the app is great and all but recently it's been really buggy as it would often deduct the funds but the items would never appear in-game or in email and in my last purchase it did happen yet the support is nowhere to be seen, I just receive an email saying a ticket has been issued and someone from their support team will handle it quickly but it's been almost 48hrs now and still nothing

this was good before u updated it now whenever I want to purchase an item it will always show an error data invalid and I have redownload it plenty times please try and clear the error

I'm giving this 5 stars cuz it deserves it. I've been playing mobile legends for more than 4 years and my account has never seen a single diamond. Even though I wanted to get some, the only payment methods were credit cards and all the like. But today, a friend told me about the Carry 1st Shop site and I was amazed at how easy it was to use. As soon as I validated the payment through Momo, I received the diamonds in less than 5mins. I recommend you use Carry1stShop too.

I tried to top up my mobile legends account with this app because the prices were reasonable but it didn't work I used Opay it didn't work same with bank and just showed error please fix this if possible cuz why will the option to purchase for ml diamonds be there and I can't purchase it?

Carry 1st ,One of the best stores I have dealt with, but there is a problem I face and I hope the store can solve it, which is that some games do not support the Vodafone Cash payment method, such as Genshin Impact, which I wanted to buy in but I could not because there is no Vodafone Cash. Please solve this problem.

Since I downloaded this app it has been unable to open, it just keeps on loading endlessly. I have reinstalled it 3 times and it still has the same issue. Pls i am very disappointed. I have to endup using your website to purchase my COD Points. Pls fix your app cuz it doesn't even work.

Hello readers, i wanna start with reassuring whoever overthinking soul that this is not a bot review! I'm here to share my experience. For the past days i came to realise that Egyptian visa cards do not function unrestrictedly as i naively thought, it's pretty limited to local shops that support the egp. It's a very good app and it supports local payment methods i really like that but the problem is it takes time to restock gamepasses like gift cards. I have been waiting for 3 days to purchase a gift card in Free Fire but you guys haven't restocked so plus get that sorted out then I will give a 5-star rating 👍. Very bad experience with Carry1st. I purchased 2200 FC Points for 19.99 QAR, but the points were never delivered. After contacting support and waiting, they said the transaction failed and refunded me as store credit instead of to my original payment method. When I tried to repurchase, the price had increased to 74 QAR. It’s unfair that I have to pay more because of their system issue. Carry1st should improve transparency and customer service, and stop forcing users to use store credit for fail
