Horrendous. Slow to load. Rewards don't populate or even work more often than not. Tried 4 times one day to get my free soda and it kept saying that the reward wasn't valid, yet kept prompting me to apply it. Most of the time does not show full menu as other people have said. Ungodly slow and clunky. ALWAYS buffering. Takes 15-20 minutes to complete an order. I have deleted it and won't use it again. Absolutely ridiculous.

This app did not give me my free promo item, it charged me for it. It was simple enough not to mess up, as it has a pop-up that lets you choose your free item from the list and then it adds it to the cart. I added other items to purchase to meet the requirements. I do not intend on using this app again. I would not be able to trust that any promo offer will actually be honored.

The app tracks your location even when not in use unless you deny access. The privacy policy states that they sell location data to third parties. You can't search for restaurants to order from manually, so the app doesn't function unless you share your location data, which they clearly intend on selling to whoever. Trash app. Trash company. Uninstall immediately.

They say you can enter your receipt barcode for "stars." But going thru the drive thru unless you remember to ask for it, you aren't given a receipt. Two Large Combos and no receipt. Then! They only give you 72 hours to enter the barcode! Plus you have to look all over the site to find the sign-in and where to enter a barcode.... uck!

This app does not communicate well with the servers. It keeps dropping parts of my order. I'll put through an order, it will tell me the order is in, and I'll get charged for the full order; but the restaurant doesn't have large parts of the order on their screen. I was able to get them to make good on it a few times, but not anymore. I'm done. I'm uninstalling the app.

This is the worst app ever. I had no choice but to give it a 1 star even though it deserves no stars. It does not work. Does not show full menu. And takes forever to log in which in the end I am not able to log in. I tried it once and ot was horrible I figure well let me try the app again and its worse. I will stick with all the other fast food apps that actually work.

Just installed the app for the free burger promotional campaign. When signing up I was stuck in an infinite load loop to no end after punching in the email verification code. Closed the app, and tried signing in and joining again, both of which failed. Checked the store for reviews to find that this app has been broken for awhile. Now I'm currently driving to McDonalds and using their rewards system. Pretty sure I won't be ordering from Carl's Jr for quite some time. Bad experience, fix your app

I've been able to get the app to work and order once... It struggles with applying coupons or realizing you have everything you need for it in your cart. The website isn't much better, but it's better. I'd rather go online than through the app. You also can't customize burgers except for taking things off. The few things that you can put on sometimes aren't even related to the sandwich.

EDIT : they listed a broken link to contact them. Really? Original review; Very buggy. It made me 'sign up' multiple times, it was almost like an endless loop. Today when my spouse put an order in we noticed half our order was missing at the store because "it didn't show up on the screen" (I believe them, I watched customers complain the day before about issues with the app). Carl's Jr/Hardees needs to look into these looping and order issues ASAP

The app doesn't show all of the menu items available at the restaurant. Also there is some delay displaying menu items on the app. This morning at 5:40am I was planning on what to buy for breakfast, but none of the breakfast items were showing up. I checked the app at 6:45am and now the breakfast items are showing. The special offers this period suck! Jack in the Box has great offers changed frequently. Carl's changes in a couple months so you have to wait a long time for a change.

This app isn't very user-friendly or convenient. Many apps for fast-food gives you the option to apply the in-app coupon at the drive thru, which this one lacks. Most apps also simply apply the reward on the spot or give a camera option to scan the barcode for rewards, while this app requires the customer to type out the number. Plus, if cancelling an order (due to accidentally inputting the wrong location), it doesn't show up as cancelled right away nor does it make it easy to cancel the order.

PLEASE FIX THE APP. In restaurant, a Breakfast Burger can be purchased ANYTIME of the day. On the app, the Breakfast Burger cannot be found (or added to bag, rather) in ANY of the menus, submenus, etc, but very teasingly appears in our rewards (300⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars) AS IF we can purchase it. I happen to order Breakfast Burgers for lunch or dinner usually, and i don't run the app upon first waking up in the morning, so i was hoping you could patch this fix. Thanks.

Overall, the app works just fine when ordering. The problem I am having is under "My Account," the SMS and Email Preferences. I checked ✅️ both of the boxes, but when I go back into my account, those boxes are no longer checked. I would like to receive text messages when I make an order so I can "Check In" so my food can be ready.

Updated and moved up one star as some critical issues have improved. However, seems the 2 year anniversary promo does not show up in the app or online offer. The stores won't honor the email since the email states you have to order and redeem in the app or website. The promo is only for one day only... There continues to be a disconnect between the email promos / campaigns and the actual app offering.

Very badly designed app. They won't let you browse the menu or set up a future order. You can even add items to your cart or look at the menu if the stores near you are closed. What if I wanted to get my order ready for later? Or just check what current deals they are? Very annoying design. Also not allowing me to use my new user promo, and if I'm not gonna get the deal I was promised I don't want to order at all.

8th April 2024, the app is working again! Happy to give it a fifth star when my stored gift card balance can be used without having to find the physical gift card that I threw away... because it let me store the gift card. Previously: Stopped working. Runs the splash screen of animated text and then just goes white forever. After a reinstall, it will also re-ask for the location permission after that sequence. Clearing cache and/or data doesn't solve it.

Can't place order through app, all information is entered and correct. Even the dude @ the counter tried several times! Stuck in "place order" loop. Press the button and it appears to work, then in a few seconds the Place Order button reappears!!! Also u CANT get toppings, u can only DELETE. Fire the app developers immediately!!! 😡

Double check the store location when you order. This app leaves the location the same as your previous order, the location font is kind of small, and it makes no effort to double check your location. CJ's main competitor, and many others, do it much better. I always order at the same location. I didn't even think twice that my last order was at a store I never go to 25 miles away. It would've been nice if the app brought it to my attention from a more expensive fast food place.

The happy hour sides special states, "up to four" but only allows two. It doesn't recognize my nearest restaurant when ordering delivery, it only allows for pick up. If I want driver, I have to order from door dash which means no coupons. It doesn't matter anyway, they are just going to get my order wrong and try to get away with giving me the least amount of everything possible. Cheap much?

I like the app because it's convenient. However, my major complaint is that it doesn't apply the "Offers" to your cart sometimes, and when you check out you end up pay the full price. If there's an Offer, it should deduct it right away and you should be able to see your discounted price easier. I still love the food though :)
