It's not the most intuitive software when you get into the tiled images/mosaic images. They're on the same tab, and it's not clear whether you're printing for tiles pictures (print out 4 stickers to be placed together to form a larger image) or you're printing a mosaic of images you've selected on one sticker. If doing the latter, do yourself a favor, build the mosaic in other software and import the finished image into this software.

it's a decent app for editing your photos before printing. I wish that you could be able to come back to the print history and re-edit the photos again before printing a second time. it's nice that they have all these stickers, frames, and filters... I think it could be even better if was a little more Line Camera in that regard

I love this thing. But a note to samsung galaxy users: i couldn't get this thing to connect via bluetooth until i turned on NFC payments, turned on bluetooth and then set my phone directly onto the printer. It then asks what app to open. Select the mini print app and then it should work how it is described in the manual. Very frustrating figuring that NFC thing out, but other than that the printer really is great. I love how there is no need to worry about ink, as it is included on the paper.

It'll be nice if we were able to resize the images in the app. For what I'm trying to do, full page is too big, and the 4 picture layout option is too small. There is a 2 picture layout I want to use, but the images get cut off due to the app zooming in on the picture, rotating them doesn't help. I can't resize the pictures to fit. Please update to allow us to do this I can use one of the Layouts to get the size I want, but the colors aren't as vibrant anymore.

The color prints out less vibrant/darker than desirable. But overall, very easy to use and the prints are nice quality. There are lots of borders and filters to use. The soft focus filter will lighten up the colors. Just have to play around with printing until you get the desired lighting. I have a pet care business and I'm using the printer to leave behind photos of the pets. Real gems and loved by all pet owners! 😻🐕

I'm happy. It's a Christmas present. once I read through the tiny print instructions in my cell phone, & linked it, I could select pictures from my gallery and send them to the Ivy printer. I stopped to take more pictures & it turned itself off. When it wouldn't print the last one of the 10 photos, I rebooted it, & it printed just fine. It's perfect for adding little pictures to my daily journal!

Generally speaking I love the printer and the app is pretty good. However, I wish you could make drafts of projects instead of just sending to the printer. I also have issues with the printer cutting off the bottom eight of an inch of whatever is on the screen template. I can't imagine this is a hardware issue so I'm thinking it must be software. This is particularly problematic with the collages as I need to manually adjust to allow a blank space at the bottom.

Connecting to other accounts in order to retrieve photos to print can be a pain. For instance, pictures stored on my Google Photos often do not upload 50% of the time, making it annoyingly irritating. Not sure if this is an app issue, but the version I have is up to date. Otherwise, the app itself is easy to use and quite handy without all the technical glitches.

The app is easy to use (the integration with online photo sources like Google Photos or Instagram in particular is great), the customization options are decent, and the printer itself produces great prints! I do wish there were more stickers/custom stickers, but I guess I could pre-edit the pics in a different app before printing from this app. The collaging option is very helpful and intuitive. Also, please add dark mode!! It's hard to tell if there's a strip of white left when zooming in/out.

I LOVE THIS PRINTER!!! I journal and any picture I have in mind to go with the topic is now so easily accessible and I love adding them to my books. I like the small size of the pictures, the cute color, the paper/ sticker options and especially the affordable bundle of came in. In the app, you can add text, stickers, all kinds of things and print them that way. The Bluetooth hook up took seconds. I also plan to buy the 4x6 printer as well. If you're considering, consider this!

It's been some time now since the app doesn't let me print photos from my camera folder. Many of the photos don't load when I open the cam folder within the app. Also, the pic calendar isn't showing any pics past December 2022; it only shows a few photos taken prior to this date, preventing me from making collages. I bought this camera to make collages, and I cannot do that! Firmware is up to date. App permissions are correct. May sell printer since I can't really use it for what I want.

I can't believe I waited so long to get the printer! it's perfect for journaling, Scrapbooking, crafting, and general photo keeping. the app is great in that there a lot of surface edits and embellishments. Always make sure the blue card that comes with the paper is the first thing that's "printed" every time. It helps maintain the picture quality.

I've barely had this app/product for 5 days, and I'm already OBSESSED!! The app works wonderfully. There are a million and one different ways you can edit your pictures. And the printer??? Don't even get me started! I got mine in pink (blush), and it is soooo easy to print back to back. I will say two downfalls are that the images come out a little more cooler toned than the original picture and that the printer can die easily, so be prepared to charge often! Overall, I love this product, 10/10!

prints are awesome, fast, and convenient! plus there's so many options for borders, stickers, and text! the only thing I don't like is when you choose a picture from phone you can't edit the size before adding things to it. so you would have to crop it or edit it before adding to app.

I rate this app a 4 star because every feature is great. I started printing things after I realized I was the problem and I was doing it wrong the whole time. I've printed out about 6 photos so far and they have turned out great. The reason I didn't rate them a 5 star is because of the quality of the photos after being printed. Every photo I have printed has had a little bit of a blue tint and has been a little liney. I love the printer other than that. Great job ivy!!

I loved this app and the printer! It worked great for a couple of months, however the latest update in February totally messed it up. I can't print anything now. The print que is empty and won't print anything. I followed all of the instructions online to uninstall, unpair, do again and nothing works. It's frustrating for sure. I reached out for support and haven't heard anything back either.

This little printer is awesome it's convenient on the spot, on the go, wherever you're at, it allows you to print exactly what you need and the Prints are glossy and really high quality! It gets the job done when you need it the most.. And this app works flawlessly with the printer, I highly recommend both the printer and the app!! I'm actually mad because I haven't gotten it sooner..
