Probably okay if you prefer RV "resorts". Public campgrounds - National, State, County, Army COE Parks aren't included. Unfortunate. The app is of no value to me

Super clean! Host very nice. We just overnighted but would definitely stay here again. One of the nicest campgrounds in South Dakota.

wonderful campground with amenities. location near to Brown County SP, city of Nashville, and Bluegrass Hall of Fame. Great music venue. Quiet and secluded, highly recommended.

Great app! It does not locate state, provincial, or national parks. And it does not find all available campgrounds in a given area. I assume this is because it takes time to establish an affiliation and connect with all of the campgrounds out there. I can say that so far the ones we have found are quality and the reservation system works great.

ok, to be fair, we only stayed one night on our way to cherokee. it's a quaint place, but the villa we stayed in was about 100 dollars, just a bed, a bathroom, and a place to sit. The small ac unit only blowed out air and never cooled off the room. There was also no hot water for the shower. The office did not open till 10 so we had to use the bath house. It was dirty, but what do you expect when you share it with others. just make sure you have shower shoes. it's old and could be better.

Downloaded the app. Attempted search. It didn't filter my search properly and doesn't give directions on how to get to the park. It also seems to cater to high-end camps.

Been camping for many years. Never heard of "soft asphalt". If you're going to be parking thousands of pounds of vehicles on it and are afraid of it being damaged, perhaps they should have invested in something better. We were not able to use our normal leveling tools for fear of them charging us for damage. There are no patios to use for outside furniture as a "campspot", no use of rugs on the ground, so not camping at all, just sleeping. Unlike the map, stating street names, there are none.

Experience with camp spot is easy to use. The site is very easy and helpful to use. However, if I were camp spot I would not put Yogi Bear at Gatlinburg Tennessee on their site. They meaning Yogi Bear don't stand behind their cancellation policy. I am trying to get my money refunded per their policy. I cancelled in a timely manner. They ignore your emails and calls. Hopefully, soon I will get my money/refund. Stay tuned I won't quit until I receive my refund.

Great concept if they ever work the bugs out. With how crowded RV parks are now, being able to shop around and find an available spot 24/7 without having to call the park during business hours would be great. Unfortunately, after 3 tries, I have yet to be able to make a single online transaction work without calling the RV park as the system keeps refusing my perfectly valid, perfectly normal credit card. (Upon calling, the parks have no problem making it work.) 'Kind of defeats the whole purpose, doesn't it? Campspot so far has been more frustrating to use than just calling and making a reservation. Another gripe is the $10.00 fee to secure a particular parking spot. (Unless you pay the fee, you are not guaranteed your choice.) I have seen other parks offer site choice online which is nice, but I have never seen a fee for this at any RV park other than an RV park that uses Campspot. By the way, the app has very limited usefulness as you cannot even access your account or reservations. Do better.....

CampSpot had a problem installing the update and then reinstalling the app on my Android. But they fixed the problem and I have the app reinstalled and it works perfectly. Thus app has been very helpful to find RV and camping spots and make reservations, especially for the smaller places, replacing hours of phone tag in poor coverage areas. Thank you!

For an introvert, type-A-planner-mom, this app made camping even more relaxing. With four littles, being close to the fun is essential. That said, the ability to choose my own site, specifically the one on the end, with a 50-ft straight and clear shot to the playground, so this momma can just turn her chair to keep her babies safe, absolute win. However, this feature is not available on the app but on the desktop site. If you didn't know that already/use your computer, it does not tell you.

This app makes online RV reservations a breeze. Prior to Campspot, I had to visit so many individual sites to find an opening. Typically I'd load all the reservation information only to find there was no availability. Campspot shows all locations on the dates you want as well. Change the dates by a few days and a new list will pop up. The navigation is super easy.
