Really good customer service. Activated two accounts accidentally and they were able to quickly and easily help me to merge accounts without losing and stamps. Happy with the app and the offers too.

Have contacted Teya in February about a missing transaction and stamps, heard they would look into it for me but now it's early March and I've heard nothing more after it was going to be investigated. Will probably go back to the old loyalty card and delete the app if nothing happens by the end of March. Disappointing and unimpressed.

Terrible app. So buggy. Takes 10mins min each time to load the voucher from vitality. Really poor ux. Embarrassingly poor in this day and age, sort it out!

It works OK once set up. What isn't so great is that the stamp doesn't show immediately so you don't know if it has worked until later. If you use other discounts then use full card free coffee first and then use the discount app afterwards otherwise you can't claim your free coffee.

Used this a lot with old phone but it won't let me log in with my new phone. I tried signing in - said credentials were invalid. I tried signing in via Facebook (that uses the same email) - said account didn't exist. I tried resetting my password - said no account exists with this email. (Baring in mind, I still get the monthly and promo emails to this email address, so it's definitely correct) I tried making a new account with this address and it said "Request was throttled" ..I'm giving up!

Good app. Only downside is the expiry date of free drinks. With paper cards you can save as long as you like but on app you have to use them by certain date. Like in past I saved for whole year and then used free drinks at Xmas when money tighter. On plus side some times you will win additional stamps etc

Yes, it works for us. We claim coffee through rewards on Vitality and really enjoy the coffee, both in store and at home. Always an enjoyable experience, thank you!

There are login issues with this app. my username and password are definitely correct as I can login via a browser but the app won't let me login. Also, I can't even reset my password! I've now lost my free drinks and stamps!

The Caffe Nero App is really handy because you can conveniently store loyalty stamps on your smart phone, just by having the QR (Quick Response) code scanned. Also, it is easy to qualify for the offers and promotions that come up from time to time, just by having the code scanned when you buy a drink. The coffee is good, whichever you choose and snacks are available with table service from friendly staff. The cafes are comfortable with relaxing decor and a great place to meet family and friends.

I confess I haven't used the app for a while but decided to update and start using it. I can't log in with my previous details and I can't reset my password. I'll try again later but this really is App101. Come on Nero. I'll be going to Costa at this rate!

I loved the app until recently I logged off and now cannot log into my account, it keeps saying an error occurred. Please fix the issue this is my favourite coffee shop!

As a former Nero employee, this app is terrible. So much of my time was spend doing IT support for tech saavy customers who could not get the damn thing to work. Rewards are tedious to get working. App vouchers disappear without warning. Made working there so much worse.

I just have to renew my 5* rating for this app. Of the 3 most popular UK coffee chain apps this one is the clear leader by a mile. Simple, useful and reliable. Update: gift card integration with remaining balance displayed is such a great addition. Well done Teya!

I happily give this app 5 stars for three reasons: 1. The interface is fairly straightforward, it could do with removing some distractions (it's called "cross-selling" in industry speak) but generally you'll find what you need. 2) It hasn't failed on me whenever I've used it, even if my wifi/data connectivity is down. 3) The customer service is quick, they clearly invest in humans responding to your questions (rather than some shoddy and dense AI half-product). Great stuff.

Great that it's one of the few apps that combines loyalty card and gift card into a single scan to earn and pay in one go... But, occasionally the cashier is confused about what to click/tap on their screen to make it work. And in one rare case, part paying with the remnant of one card then trying to settle the balance with a different card, just would not work at all!

app does not work. my account was locked after phone confirmation. no problem earlier collecting all my data. smells like a scam to get my phone number. sent message to support but no reply. good thing i did not enter a credit card number. trued twice. i have used the previous caffe nero app for years without any problem. installed the new one only because the old one is being phased out. new product roll out quality leaves much to be desired. i may stop my shop visits after this fiasco.
