Issue: App not playing video. The video does not load at all. Error message says video fails to load. Please help. Application being used in Mauritius. Problem is error message repeatedly says that it can not load the video. Dear Team, Do you have an update on the above mentioned issue?When can we expect a solution in respect to other networks? Many thanks for your help and support.

Bad application. Difficult auth for TV. A lot of errors. There is no actual football matches. Support doesn't work. Expensive "service", switching to concurrent

The fact that I can't set the language in app is very annoying, over half of everything concerning settings is in french. Also, while casting there are no subtitles, which makes watching very hard when I have no idea what's going on. Literally, every app has language settings, but this one is the only one that hasn't. Awesome series that I'd like to watch but I can't cuz this app is useless.

Pluses: profiles for multiple users. Minuses: - no English subs, as far as I noticed (wanted to show some shows to my fiancé, but that's not happening); - does not seem to update: I have a film on "continue watching", even though I watched it to the end, multiple times; same goes for the playlist - I removed something after having watched it, but it keeps reappearing; - no way to delete from history shows that weren't a good fit.

This app would be great if it was released 10 years ago. Right now it is simply ancient and is the worst streaming app I've used. Browsing through catalogue is user unfriendly, some translations are flawed. If you stream the series there is no progress bar, so it is hard to follow what you've just watched, once the episode ends, you need to go back to app manually. The vast amount of messages in the app remains in French although language is set to another one.

It makes for unpleasant viewing, and makes you reluctant to return to a movie or series, even if the movies themselves are not bad. With all permissions, the app does not remember where I left off, does not remember language and sub language. And if you are using English interface on the phone, the settings are displayed in French, because... Canal Plus. Unpleasant experience.

Overall, this app is a good addition for customers. You're able to keep watching shows when moving around. However, the app can be buggy at times with errors popping up randomly. Also, the loading times can be quite lengthy at times. Edit: The recent error that i received is a DRM_3 error. This makes me unable to stream the channels. Clearing cache/data or performing a new install didn't solve it. However, after a day or two, i stopped getting the error and the app worked fine.

All the channels can be found in a single place. The best part is that whenever I miss a program, I can easily catch it up on the app. Unfortunately, programs beyond 8 hours are out of reach. Hopefully, the experience is always great. To developers: Congrats on the good job! I wish you could also add the Playback speed feature like on YouTube. Thanks again, and keep it up!

The app doesn't have Uganda under the regions section, so I can't seen to understand other languages apart from English

I've been using the app for a while now, but I just switched to a new phone (Galaxy S24) and I've noticed that it's overheating and draining the battery really quickly when I use the app. Do you think it's an optimization issue or something? Thanks

Unsatisfying services. Canal+ has very poor care for his clients hobbies and taste. This is the second football competition they don't broadcast after 2022 world cup, Euro 2024. Why can't you also add supersport on your mycanal app? Do you think we all watch tv on cable in 2024 or you do for Africa not for other region. A little consideration please for your african consumers. Without us canal+ would close. Francophone africans go for DStv too. Please add Superport to mycanal app or close.

Am not happy with the service. I'm paying for the service. When I want to watch football, i can't watch football because It's not available. why am I paying for the service . I sent you an email in February or March. about cancellation request. A person told me your contract is going to end on March 2024. And your contract will not renew. The contract isn't cancelled. I am still paying for a service I don't want to have at me. my.t is better than you.i haveMy.T doesn't have this problem like you

Very nice to watch programs on it. Mainly football. Very nice app. It enables me to watch my favorite English channels as BBC , CNN , SUPER SPORT and more.

Fabulous selection with the cinema package but constant UPES errors. There is no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes the playback works and sometimes it doesn't. Only way around is too download the site and then watch. Very frustrating that after a few months it's still broken. If they fixed the constant errors this would be 5 stars.
