Great app but doesn't let you do some of the vital features you need to do on the go such as reminders.

There's better out there. It was confusing to use. Transcript reports weren't that great. Since I used app I have moved on to competors and prefer them.

Easy to use and add files from photos on the phone. However spouses as inactive don't appear like they do on desktop version.

Every since changing over to th Pixel 6, the app crashes and closes as soon as I attempt to open it. The IT team worked to quickly resolve the issue.

Has info on it, very difficult to see, no search function. I was really hoping this is going to be a useful app unfortunately it's very difficult to use. Two stars because there's actually information in it

I love canopy, it's a wonderful work experience. It makes it very easy to manage our AR, except payments, organizes client files.... It's great.

The app is not as functioning as web version. For example; sending bulk emails or conducting bulk functions.
