Not convinced to credit card user(full tank) ,first 2 station said have to pump first and collect the point at counter. Today yhe 3 station (jalan Ipoh branch) worker tell that have to pay at counter only can collect the point (after I fill in full tank) so please train all the staff or should be update your system example can direct collect point when we pay by credit card

super lousy APP and stupid management. it's your useless APP having issue, not my fault. however my money was held up by the brainless management. feels like it's my penalty for using such an fredulance APP. very unreliable, money deducted from my card but error in APP, so no pump up contacted CaltexGO thru' the APP but no one reply. so money was gone!

First time using this app, try to sign up but can't get the code for verification. When ask to resend code, there mention that only 4 times to attempt code.

The Caltex Cheras Indah station staff are very rude and unfriendly. Previously using Caltex Journey Card redemption. They asked to go other station for point redemption.

"Where are the rewards after logging in?! There's none. Oh, don't download this, it's very fake and deceiving. What a waste of my load for downloading these apps, now my load is gone, darn it."

it was good and convenient to purchase fuel through the app. However, the page for the first time setting up a debit card is not user-friendly. I was not able to key in the opt code due to the box for entering the requested info was blocked. hope the related department can take a look into this. other than this, overall is good.

Don't bother to use it . Take forever/cannot load the QR code for scanning. How are we going to collect points then? You have your answer then. Reply: great! Thank you. But... I think you need to look at that also because there is also laggy/take forever to load/cannot access as well. So basically the whole apps is buggy? Why? You tell me . That your job scope.

Absolute rubbish! This rewards program makes me fuel up elsewhere. The machine at the fuel station to use the rewards qr code either dosnt work, or the staff don't know how to use it. Meanwhile a massive line is forming behind me while the staff member works out why it won't work. Until this app and the rewards program is improved, I take my business elsewhere.

No point have a rewards program if you can't use it. The staff can't scan the barcode or the machine is not functioning. Today, it was out of paper. Update 05/06/24: this rewards program is a scam! They are just trying to get you to go to their petrol station but the machine is not functioning.

App says there's an update, click to update and nothing happens. Repeated many times and still nothing. No updates from Google Play Store either.

I got 2 times stuck in the final payment stage, it keep refresh and nothing shows. Please do improvement to avoid such miserable incidents again in future.

Great and easy to use app. Only thing is that it needs me to enter the Bcard to complete my profile. can't we opt out of that? I don't have a Bcard and the OCD in me is pissed at the 88% completion

Went 3 different caltex, app cannot use at all. Keep pop out message encounter error. Update: Talk to staff, maybe it is caused by internet not stable due to rain. Everything went smooth the next day. App no problem.

Transaction cannot go through after update. Update: Not only that app shows an error when I tried to pay to refuel, it actually charges my card 4 hours later when I did not even get to refuel! I have sent in a complaint without getting a reply.

Actually , i not yet started used CaltexGo app .So , i also don't want to comment any cons of this app . Just want to provided my opinion only , can CaltexGo app added / supported more payment options such as ewallet payment [ tng ewallet , boost , grab pay & others .] & FPX [ online banking ] . Tqvm

Firstly slow. Trying to claim TnG promo, but it is so confusing between referral code and voucher code.. even the station assistant also donno. Ended up went to Petron to fill up. Deactivated account and delete app. Bye bye. Emailed customer service no response after 5days. Super duper great service.

App is a bit slow, accessing QR is fiddily, should be a big button. It's the actual process at the station that is terrible. The attendant needs to use a separate machine to manually enter information, eventually you scan your QR code and THEN they need to process your payment back to the main console. Slow and painful. BP OTR, Coles Flybuys and Woolworths everyday Rewards can complete a payment and scan of loyalty card in under 10 seconds. Won't be going back until similar process implemented.

The rewards QR code never opens when I go to pay for fuel (or most other times). The attendant recently told me this is a common issue. I have been able to use this once in the last 6 months. All other buttons work fine, just not the important one. This makes this app very useless/pointless.
