This app is excellent, but after some update the voice of the person who is being called sounds too low. Fix this and I will remove this bad review because this is why I purchased this app EDIT: I have already tested all the 7 available configurations an config #2 works slightly better than others but it is still low volume compared to the volume before the update. Please provide the service that I had before the update identification

This dialer is far superior than the broken app that came with my phone. I was not able to see who was calling sometimes until the call ended. With this dialer, Im notified of the incoming call faster and it also puts a name with the number automatically. with this dialer, you always know who is calling. no more delayed person calls and limit the solicitation calls instantly with the caller ID.

This is not true caller ID Not function, not responding, not even identify anything as realistic just been generating till God knows when it will connected, it waste data. This App is very bad and not good to use, don't just waste your data to download it, it's very annoyance. Please work on it so that people will enjoy this app, make it function for use. Thanks Architect John

Too much annoying ads I just installed it an setting it up then press back ads popup after that try to know some caller identity so I tap on the number doesn't showing anything and in next 2 sec ads, not showing who's calling or neither the location!! What a business man!! Loot loot and loot!! Avoid it if you won't want to waste your time and data!👎

This App is amazing. It is 90% accurate. It does not identify all numbers but it works well. It is better than all Apps I had ever used. I fully recommend it to friends and other people. I request developers to make it more specific on location of the caller. At the moment it is just too general, for instance, saying California, India, Kenya, etc. I think, it can be improved to identify specific locations like Gujarat-India, Ukunda- Kenya or Glasgow-UK. The App does not work offline. identification

Great replacement for Samsungs dialer, would give it 5 stars if they fixed a bug where you click on a phone icon in a browser, it doesnt do anything. Even when you click on the phone icon from their own contact list it doesnt react. You have to click on the phone number in order for it to work. Im sure its a simple fix to do, so please correct it and Ill change my review to 5 stars

I have found the app to be wonderful and of great use. It identifies all numbers spot on. The only thing i cant seem to work out is the recording of calls it seems to only record my voice if i do not put it on speaker. I am not always in a situation to put my phone on speaker and i need the calls recorded.

true Best caller ID app hands down but need to revamp the look, more contemporary, modern shaped, fonts & colors & icons (like true caller). Needs cleaner look. Plus more caller info! You're the best and with the most info, but still can do more. AND PLS ALLOW US TO VIDEO CALL VIA SAMSUNG PHONE/ANDROID PHONES which allow the factory phone app to video call... when using your app as the default calling app we cannot video call at all, pls add way to switch 2 factory phone for vid call, not in ur app.

So far so good. I like the simplicity, but cant give 5 stars yet because i cant customize much regarding the look & feel of the Recent list. Any chance for swipe right to call and swipe left to text in the Recent list? I got really used to it on Samsung devices. Or at least let me choose the default action when I tap the name.

true It's a decent app. It would be much better if you could match you're contact's photo with that person's phone number! I like to match my contact's correct photo with the correct number so I can positively know EXACTLY who is calling me! The app's suggested photo is completely wrong!!! Can that problem be corrected? If so, I will change my rating to five stars! Thanks!

The previous version use to drains my Note 9 battery ? even though I added it as an always sleeping app but since then, the developers have since listened to their customers feedback & with this new update, everything works like a charm & it do what it says it does. No other app I tried recognises incoming, outgoing, SMS caller ID's like this app does. Well done & fixing the battery ? draining issues. identification

I think that the App is very helpful in showing you if the caller is spam, scammer's, etc. I hate getting calls that I can't identify who they are, especially sales calls. This also allows you to choose what kind of call it is if it hasn't been determined yet. Thanks for the advantages this App has. I just wish that it was free to remove all the ads. call

phone I've tried too many apps over the year's that aren't in the same league as this one. I have no plans to uninstall this app, and if you try it. You'll be telling everyone you know that this is definitely an essential app. I can finally stop wondering if I should answer a call. This app shows me who's calling me, a contact, business, telemarketer and who they represent. Your aggressive rep from The US Govt Grants Dept. However the number is listed, I see it immediately. No more hunting through free reverse lookup site's. This app allows me to know whether I should pick up, report callers and block them in a seconds. If it works on all the ridiculous text messages I receive, I'd be a happier customer. Thanks for creating such an effective, useful and necessary app. Your work is appreciated, it's the most useful app so far.

Better than thr phone app that was a part of my Motog,6 phone. Every option is easy to access, works perfectly. Contacts can be kept with the deparate app that is part of my Motog6 and the one that is a part of the Dialer app,, which is what I have done. The mic works better in this app. A simple, straightforwatd app. I am grateful that the developers provided it in the Google store. Forgot to note no ads, its fast, and call log shows clearly incoming and outgoing calls. Pardon typos.

No proper dark mode (not black theme), clicking on any previous called contacts, instantly dials them up is a deal breaker that made me dump Truecaller. The numbers I dialed previously show only as number not the names behind the numbers. Can't change caller ID display mode between full-screen and pop-up. Call recording is missing. I hope the team is looking to better than Truecaller to truly become something. Right now messy and underdeveloped. Waiting for better updates.

true It's unbelievable how this caller identifier works. 95% of my numbers are identified with names. That's excellent. The recording is great. Very clear and no skipping of some calls. I wish (depending on permissions) you add call announcer. Since I started downloading apps for various usages way back in 2012,this is the second best application I have ever downloaded. I hope I know some of your products so that I can try them. Good job.
