might be user error but I've found this app more work than help. most current dilemma is that I can't get it to delete reserved times once I choose a meeting time

Super slow to launch and laggy during use. Android app is Almost unusable. Have to quit and restart severally. Much easier to sign in on web.

Typically, it assumes that you already know your way around the app. It is difficult to find assistance to understand the features. It looks like an amazing app, but unfortunately, i don't have time to learn by try and error.

My two favorite things about Calendly are: 1 ) The automatic time zone functionality. I live in Japan, but I work with people from all over the world. It prevents so much confusion. 2 ) It's very intuitive, which saves a whole lot of time by working with our brains🧠, instead of against them.

Phenomenal, but I would love it if you all would had a search function in the scheduled event's sections. At times, I really need to go back and search for people I've met with, and without a search function, it makes it difficult.

The app doesn't offer the functionality of the desktop sir. Reconfirmations fire rescheduling or cancelation alerts, and now the work flows aren't firing at the proper time, firing off after the events have already happened despite being set to go before an event happens. Get your app squared away Calendly. Please.

works very well or single events, would love for people to be able to sign up for a course and get their reminder for each session too. easy to use though and quick to set up.

Not straight forward and intuitive to set up . Need a way to say I may be available at certain please click here to reserve a tentative time. I manually set it up by putting a note on the calendry but it should be an option. Developer is something like that possible?

Just opened it for the first time. Didn't have to type my credentials, AWESOME! Time saved. Very simple looking, AWESOME! Easy to see my upcoming events one one screen, AWESOMENESS! So far so good. Haven't had time to check out other features but it seems really smooth. Great job calendly! Btw, I do recommend you to my professional friends when I can. Sincerely and greatfully, Andre Update: Calendly is so automated, I dont even need the app! :)

I love calendly. It integrates with my wix website. Now customers can book with me without calling or texting. The appointments go straight to my calender. It also integrates with Stripe so I can accept a deposit. Also, it has workflows so every booking gets an email and a text. The app is basic. You'll want to have access to a computer to set everything up.

Pro: Have been using calendly to schedule office hours with students. Tried a lot of scheduling apps and Calendly is the most user friendly. Con: Now requires annual subscription (I only use it during the 9 month academic year). Also need to upgrade to use the 'vote for a meeting time' poll. If you can drop $100 a year, it's great. Not so great if you work in education and can't get reimbursed. I will be using Google calendar in the future to schedule student advising. I will miss Calendly!

I've been using Calendly for 8 years. There are constant upgrades, and I love every one of them. Calendly makes life easy for my clients to schedule. I keep all details and instructions within the system so that my clients can have all of the information at their disposal without multiple check-ins with me. It saves me a ton of time. Automation is the way of the world. And, I'd highly recommend Calendly. I'm a loyal member for life.

I used to really love this app, but the new "improved" interface is less intuitive and makes creating and updating event types nearly impossible on your phone and more challenging on your desktop too. Veri disappointing. Also, am finding that changes to availability on Google calendar are now taking much longer to sync with app. Sad when "progress" is not an improvement.

I love the app, but found that some features aren't available when using calendly in a mobile browser. Also when using the app, selecting a 15 minute slot that's between existing appointments isn't possible even if that's the increment you set up. There's something off with tapping in such a small area even if you zoom in on the phone.

For such a great and easy to use online service, their app is mediocre at best. It's almost as if they don't really care about their app. There are many features it should have but doesn't. I recommended you use your browser to set up a home button on your smart device instead. The only thing the app is really good for is notifying you when somebody schedules an event. But even then, it doesn't allow you to choose a different notification setting for a different event.

I love Calendly, how it integrates with my website and makes scheduling for business coaching clients, potential clients and networking partners easier. The layout has gone through some changes, and I feel the current layout is a little more confusing and cumbersome than the previous version. That said, I still am happy that I have it.

I originally would have given it 5 stars, but after the trial expires it gets glitchy and has stopped syncing with my calendar which defeats the main purpose for me to stay organized. I'd rather sign up for the free/lite version and then be given the option to upgrade. If it's not fixed soon I'll probably delete because again what's the point if it's not synced??

Originally I wasn't having any issues with all of my calendars syncing but now I really only see one or two of them in the app, which is frustrating because that's the whole point in utilizing it. I have tried to ensure they are all connected, etc. but I can only see SOME events. It's also frustrating to not be able to edit events in the calendar or change colors. Hoping these issues are fixed as the concept is awesome and I wanna keep utilizing this as a calendar integration system.
