I absolutely hate that I have to sign into this app every time I want or need to use it. It's very time consuming having to do this. *UPDATE** I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the quick balance works great. ***UPDATE*** I got a new phone, back to the same issue, no quick balance, and I get an email every time I log in saying my account is being accessed from a new device. My boyfriend is having the exact same issue. No way to change my device. It sucks.

Not to many options in the app. Also every other debit card cash app, chime ect... Has a lock card temporary option not this app. The app doesn't allow you to transfer money to any other debit cards except the cards that are in the same account. Honestly the company is really to blame, we all have had to deal with horrible customer support, but by far thier customer service is the worst, they are not helpful and won't go out of their way to help you.

Great app!! My only complaint is the monthly fee for the "family of cards" option. It's a little bit high I think... Then again, I think the individual monthly fee is a bit too much, too!! But besides that though, very pleased with this app. The check upload is a great feature to have on my phone. Saves me time and frustration messing around having to go to check cashing places and what-not... I'd recommend this app to anybody who doesnt have access to a regular bank account.

For someone with no credit and not a lot of income I thought the 10$ fee was still kind of high. But the huge assortment of designs you can get are with it all by it self. Add how quickly the card came, how easy to set up, and use the card and app it's more than worth it. They stay on top of things too. *I'm disputing a charge at the moment, I'll let you know how they handle it.

I've been paying a higher monthly fee, without PERMISSION &/or AGKNOWLEDGEMENT. There's ANOTHER brother/sister APP,I was NOT made aware of, that has NO monthly fee&MANY other +. I coincidentally came upon it, when trying to reinstall THIS APP , because it wasn't functioning properly & for a VERY long time. Customer service is VERY confusing. Early Direct deposit is Extremely unreliable.It Varies. The positives:being able to choose my own personal card, from many choices.Free ATM withdrawals

Personalized Debit Card options are by far the best I have ever used . Each deposit , cash upload and all my transactions are instantly updated , and there are plenty of upload and deposit locations in my area. However .... The $10 Monthly maintnence fee is way to extreme for a pre-paid card. Also... The Instant Check Deposit feature has not worked one time for me , I have tried 3 different checks in which they all were on different days as well. I rate this pre-paid debit card a 8 out of 10.

It would be cool if you could move money as much as needed without a limit. Also a card lock would be a life saver. Or permission before just anyone can just take from the card monthly. Like old subscriptions trying to take out randomly or subscriptions taking out early before payment date. More control is needed by the consumer, please and thank you . Other than that it is really convenient , and I like it. But it could be more....

I love the card designs and that you can have up to 3. I've never had any issues using card, with transactions, or reaching customer service. I have a regular bank account and debit card but I love using this one and since setting up portion of check to direct deposit, have had no monthly fees. Highly recommend. Only bad thing is on website the card designs are garbled and difficult to view, can see them fine through the app.

Out of ALL the new mobile banking app.s this one blows them out of the water!!! By a long shot too!!! I have been using this app. For many many years, not only is it secure in ways most mobile banking is not these days... but they have over 12,000 different print that you can choose from! They let you choose 3 for free!!! The have everything from cars to pinups to comics...it is awesome and the longer you're with them the more cool little rewards along the way!

I've used CARD for years, the app is very limited in performance. And do not even bother trying to use the "contact us" link, because absolutely NO ONE is ever going to respond. Never. And if your card happens to get locked down for any number of reasons, they're not even going to notify you. I spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with someone to fix my card, and it qas a 3 minute issue!! After about a year, my deposits just randomly wouldn't process. Dont bother calling, they wont do anything.

I've had my card for 3+ years and never had an issue. Until recently. Got three cards, super annoyed I can't pick another design that I'm stuck with it for life apparently. Desperately needed to be able to deposit checks through the app but that's impossible. Dealing with customer service is also a huge nightmare. Pretty clueless and unfriendly even though they're controlling YOUR money.

I'm only giving 3 stars, because I feel that the terms of the fees are a little misleading and I think the monthly fees are too high, especially when you also have to pay a fee everytime you load the card, also when you read the terms of the card it says you can have THREE cards for just one monthly fee. To me it made it sound as if you are only charged the $9.00 for all three cards combined, but instead you are charged a $9.00 monthly fee for each individual card! I love the app!

Love card. Com Easy. Fast. Dependable. Reliable.Love getting paid 2 days early. And no fee if u have direct deposit. Instant release from direct deposit. the only thing I don't like is having to be charged $5 for any time that I want to add money to my card. I think that should only be a dollar. I especially like all the cars that you have to choose. They're really cool and pretty lovely. Not sure about overdraft protection baby being able to only overdraft $10 that would be a good option.

This is a very basic application. What's very contrasting and also makes it unique despite it's very basicnes, is you can cash checks, mange you're money, link the card to your phone and email, you can order and shut the card down with no effort, and you can add money easily. All in all, not a bad app. It's convenience is very useful in many different forms.

The bank itself is great, the referral promo worked easily, it's super easy to track your expenditures and incoming funds. The app is where it falls short. Everytime I log in I get an email saying I've logged in from a new device, even though I use the same two devices to log in. Every time I log in I have to choose the same three options everytime, and whether I choose enable or deny to the options, it forces me to make the choices again and again. Again, great bank, poorly implemented app.

the only problem(s) I have are: the deposits are posted "on the day of" not before noon (or later). They do come early. But, I'd prefer postings at midnight. So I can wake up and start paying bills! Also, the app moves the accounts to different locations within the app.(ex. The balance for one card will read under the other card). I'll have to uninstall the entire app. Reload to get it to line up. Other than that. This has been a great experience.

It refuses to stay logged in to even do a quick balance check. It says error when turning it on, and it won't do notifications. It's been like this for literally 2 years since I wrote my last review. It's a mess. It is very hard to login, trying to type my email and password and God forbid I miss a letter. Chime has a 4 digit login pin. Get something easier or fix the problem with quick balance.

The app is great! Perfect for managing my money. The only complaints I have are that it doesn't remember my email when I go to login, it doesn't always send me notifications when I receive money or spend, and everytime I log in I have to re-select my preferences on enabling quick balance and notifications. My choices never stick. Other than those I love the app! It makes it super easy to have more than one account and switch between those accounts.

Very useful app and extremely easy to navigate and set up. Auto bill pay, budget and savings, no-cost transfer to like card and no monthly fee if you have direct deposit set up and your monthly deposit total is >$999.99. So far I've found nothing negative to report about this app or service. Definitely recommend to people that want to pick out their own personal with hundreds, if not thousands, of designs to choose from.

Some of the features have never worked on the app. This company is not ADA Compliant. They are also abusive and controlling over your own money that you deposit. They say "unlimited" transactions but that's a lie. If you go over 10 a day they lock your account. They don't do sms notifications as promised. They do not process payments even if the money is in the account, so break their contract with the cardholder. They will no longer cover subscription services either.
