Like this game but I finish a level and I don't get my points and I loose a life. Was working fine but since last update not working properly. Please fix as I like this game. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it works, have to start from the beginning. Will review my post if it works. Thank you x

Plays like this companies other match 3. Same review. Same complaint...your addictive game has the squirrly input thing. Its frustrating to miss the winning move because the wrong piece moves. Thats the only thing, except after a while, it gets hard as hell...

Lots of fun!! I tried a different game by same developer previously, and it was fun too! Really good graphics and sounds. LOTS of rewards and incentives to keep playing. A very enjoyable game - good to unwind with at the end of a busy day 😉

Very addictive. Playing for over a year now. Nothing new to add. Still playing and still enjoying. After 1 year still playing and enjoying. I skip rating as now there are too many ads , repetitive and long.

very playable, plenty to keep you occupied and fun, Oh just wrote this, went back to game and the game wanted £2.79 for blue gems, just like the piggy banks collect and pay. enough, stop this rediculous practice it's a rip off, I'll pay for things when i want. We chatted about the safe and gems etc etc and all is good so go on, go and play

Absolutely love this game, so many free gifts for you to enjoy and play the game with and it is so much fun to play and pass time. On the plus side you don't even need to use your Internet to play the game it saves your game stats either way. Just one thing I would love more of is being able to get more gems daily than it allows you to have. Apart from that it is a fantastic game for all age groups.

really like the game. alot of ads I know they are needed for support but they are way over the top!! Getting Gems is expensive, an if you watch ads for them you only get 1 not worth the 30 seconds watching ads. I finally got connected to FB after to weeks. Game freezes when your able to get extra rewards so have to close an lose them

Not being able to load the puzzle 522 and above. Prompt me an error. Can I know why? I really to further up my level. Trying to replay again the previous level but it seems that some of it unable to unlock the key even though I have tried many times.

Loving the game. Each level is fresh, plenty of free bonuses to keep you going without losing all your lives. Only suggestion I can make is having the option to make a one off payment for only ad removal, rather than included power ups. Otherwise, definitely 5 stars.

Started out loving it, now after every board after playing it the screen goes almost completely dark then I have to go and start the game over again and loose my boost. So don't bother downloading it. If it wasn't for my kids it would be un downloaded.

ADS, ADS AND MORE ADS! RIDICULOUS. Most of them 30 seconds long. Before you play a level, and after you play a level, and are able to go on to the next. Most apps are now going to 5 second ads, which makes it tolerable. Uninstalling

Hi I'm currently on level 1061 it's telling me 2 upload new levels but when I try it tells me I can't as too many requests. I also play 2 other of your games and have got the same problem. I sent you a email explaining this but it's still the same. So as I enjoy your games I downloaded another but when I reach the treasure chest level it wouldn't go there it just froze. Please help I've given 5 stars because I do really enjoy your games. Until this

I love this game the higher you go the more you have to think the graphics are awesome and the colors are bright and I find it addictive and hard to stop playing I am having trouble with my game I just went to play and it says I have to start over I was in the thousands and earing double points is gone. Please fix this as I don't want to start again. I still love this game but needs fixing.

Love the game but I continually lose gems for no reason. I also got a new phone, the game transferred but I lost all my gems and all my rewards. I had 77, 25 and 12. I would like to have them restored.

LATEST NEWS Level 5221 and will not load further levels. Have deleted the app and reinstalling for the second time. Lost all bonuses. Willing to try again but not holding out much hope Despite downloading this for the 3rd time, still seems to have Issues. Was playing earlier and my position in the tournament was 1. Just gone to play again, and it's reset to 100. Love the game, but seriously wondering if I should waste any more time with it ☹️ same issue. 18th place, next level 94th. Not funny

Have updated ap but still freezes after each game. looses lives and keys. disappointed. good game but not worth the hassle. sorry 1 star. should be a 5 star game. yes 3rd time have installed this game. have updated. Not as bad but starts freezing around level 70. not all levels doing it but at least half. shame, its a good game other wise.

This used to be a fun app but since the last update there have been a series of problems. There's no daily bonus, I can't do the daily spin, next levels don't load automatically when you complete a level - you have to close the app and open it again and the screen just goes dark sometimes other than the image of the girl. I'm not sure how much more patient I'm going to be with this.

Freezes up at various points when starting, during and ending a level for 10 - 30 sec. More of a pay to win, not this guy. Don't mind ads considering the game is free plus ads usually pay out which i like since can't afford to pay for stuff thats pricey or cost too much for less than getting. Seen like would have been a nice game, my opinion as anyone can make their own call by playing to figure out for themselves.

PROS: Decent reward system. CONS: I've decreased my rating because ads have increased; most are 30 seconds, including the ad that plays AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE APP. Rewards are available by voluntarily playing ads, but they NEVER pay out for me so I don't bother anymore. Also, levels are duplicates of previous levels, repeating over and over, some practically back to back. (Level 360 is a very hard level; you finally pass it, only to find the identical setup on level 365; the same is true for levels 817 and 821. I'm considering uninstalling, as I can't stand excessive duplicate levels.) I tried to update but still can't play without wifi.

This game freezes after each completed level and the screen on the game stays dark making it unable to play. You have to exit in and out several times before you're able to start playing the game... I'm editing my review because the game is freezing up again after the update. After each completed level it freezes up and takes hours to restart and exiting out is impossible you have to turn the game off and it takes hours before you can play again.
