I paid for the subscription and it only worked for one day. Now they are locked again and won't let him play the other things. Waste of money

Won't load additional games after we paid for a subscription. Videos dont work either- "Oops something went wrong" message keeps popping up.

My 3yr old like it so far. I bought the full version so he gets to watc cars videos whenever he get tired of playing his car games. No ads. It was $23.00 for the full version.

The downloadable activities don't load , the downlaod bar disappears very quickly and nothing happens. WiFi connection fine. Subscribed. But no download. Not sure what the point is

Only tried 2 games so far and my child liked them, but the "mango" loading screen afterwards took so long each time, even I lost patience (more than 60 seconds).... I'm not sure what the problem is but it's basically unusable if you have to kill the app and restart after each thing.

my kid really enjoys it,but its been a few days now that it has some serious issues. when trying to access games it takes some time to load and the it displays the message "something went wrong". no details...tried everything i could and no results. i purchased a subscription also and when i had to download the games,same message"something went wrong" and thats it. its annoying and frustrating...he really wants to play and i have to tell him it doesn't work. canceled the subscription and took a refund.
