because every time I tried to book a room it said it was comped and then when I tried to book the comped room it showed a $200 dollar rate plus resort fees and taxes. so it was not comped at all. Or the room was sold out for the dates I wanted. It is also difficult to navigate. Very frustrating when trying to book a room. They need to change the calendar to book too.

I've been using the Caesars app since the Inception without issues until recently. Iwasn't able to get into my offers so after several days, I uninstalled the app. When I went to reinstall it it was no longer available through the Google play. I emailed customer service about the problem and they answered with several questions. the app could not be found on the play store. I tried calling them and that was not good when I clicked on their link I was informed that my device was not Compatible

The incentives to go to Harrahs have not been as good as the other casinos. There is no free play for the little guy and there is no weekly or monthly free play bonuses. Just entries to drawings that the chance of winning are like the lottery. Almost impossible. Plus the slots seem to pay out very little. Last time i went I played the machines only paid out a fraction of what i put in. Not a casino that gives the little guy a chance to actually win and get ahead. In 20 years i have won 2 jackpot

Not easy to navigate. Unclear terms with merged companies. The app doesn't really do anything but open its own(chrome) browser to navigate thier mediocre website that endlessly advertises for their app that you are using. 🙄😤 But they assure you it will be easier to navigate and more rewarding if you have the app your already using. Quality at it's finest. Maybe they need to borrow a few dollars to pay the developers 😂😭🤣😂

Gives me Instant Access to all my Caesars Rewards information. It does everything I need it to do quickly and accurately. I can make hotel reservations, see my tier credits and reward points, review and accept offers, see upcoming reservations, etc. I am not sure what more they could add, but I am sure they will think of something, and it will be a great benefit. The app keeps improving.

Sadly, if I could give it less, I would. Every time I try to log in, it tells me that my information is incorrect. Then it locks me out. Then I reset my password, and it still says my info is incorrect. Last year when I needed the app, it was so handy. This is very disappointing, especially when I have quite a few stays I need to book. Yes, I can log in through the internet, but I'm not always connected. Please fix!

i find it extremely annoying that i can't just select Las Vegas and search ALL hotels at once to see availability instead of clicking on each and every one. there isn't even a simple "make a reservation" button right front and center on the main page. oh and the dumb thing booked a room on its own. only until i got an email confirming my surprise reservation. i didn't see any confirmation on the phone..! it just jumped back to the main page. this is exactly why i keep uninstalling this app.

The app is above average and easy to use. It needs improvements. One being able to search all hotels at once. Currently you have to select a hotel and then select the date(s) you want, then select the room. Which brings me to the next issue. Once you book a room, you can not book another room for a couple of days after you check out of the first reservation. For example, if you book Ceasars for Monday and with want to try NOBU on Tuesday, you will have to call customer service.

App won't stay signed in. Doesn't give notifications when there are new offers, except when you open the app and go to the offers page. Their offers are complete garbage. 95% are just ads for their overpriced hotels/destinations, or offers for a tiny amount of slot play for spending a very large amount of money in the slot machines. The other 5% are bad offers for the 'big name' overpriced, low quality, in-casino restaurants. You definitely get what you paid for with this app, nothing.

The App is easy to use and the layout is simple to follow. Booking travel/rooms is well designed for comparison shopping before👨‍💻 actually booking. If you're signed into the system your deals and discounts are shown to you in the Application document screens.🤑 Be sure to check the trip total discount, which is usually greater than the daily basis because they Reward longer stays. Just be careful not to "Book" until you're ready. You can also cancel your reservations in the App for free.

NOT GOOD. The promotions are not explained. The app constantly shows I have freeplay, but when I go to the casino, there is nothing. The surveys feature is useless. There is no explanation of how points are earned (Do table games, hotel stays, or food purchases count? How many points/dollar are earned? Are reward points and tier points earned at the same rate and in the same way?) Lastly, they do not respond to any inquiries sent via the app or to the email listed in the app. 0/5 Stars.
