It does not work! A call will show up blocked, yet the call still comes through as if it is not blocked. I'm about to delete, but I wanted to leave this review before I delete..

Keeps stopping. I just might uninstall. Most of the time it does not provide info. So annoying when on a call error appears I'd stopped working ugh

This app does not serve the purpose it's supposed to serve. It doesn't identify call ID. And also, it takes time to pop up on the screen, it has caused to have quite a number of missed calls. I am uninstalling it

DON'T DO IT! This app rips off the consumer and the developers have not responded for 4 days. I paid pro $9.99 and then it said I have to pay $19.99 to upgrade. What kind of undercover, low class, huge rip off is this?! And then it hasn't been upgraded since October 2020? Fail.

Trying to cancel my subscription, but no one is getting back to me via app support or your support email. All I'm getting is an automated email saying the team needs more time to look into this. Why can't they just tell me how to cancel my subscription?

Is this for real? I paid $9.99 for pro which never upgraded then said $19.99 for upgraded pro! What kind of sham is this? I like the app enough to pay then ask for more? FAIL! I emailed the website and nothing. Who do I talk to by the end if this day? This isn't right. I want that star back. Negative 2 stars.

I paid for premium (pro) features and did not receive any. I contacted the developer many times and have been ignored. They are also still trying to take monies from my account even though I paid a yearly subscription

I keep getting billed for this and I upgraded and still cannot use any of the features I been billed 3 times within a month I have tried to contact customer service and still till this day no answer I downloaded this the beginning of last month I am so livid with this app and being ignored doesn't help with this at all this is the worse app ever

This app works as caller id even if you use a different dialer and even a different spam/call filter app in Android 10 which is great. (this app's dialer is not very impressive.) the caller ID seems to work OK.

Paid for pro still shows free version, constantly prompts to upgrade when I click upgrade says I'm already subscribed. Sent two messages to support it's been nearly a week no reply. Send another message to support a week later still no reply.

Tried this app - very disappointing, it only identified numbers already in my contacts list! I expected it to identify my call list but it just listed the numbers, no IDs. Also I couldn't find a button for SMS (to bring up my texts).

This app is advertised as free since there is nothing that states $19.99 fee or whatsoever. This is a form of abuse of discretion. Plus, It sneaks&interferes with your Google account without consent likely for payment agreement or something. I uninstalled it right away. This is similar to theft this app should be taken off google play period. Plus, the developer responds saying "it breaks our heart to see you're not satisfied". Well, It's not about satisfaction it's about the ambiguous app fee!

Missed a call this morning. Tried looking it up since it was local,but found nothing. The missed call notification showed the number,but when I opened Caller ID,it didn't show anything. Just said it was Private Number. Not very encouraging if my phone can show the number but Caller ID can't.

Garbage. Takes too long to load the caller info. Also covers your screen so you can't answer the call. It becomes a race waiting for the app to load, then waiting for it to show the caller, then waiting for the app to close when you hit the X so you can actually answer the call. Most calls end up being missed. Unacceptable.

Be careful. I downloaded this app which I thought was free. Was just billed $19 on a continuing basis forever more. There was no 'free trial ending' message. Just a bill which has proven to be very difficult to cancel. I ended up paying for a year. Trust me -- this app is going in the bit-bucket asap.

requires (!!!) permission to share data with more than 67 different companies, and will refuse function if you decline. I'm actually quite speechless at how ballsy this move is.

I try submitting my email address to the Caller ID and it was not pressing at all, so what can I do
