Have been using it for 7 yrs great, efficient app. You can make it default instead of your phone's contact book just select options for saving to other apps contacts including phone contact book and those options can also be auto set with one click when saving it in this app. No need to share, copy or transfer and save with other apps as additional steps. Time saver, can do badges. I would do 100 every day back in 2013, used other apps. Has better recognition.

An unscrupulous company. did a bait and switch. I paid for a premium version, but developer changed the terms of service such that the we now have to pay a subscription on top of the price of the app. So don't waste your time putting in your cards as terms may change and you will lose what you put in our be forced to pay higher price.

Unbelievable, feels like fraud: I bought premium because of the sync feature - and now the developer just decided to downgrade the app, remove sync, limit to 500 cards. And force me to buy premium AGAIN. This feels like fraud! Can't recommend to buy this app, since it seems you'll be at the mercy of a ruthless moneymaker to decide how long he let's you use it. Contacted the developer and will update if there is any resolution of the issue.

Ever since the addition of premium proofreading service, the accuracy of this app on anything cards using very standard font seems to have decreased. Is it my imagination? Either way, it still lacks ability to assign fields when it has mixed up eg email and phone fields. It cannot sync by itself, you have to manually run it each time.

It requires a subscription for the desired functionality after I purchased the app, which is a total scam. UPDATE: You leave the same comment on everyone who complains about this bait-and-switch tactic, but it is irrelevant as no one has issues re-installing the app after they paid for it but rather the fact that a subscription is required to utilize the features of the app in which we are led to believe will function in the paid version (Pro) but quickly realize a subscription is required.

Double Purchase. Before you can download the app, you need to pay $0.99. Then when the app is installed the app "graciously" offers a "3-day" trial and on the 4th day ot will charge you $45-$49. 🙄 This app is marked as the pro for 99 cents. They have a free non pro app which also wants money once you download it. I will not be using this app as it feels shady.

Wow.... Almost any card needs alot of adjustment. There is no intelligence eat all. Like matching first name and first name in mail address or that usually streets send with the word street and not s1reet. (German edition) and there is no matching with any kind of dictionary. The scanning process is full of bugs. I am very disappointed. It would have been a great app 5 years ago. But it needs alot of improvement 😳

Been using the full paid version of this app for years. Always worked great. Always let me save cards to any of the Google accounts on my phone. Now suddenly I need a premium subscription just to be able to save to my Google accounts? Is it wrong to feel betrayed by the developer? Sorry, I'll be looking for a different app now, and not recommending this to anyone. In fact, if I find one that gives me the functionality I USED to have after paying for the app, I'll come back here and update the review for others' benefit.

How many upgrades? I tried the free version which was ok so bought the full version (or so I thought). Unable to export contacts to outlook so everything is locked in the app. I also found out I am limited to 500 cards for the paid app. But if I upgrade "premium" and pay the monthly fee I can export my contacts and have unlimited scans. I wonder if there is a platinum service after that ? Tired of being held hostage to these types of apps

AVOID! I was very happy user. Just got back to office and needed to find an old contact. Happily opened the app and it just states: no cards. I had HUNDREDS of scanned cards, corrected by hand. And now nothing... All gone. Tried to sync, and restore and other functions in the app, but nothing. I wasted so much time making the cards. All of the effort is now lost forever. And the subscription ofcourse is gone.

I purchased and paid for CamCard many years ago. It now forces all its users to purchase subscription, or be stopped from using it. This is not right and irrespect to its customers and violate user's rights. CamCard should provide previous edition for the customers who had make purchase. For subscription model, you can create another premium edition for those who're willing to subscribe new advanced features. Please return my permission to keep using CamCard app. I have rights to access my data.

Using for years. Thought i had the premium version but now they want to charge again for it. How many versions of this app do they have. They all seem to be the same. Very confusing Update Cannot save to Outlook anymore. They want 50 bucks a year for something I already paid for. Sucks. I paid for pro version but they don't honour it

This is a very great idea for an app, it's nice to have a digital place for all of me buisness card to be synced up and available right away. I'm pretty impressed with the app being able to detect phone numbers and name, and I like how it creates contact for you to easily get in touch with buisness partners. I highly recommend this app

I've been using this app for several years and have found it to be invaluable. Taking a photograph of the business card and then having the software convert it to a contact is fantastic. The software rarely makes an error and when it does it is easy to correct. I highly recommend Cam card to anyone who is diligent about maintaining accurate and up today contacts.

Been using this app for 6 years and it's fantastic. Text recognition has greatly improved and if say it went from 69% when I first installed to 95% usable without manual edits. Does everything I need. Keeps all the captured stuff in the cloud and sync as push to my Google contacts. Now that I only use the auto capture and auto sync features. I did lose some contacts in their system after a phone swap 4 years ago but since then it's kept everything accurate and archived 4 iPhones and 10 Android

I paid for full version,but still asking for upgrade . Now scanning a card is a nightmare as multiple pop ups come asking you to pay for next level upgrade. Pathetic for them to do that people who already paid. I can also see that the scanning accuracy is reduced,which is again to push you to pay more for AI, which is not needed for a card scan Update. The developer has a cut and paste response that is completely not true. Same response has been sent to all 1 star reviews, and all rejected it
