I usually struggle to stick with fitness apps but I am really enjoying it using Calistree. I love being able to see the progress on the tree. I have been using it for a few months now and I am really noticing a difference and it is helping me to be way more consistent creating easy routines. There are frequent updates and improvements too - they really listen to any feedback 😊

So far this app has been really amazing and helpful. It has tons of new stretches/exercises that I've never done or heard of and it explains how to do every single one of them easily in video form. You can input what equipment you want, what body part you want to train, and other things and the app will create a personalized program for you based on your preferences. One downside is that unless you get the "pro" version(which is only a few buck a month), then you only get one custom program.

Just did my first workout and I'm super impressed with the app. The free version gives you so much! I have been into fitness for a long time and wanted to dabble in calisthenics to break up the monotony of the gym and to challenge myself. I love how there are skill trees and related skills grouped together that you can interchange if you want. Getting XP and mastering skills makes the workouts fun. Thanks Louis!

A genuinely fantastic app. I've found so many calisthenics programs don't really have absolute beginner's in mind, like I'm talking people who are starting from a baseline fairly low level of strength. Kept injuring myself with so many other beginner programs but calistree gives me good exercises that I can do, feel the burn, without hurting myself. But probably best of all it keeps me motivated. There's so much to say about this app but alas the character limit prevents me!

4.5 starts: UX could improve for new users, it took me some days to get used to it, and I think the reason is that it has a lot of features, I didn't understood the journeys after the second day The tree of exercises is really helpful, how does the program adapts according to your equipment, as well of the diagrams of the muscles involved... It has tons of exercises :D some of them would be nice to have a video explaining how to do it, I mean via an audio By far it's the best app, thanks

This app is extremely well written and definitely from the point of view of an athlete who knows what they want in the app. I'm very appreciative of how thorough and intuitive Louis made the interface. The span of progression genres alone is truly impressive, the integrated progressions related to partner acrobatics really surprised me, since I've been looking for something like that for a long time and didn't expect it to find any of that in this app. Highly recommend!

calistree is fantastic. being both free and giving some great videos on the techniques. that being said there are some gripes. for starters the warm up... is not a warm up. I can easily do 10 clap pushups, but it shouldn't be considered a 'warm up.' recommend doing an actual warm up before your workout and treat the apps warm up as another circuit. my other issue is lack of negative exercises. otherwise great app

This app is insanely good and soooo underrated. The user interface is great and the way the app tracks your skill profession, it feels a lot like making progress in an RPG game, which is really fun and satisfying. The premium version offers some cool perks without compromising the free version which I LOVE. I might get premium at some point, but for now I'm so relieved that I can still use and enjoy the most important features :)

Great app and very useful! I had an issue with it and the developer contacted me, identified the issue and fixed it with a new update. Thanks Louis! A minor issue with some of the progressions, I don't think anybody needs to be practicing a single static stretch for multiple minutes straight, that seems like after a certain point you aren't getting any returns.

Having mastered a few high level calisthenics skills in the past I'm aware of most of the progressions so it was amazing to find this app which uses solid, proven progressions for all of the movements. Being a nerd I was also impressed with the application design, UI, intuitive menu system, integrated rest/workout timers and all the other analytic features included. If you're looking to get into calisthenics or looking to get back into it then this app will not disappoint.

Honestly, most workout apps are terrible. I love that this one takes into consideration your current body strength while also giving options to adjust the difficulty as you get better or to stay at the same difficulty. I like the flexibility of the app for changing the type of workout mid set as well. The fact that it lets you choose what equipment you have is amazing as well. It's overall very well thought out and very user friendly.

This is a GREAT app! I am in-process of recovering from significant chronic health issues, so had become very weak as well as having a lower exercise tolerance than in times past. The app found me a doable level to start and provided incremental enough increases for me to actually continue and make gains. It is a functional, no-ad app that is actually very helpful -- sometimes difficult to find in paid apps and almost impossible to find in a free version! My humble thanks to the developers!

Possibly the best bodyweight fitness app. I particularly like that it allows you to incorporate weightlifting as well; most apps only track bodyweight or weights and those that do both usually don't do it well. The journey feature is powerful, allowing me to configure training into upper/lower days. Skill progression is solid, making it a great app for learning specific calisthenic skills and the stats after each work are just awesome, it really pushes you to progress. Thanks Louis!

Seriously worth the download! Tons of functionality and very customizable while providing a real pathway to skill progression and challenge. I'm mostly impressed by the app creator though. Genuine and heartfelt in his desire to put out something quality and helpful. The pro version has a lot of benefits, but it's great to see a free version that's so useful. Well done and thank you!

By far the best app to get into bodyweight or calisthenics, makes working out simple and quick and has great tools for progression, and I would like to wholeheartedly thank the developer for making the functional aspects of the app free!!! The only feature missing for me is the ability to add our own audio cues/tips for an exercise. This is a feature that's present in the jefit app, and It helps me a lot during workouts! Please consider adding something similar, thank you :)

Great app. I purchased it after one day because the price can't be beat for the option to add multiple days. Im a weightlifter focusing more on calisthenics, mobility, & flexibility. My one issue is the generated workouts don't usually match the volume/intensity I select. For example, if I have the slider all the way over to the right for a strength/low volume/high intensity, it generates a workout that has minimal focus on strength. It also suggests movements with equipment I don't select.

Might be the best workout app I've ever used! I've tried many in the past but this is the most comprehensive and adaptable one I've found. The initial workouts were perfect to keep me motivated while showing progress. This one I'll be able to stick to because I feel accomplished rather than defeated!

It's near perfect. It's like a personal coach that you get for free(god bless you) on your phone. Has everything you need except for one thing. You can not define an injury to avoid some exercises. I recently had surgery on my abdomen. And no matter what i do, i can not avoid exercises that require bending. I don't know how its algorithm works. Even when i put all of my objectives on the upper body, it still puts an exercise with bending in its generated program.

Creating a workout routine is easy, and exercises are marked by difficulty. If you encounter an exercise that you don't feel comfortable doing, you can easily swith it out with a similar one mid session! This app got me on my way to being healthier and is definitely one to try. It was a lucky first pick app for me, and I don't think I'll try another one anytime soon.

I truly think this app is awesome at helping build foundational strength for more advanced calisthenics. Its progression system is good, it allows for swapping exercises on the fly (and offers a lot of choices!) and it has good video demonstrations that help make the workout approachable. It does let those who are absolute beginners progress as they need to and if you are more advanced the app will quickly move up the exercise to more advanced moves. Excellent app worthy of 5 Stars!
