CARD UNPREMIUM BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT AND CAN'T GET A HUMAN ON THE WEEKEND NOT VERY PREMIUM SOUNDING TO ME AND I WAS CHARGED A $29.99 EXPEDITED SHIPPING FEE TO WAIT 4 DAYS TO GET THE CARD, additionally they can't provide any card details or help you transfer funds to any of the accounts that they have on the app

you froze my card as soon as I had money deposited and it's impossible to speak to customer service!!!! I'm starving and cannot access my money and NO REASON GIVEN NO REASON TO FREEZE MY CARD!!!!! IM DONE WITH THIS BANK FOR GOOD AFTER THIS!!!! They put a hold on my card, charging to get a new card and I have to wait 4 days before it will even ship when I have no way to access my money, no way to pay my bills and I will lose my job and and everything I own because of their actions! No help!

This is gonna be a new favorite card for me super cute cards to pick from. It also has over draft protection as well. So super excited to get my card also it was super easy to sign up only took 2 minutes so that's awesome as well. If your looking for new banking this one is for you!!

it has it's good and bads. my biggest complaint is they always want to shut your card off and issue a new one when something happens. this then freezes my money till I receive the new card

No problems yet! Almost a year. Only downfall is you can only link cash app, PayPal or venmo to transfer funds. Other than that , I like it. Also! I love LOVE my fanatics card!

Horrible customer relations. No way to access funds if you are to lose your debit card or it's stolen. App says 10 business days to receive new card, customer service representatives say something different. Not having the ability to access my money, even through a virtual card, is unacceptable and will be the cause of accounts closing.

I have emailed support FOUR separate times trying to dispute a transaction and confirm receipt of some files I sent in, and I haven't received ONE SINGLE REPLY BACK FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT! The website says to complete the form and email it, but now how do I know it was received...etc. Customer Service is non-existent!

If I could I'd give zero stars, this has got to be the worst banking experience I've ever had. The app hardly works, no notification when money comes out, can't move money between accounts, I will be switching to another bank

I give one stars because I messaged the support team on email because of a transaction that was made with my card for almost $230 and never received a response. And I never received my card but someone activated it. And they don't even look at the reviews on Google Play they don't even try to help I emailed them on February 11th and it took them until March 15th to get back to me with anything like I said in the email that no response to the email and then they said oh yes we did when I called.

This app and bank is worthless, I requested a new card and still haven't received it and have emailed customer service and called multiple times trying to gain access to my account so I could move money to another at least, no response I've now had no access to my paycheck for over a week and I have bills to pay, do yourself a favor and don't use them, go get an actual bank account with a real bank, I'm furious this is straight bs! Never using them or recommending to anyone!!!

My payroll never deposited. I've used several other online banking apps that always paid me early, but this bank didn't even pay me on time. Something very fraudulent happening here. My payroll was submitted as always, too, so you can't blame anything other than this "bank". Can't get ahold of customer service either - they don't open for another 3 hours! Worst bank ever.

Nightmare. I had the account open since last year. No problem and everything was just fine. I had my tax refund direct deposited a few days ago and they abruptly closed my account without notice and hijacked my money. I have $372.00 still in my account. What a nightmare DO NOT GET THIS CARD!! I'm reporting to the FTC and BBB

This banking app is now the worst I have experience. They know ppl can't assess anything without logging in to either transfer money from savings to checking. I been late with my bills 4 days now. Bill collectors don't want to hear you can't pay because some dumb app. I'm very dissatisfied with this. It's time to move on from this banking app. This app just mess up all the time. I have to keep force stopping and after I do that ,it still don't work.

Card I'd was great until they started charging me twice for a single overdraft and didn't put it on my transaction list, from what I gathered, not only do you get hit with the $15.00 overdraft fee but you are also need to add the overdraft item with the $15.00. & even after you doing that you will still be charged the $15.00

DO NOT GET!!!This is the worst card service i have been trying to file a dispute for a transaction that was supposed to have been credited back to my account that I have solid proof that it was supposed to have be refunded but wasn't. And upon trying to file a dispute I have had nothing but trouble! They have given me the wrong email address to send dispute forms to 6 different times. I keep getting the run around and now they are telling me it will be 45-90days for it to be resolved.

This app is by far the worst banking app that I've ever used since I've been getting my paychecks through direct deposit. I say that because they have terrible terrible customer service and don't appreciate their customers at all! From time to time I've needed a little extra money until my next paycheck and I couldn't overdraft at all! Their app was telling me that I was able to overdraft but when I needed to overdraft I couldn't! Their app sucks so bad if I could've given'em zero stars I would

This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. they have frozen my card 5x now when I used it at target. They send you an email with 2 "buttons" to confirm if the transaction was you but they NEVER have worked. You can't link this account to any app like Experian boost, ect, and most of my Auto pay bills, says invalid when entering the act and routing number. The one and I ly good thing this does is you get your paycheck a day early. I will be closing this account asap. Not worth the head ache.

Got app and it worked great up until recently. Everytime I try to log in it homepage of app starts appears as it is loading and refreshing to show everything like it normally would with your acct balence and active debit card management, etc. then screen goes blank and I'm exited completely out of app back to the login page. Anyone having this issue lately? The only way I can access my account is through the website. Really hope this gets fixed because its really annoying and an inconvenience.

I don't like that for some reason, it won't let me create the *optional* savings account whenever I have cash in the account. Besides that, I would rate it 5 stars. Until that gets fixed, 4 stars is given since that isn't too big of an issue. I DO like the fact that you can choose almost anything to have on your card and have multiple cards with different designs...that's pretty cool!

Awesome basic debit card setup. if you need a checking account (and savings) and can't get into a bank or credit union, this is a good first step into the process. No credit card aspect. Just a debit account. I have had this for over a year and have never had an issue with their app not loading info accurately. There have been normal maintenance down time, all my banking apps come up with that at times. My own usage is to have it as a buffer for online venders that I am not certain about
