Great way to stay connected to your love one. Campanion has helped me experience the fun while using its app as if I was actually at camp myself. This app put me at ease knowing my child was safe and having fun through active notifications. Photos, notes, updates on events etc,. Thank you so much Campanion for creating a family oriented app. Most definitely given a 5 star rating on everything about this app so far.

wow! Companion males pictures of my kids at camp so easy to find! What a pleasure! I wish they had this at all camps.

This app won't stop asking me to rate it so it's getting only three stars for being annoying. Also annoying is the fact that every time I open it, it prompts me for a new user photo, even though I just uploaded a new photo. The organization and ease of use of the app is merely adequate.

I love the idea but it appears this app doesn't work on Android. I have copied and pasted my password five times and it hasn't worked yet. Meanwhile, my wife's iPhone seems to work properly. I hope this gets fixed! Update on 7/5/19: it works now. Hope it will continue as the premise is a winner!

Good feature is face recognition that will tag the photo for you. Bad is that is has logged me out 3-4 times and didn't recognize my existing information. I was looking at pictures and sharing and the return to a login page popped up when I came back. Then I had to contact camp to keep resetting. It asks for security questions but then never used that option to help me log in again. There should be a way to look at pictures and then continue where you looked at instead of having to start over.

Every single time I open the app, I get a message that says "Oops, something went wrong." So perhaps the developers can fix that... sometime?

great app, the only suggestion is to enable a function when you can go from a photo to a photo like from a page to a page (especially for tagged pics) without a need to go back to the full list of pictures.

Very cool app for parents. The AI tags my son if he's in a picture, so I can see all the photos he's in, even if he's just off in the background. We've been writing back and forth, so I know he feels okay and is having a great time.

Good would be great with a tweak or two! Love how the feature works and identifying photos. Only wish you could scroll through the specific photos of your child after clicking on them vs having to go back to the original page.

this app is fine for iPhone but doesn't work right on Android. you can't download the pictures, which is a "known issue" only for Android users, but there seems to be little urgency to fix it.

I like being able to access photos through the app, but the facial recognition feature is not very accurate. My daughter wears glasses, and while some of her photos were recognized, half of the photos tagged for her through the recognition were different campers that were wearing glasses. The shape of the glasses was not even the same for all, the face shapes and fullness, hair color, length, texture and style were different, the skin tone was different, and both boys and girls with glasses were tagged as my camper. So I am not even sure what parameters the facial recognition utilizes because there were no obvious similarities between any of the campers that were incorrectly tagged as my daughter. I still plan to use the app but will turn off facial recognition.

I do enjoy the facial recognition and getting real time alerts. I do NOT like that once you open the app, there is no way to see what time the alerts came through. For example, our camp sends notifications when kids leave for trips, arrive, and when they come back. I have no way to look at the time of those messages.

Love this app. You can take a pic of your child(ren) so the app can do facial recognition and separate those pics from the whole batch. Gives option to either view all the pictures the camp staff upload or just ones with your child in them. I recommend viewing both ways as I have found several of my son in more photographs not separated (not an app mistake, just pics of my son with either partial or no face in the pics, making it difficult for the app to know it's your child). Highly recommend!

Campanion has been very useful for forms, and the photo tagging option works great! My only complaint is that I have a notification indicator on my homescreen icon that I have 11 alerts, but those alerts are not marked on the app menus (email, tagged photos, etc). I looked at every menu option and could not find my alerts so they are only going up and I can't clear them.

Companion is defaulting to a camp my kid last attended 3 summers ago, and following the prompts to log out of that camp and add a new one just ends up in a loop of logging in again, with the same results each time, and there is nothing helpful in the FAQ and no phone number for support. and yes, I've tried un-installing, restarting phone and reinstalling. kids switch camps; Campanion shouldn't make this so hard
