awesome app but the service was terrible tonight! night and day between the 2 servers we've had in a weeks time, slow bringing out our soup and salad, thought it was appropriate to bring appetizer first, then over charged for under cooked lamb chops saying the vegetable medley was upcharge when the menu clearly stated it comes with meal.. then had to wait 10 extra minutes to fix it.

The app is pointless. You can't view the menu or place a pick up order. It just redirects to the web site. There are probably other useful things on the app but those are pretty basic functions. Wasn't what I was looking for.

The app used to work great...Now I've had rewards expire because app doesn't show any. I had to log into my account to see the earned rewards...also saw someone had changed my 1st name & zip code. Instantly decided to remove credit card info from the app...& Will be uninstalling it as it is of no use...but IS a security risk!!

I really didn't enjoy being here. The problem is the same with ALL establishment of this caliber. The chefs don't know how to prepare food WITHOUT using alcoholic products. I like going to nice places to eat with my wife but I hate picking though the menu to find non-alcoholic meals. If the alcohol cooks out of the food then why use it at all. Alcoholic products are expensive by themselves. Adding it to the food just drives the price of the food up necessarily, and that is just dumb.

Lots of perks! Love it! UPDATE: Lots of issues now. App keeps crashing and takes FOREVER to load. I sometimes have to try and pay my bill four and five times! Quite frustrating. Great when it works, if just doesn't always!

I downloaded the app specifically to order from Carrabba's. The app simply redirects me to the website to order. I enter my order for the whole family and customize all the items. I go to check out and hit pay online and it returns an error. So I click on pay at store and it returns an error. So basically I was unable to enter my order at all. In the meantime my wife was on the way to the restaurant to pick up the order that I could not place. Well done app developer

Works fairly well so far considering how new it is, but the main reason I downloaded it was to get the free dessert code- but unfortunately it doesn't work. After trying to add multiple "adult entrees" which is the requirement/condition for the code to work, it just keeps saying there's no eligible items in the cart.

Complete waste of time since the restaurant group (including Bonefish Grill and Outback) changed the rewards program. You can no longer see qualified visits, use rewards OR even pay for your meal. Used to be so good but has dissuaded me from going to the restaurant on at least a few occasions now that the app is basically useless.

Needs real improvement. I keep getting looped around when trying to sign into my rewards account; enter the letters in the weird pic to show I'm not a robot 20 times just to get the error message to try back in a few mins. This has been happening since early last week. Ordering food seems simple enough but would be nice to be able to get my rewards points too.

It's bad enough that these restaurant apps all love to inconvenience their users by constantly logging them out, but this app takes the cake. I tried to log in and it said, "Something went wrong. Please try again later." So I kept trying. Now I'm LOCKED OUT and I have to contact customer support for assistance. Not going to happen. I'll be damned if I will ever use this app again or visit a restaurant that doesn't care about its customers.

UPDATE 12/3/21: Still a waste of time! Does anyone read these reviews. After 4yrs of an app on the market, you'd think someone would have better skills by now to make it work and work as intended. Please fix!!! 1/12/2019: App is slow and isn't registering paid receipts. It never said thank you or paid, never receive emailed confirmations either. Have to with my bank going it shows pending payment of full bill. Walked out knowing they'll get theirs, but the app sucks!

Actively tracking your users all the time even when the app is not in use is what a scam company does. Shame on anyone involved with this company.

Not an easy to use app. Not intuitive, No place to add visits without calling in. it would be nice to have a paid code to add to count the visit. you can even count a visit unless you pay with the app. last week a server took our account number ( our phone number) to add it when we paid our bill with him. I checked our visits this week and no visit showed from last week. Very dissatisfied in this app. Not a way to benefit loyal customers..make it simpler!

Latest App Version Not Taking Missing Points for past visits. 3 times I've visited my local Carrabba's since this new version came out and absolutely NONE of my missing points are taking. The previous version worked better for the points system. The points are the main reason I have the app on my phone to begin with. Please fix this. I spend a lot of money with Carrabba's and I'd like for my points to be tallied after each visit since the servers do not always ask if I'm a rewards member.

App is slow to load pages, often times out, could be the WiFi connection at their restaurants. When with a large party, if multiple people are using the app to pay their check there always seems to be issues. I do like the ability to pay my bill and go without having to wait for the server to take my credit card and bring it back.

This review is of the app not the restaurant itself in Bedford, NH. The restaurant is stupendous and I would give them 10 stars! FIX THE APP! The app, on the other hand, doesn't track rewards accurately, won't allow call ahead wait listing and makes ordering on line a chore. ETA 1/15/22 The app still doesn't work properly. I just tried to get curbside pickup and the app wouldn't place the order. Fortunately, the people in the restaurant are awesome.

For last 6 months app will not accept check codes to pay bill. Very frustrating. All my cc info is entered correctly, yet no success. Reloaded app several times. No change. If the app is missing some critical input info on the part of the user it should tell you! This app does none of that; just doesn't work. How about fixing it for your customers!

App doesn't include all of the menu items available for take-out. I must order directly on-site at the Carrabba's restaurant, I-45N, The Woodlands, Texas if I want everything that's available on take-out menu. This is, obviously, a bug, issue and mistake as Carrabba's doesn't have a separate 'Take-Out' menu as it relates to the app, that contains fewer items available for take-out. Managers at several locations assure me that the issue has been reported, but no one has yet fixed ongoing issue.

This app could be so much better, but its lacking in so many ways. While you are able to pay your meal via the app in the restaurant, but if you're in the bar area, everyone seated in that bar area tabs are combined as one bill. With all of the technology available today, theres no reason this should be happening. If you want to order ahead for carryout, the app takes you out of the app and onto a web browser to place the order. Once in the web browser you have to do numerous clicks to order.

I was hoping to use the app to order out dinner before we arrived, but, didn't get to a menu. That was disappointing 😟. I had set up a time for us to go to the restaurant, but, tried to change the time and was having difficulty changing it. After the sixth attempt it allowed me to change the time 1/2 hour later. My husband and I love Carrabba's and choose to go on special occasions. Bring back Chicken Mustardo.... That is one of their best meals by far!!!!
